The canopy is a GREAT option for anyone looking to visit. The hotel itself is so chic, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are great with a beautiful view of the riverwalk. The staff at the hotel were amazing. I arrived super early and they had my room ready without charging me, which was so appreciated after a long flight. My departure flight was canceled and they kindly extended my reservation another day without blinking an eye. I highly recommended!

O hotel era lindo. Eu estava lá para um concerto no Teatro Aztec, que ficava literalmente a 20 passos (do outro lado da rua) do hotel, mas as habilidades de atendimento ao cliente da equipe estavam FALTANDO! Eu opero de tal maneira que, se você não apreciasse meu dinheiro, certamente gastaria em outro lugar e a US $ 359 / noite por interação insuficiente de atendimento ao cliente e cabelos públicos na pia do banheiro sem que me oferecessem um novo quarto. gastar em outro lugar!

Minha filha e eu recentemente viajamos para San Antonio e ficamos no hotel Canopy. A equipe foi ótima e o restaurante foi muito bom. Nós apreciamos a decoração moderna e a proximidade com a parte movimentada do Riverwalk e as partes mais tranquilas. Mi hija y yo viajamos recientemente a San Antonio y nos alojamos en el hotel Canopy. El personal era genial y el restaurante era muy bueno. Disfrutamos de la decoración moderna y la proximidad a la parte concurrida del paseo del río y las partes más tranquilas. Me gustaría que durante esta nueva temporada de Covid los hoteles tuvieran servicios de limpieza estándar y, si desea optar por no hacerlo, puede hacerlo.

My daughter and I just recently traveled to San Antonio and we stayed in the Canopy hotel. The staff was great and the restaurant was very good. We enjoyed the modern decor and the proximity to the busy part of the riverwalk and the quieter parts. The only negatives for us were the small size of the shower/toilet area and the limited cleaning service. I wish during this new season of Covid that hotels would have standard cleaning services and if you want to opt-out then you can.

The hotel was beautiful. I was there for a concert at the Aztec Theater which was literally 20 steps (across the street) from the hotel but the staffs customer service skills were LACKING! I operate in such a way as if you do not appreciate my money I will certainly spend elsewhere and at $359/night for for insufficient customer service interaction and public hairs in the bathroom sink without being offered a new room....I will certainly spend elsewhere!

Primeira vez hospedado no hotel Canopy e amá-lo. Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso com comodidades modernas. Amei a máquina Nespresso no quarto, ela fez o melhor café. First time staying at Canopy hotel and love it. Great location, spacious room with modern amenities. Love the Nespresso machine in room, it made best coffee. Besides, the have filter machine for water at every floor. Love the decor ar every corner.... And the most important thing that made me rate 5* is STAFF; they make guests feel comfortable like home, helpful and sweet. Definitely will stay here again next time.

The San Antonio Riverwalk is a beautiful area and perfect for people who are wanting to explore and learn history of the town. Our stay was wonderful at the Canopy hotel! The rooms were very clean and tasteful, it felt very safe as well and the restaurants connected to it were just great! This hotel was elegant and chic with modern amenities including a gym, lovely restaurant and an exciting bar. It's location was so perfect I didn't need my car after handing it over to valet. The riverwalk and many other interesting places were all within easy walking distance. I enjoyed the updated room that was overall clean and comfortable. They had friendly and pleasant staff also.

Ok I thought I was staying at a 4 star hotel let’s start there. I paid over $270 for one night stay. The first thing the lady say to me is some nonsense about my booking (which was done way in advance) I end up in a room directly across from construction which was ongoing the entire stay. Just hammering and banging all morning and all day. The worst part was the fraudulent charges added to my room for over $200.. this place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I have been on the phone for hours disputing the facts to no avail. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Hermoso, nuevo y limpio en una excelente ubicación cerca de todo. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. La habitación King tenía una bonita vista con las ventanas del piso al techo. Muy bien decorado. Beautiful, New and clean in a great location close to everything. Bed and pillows very comfortable. King room had a nice view with the floor to ceiling windows. Nicely decorated. Minus one star because of no room housekeeping service... seriously ridiculous. Stop with the nonsense and resume daily room cleaning. Parked at the St. Mary garage on Travis st. and saved hundreds.

Absolutamente ótimo! Equipe amigável, hotel limpo. Recomendaria e nós com certeza ficaríamos novamente. Tínhamos um quarto de canto que parecia mal mobiliado. A entrada não tinha mesa ou cadeiras, mas tinha um espelho de corpo inteiro em forma de bastão de café, geladeira camuflada como uma gaveta e uma grande janela panorâmica. Absolutely great! Friendly staff, clean hotel. Would recommend and we would definitely stay again. We had a corner room that seemed under furnished. The entry had no table or chairs but did have a coffee bat full length mirror, fridge camouflaged as a drawer and a large picture window. Room was clean and comfortable just seemed like wasted space in the entry area is all.

We came to San Antonio for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a better hotel as our base! We had a Clean and comfortable room with amazing views of downtown from the floor to ceiling windows. They have a super friendly and professional staff and the managers checked in with us personally several times to ensure our satisfaction. The third floor bar/lounge overlooking the Riverwalk was a great place to enjoy a cocktail while planning our adventures!

We traveled with a group of friends to San Antonio for a 3 night get away. We selected the Canopy for it's location. It did not disappoint. Loved the patio for breakfast and Dinner. The bar balcony was very nice as well. This made for and Awesome time with our friends.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Staff is nice but no pool in hot San Antonio is cray in itself. We couldn't sleep, bed and pillows weren't comfortable. Our bathroom door was very difficult to open and close, eventually just left it open. Great location though.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and the experience was good. Check-in was easy and room was very clean on our arrival and the front desk staff was very friendly. Room as well as the bathroom was smaller than we expected which was a bit disappointing and sliding bathroom doors were not convenient. Valet parking experience was good as well (though pricey compared to others) as we had no issues getting our vehicle on time. They had an on-site restaurant and the food was just 'okay' with very limited menu options with no kids friendly items on the menu. The location was great right on the Riverwalk with lot restaurants and attractions nearby.

Service is a joke. Upon checking in, we were charged a deposit, on a room that was already paid for online before check in. When I tried to ask why there was no mention of this fee on their website, or anywhere else online, the check in girl went to get her manager. Good to know the staff is unable to answer simple questions. When I asked the manager the same question, his response, instead of answering the simple question that was asked, was to instead say, "I can tell you're upset... we can cancel the reservation or you can pay the fee" . Unbelievably rude service, from someone who is supposed to a manager. I would just like an answer to the extremely simple question that I asked.... if there is this "deposit" fee upon check in, why is it not mentioned ANYWHERE on their website, or any other booking website. I am simply expecting transparency when it comes to fees charged. The fact that the question can't be answered tells me that its because the employees have no good answer, and this is just extra fees that Hilton wants to charge their customers to take advantage of them. Will NEVER stay at another Hilton property, ever again. If they can't be transparent about their fees, what else are they hiding.....

O hotel tinha problemas muito menores. Nosso refrigerador do quarto não estava funcionando, mas a equipe estava disposta a refrigerar minhas sobras para mim na recepção. O chão do nosso quarto tinha uma pequena quantidade de entulho que parecia comida. Havia um leve cheiro perto do nosso banheiro, mas nada insuportável. No geral, meu namorado e eu ainda gostamos da nossa estadia. As comodidades eram excelentes. A localização era extremamente conveniente. Todo o pessoal foi educado. Ficaria de novo.

El hotel tenía problemas muy menores. La nevera de nuestra habitación no funcionaba, pero el personal estaba dispuesto a refrigerar mis sobras para mí en la recepción. El suelo de nuestra habitación tenía una pequeña cantidad de escombros que parecían comida. Había un ligero olor cerca de nuestro baño, pero nada abrumador. En general, mi novio y yo todavía disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Las comodidades eran excelentes. La ubicación era muy conveniente. Todo el personal fue educado. Me quedaría de nuevo.

The hotel had very minor issues. Our room fridge was not working but the staff was willing to refrigerator my leftovers for me at the front desk. The floor in our room had a small amount of debris that looked like food. There was a slight smell near our bathroom but nothing overwhelming. Overall, my bf and I still enjoyed our stay. The amenities were great. Location was extremely convenient. All of the staff was polite. Would stay again.

Estive em San Antonio muitas vezes, mas este foi o melhor serviço de hotel que já experimentei. De estacionamento com manobrista, para tomar bebidas no bar, (os bartenders e bebidas foram incríveis), para o processo de check-in na recepção, tudo foi excelente! A localização é perfeita, os quartos eram limpos e os funcionários eram muito simpáticos. Este será o meu hotel de preferência a partir de agora. Obrigado, Canopy, por uma ótima estadia. He estado en San Antonio muchas veces, pero este ha sido el mejor servicio de hotel que he experimentado. Desde el servicio de aparcacoches, hasta tomar unas bebidas en el bar (los camareros y las bebidas eran increíbles), hasta el proceso de registro en la recepción, ¡todo fue excelente! La ubicación es perfecta, las habitaciones estaban limpias y el personal era muy amable. Este será mi hotel de preferencia a partir de ahora. Gracias, Canopy, por una excelente estadía. I have been to San Antonio many times, but this has been the best hotel service I have ever experienced. From valet parking, to having drinks at the bar, (the bartenders and drinks were amazing), to the check in process at the front desk, everything was excellent! The location is perfect, the rooms were clean, & the staff was so friendly. This will be my hotel of preference from now on. Thank you, Canopy, for a great stay. Book with confidence!!

Este hotel é de primeira qualidade. Atendimento ao cliente, incrível. Fiquei surpreso ao ver como todos os funcionários eram tão amigáveis e agradáveis. O restaurante, Domingo, também é incrível. Eu não tive um coquetel menos do que incrível aqui. Há um bar no terceiro andar com vista para o calçadão do rio e um ótimo ambiente. Nós vamos ficar aqui novamente apenas por causa do hotel.

What a nice hotel! It's in the perfect location. We were at loose ends because our booked hotel ended up being non-existant, so we came here. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, finding us a room on a busy night and offering us waters. The breakfast is also amazing. Nothing but positive things to say about this place! Worth the money.

This hotel is top notch. Customer service, amazing. I was taken back by how each and every employee were so friendly and nice. The restaurant, Domingo, is amazing as well. I did not have a less than amazing cocktail here. There’s a bar on the third floor that overlooks the river walk and has a great atmosphere. We will be staying here again just because of the hotel.
