Buen lugar. Primera vez que me quedo aquí. Muy moderno y limpio. Personal amigable. Las habitaciones tienen características de diseño superiores, como opciones de ducha doble, puertas de granero para mayor privacidad, cabecero de piso a techo, sillones, ventanales y hermosas vistas. Una gran característica de lujo son las almohadas y el edredón de plumas. La cama era cómoda. Había un agua filtrada y una máquina de hielo filtrada a pasos de nuestra habitación. Se admiten mascotas y servicial. Buen restaurante en el lobby abierto todo el día, menú completo. Me encantaron las opciones de desayuno, café especial y zumos recién exprimidos. Opción apreciada para check in temprano y check out un poco más tarde. Lo único que desearía que fuera mejor es la señalización en el estacionamiento y el vestíbulo para guiar mejor a los huéspedes a su destino.

Os quartos têm características de design superior, como opções de chuveiro duplo, portas de celeiro para privacidade, cabeceira do chão ao teto, espreguiçadeiras, janelas panorâmicas e belas vistas. Uma grande característica de luxo são os travesseiros e edredons de plumas. Cama era confortável. Havia uma água filtrada e uma máquina de gelo filtrada a alguns passos do nosso quarto. Animais de estimação e acolhedores. Bom restaurante no lobby aberto todo o dia, menu completo. Amamos as seleções de café-da-manhã, opções de café especial e sucos naturais. Opção apreciada para check-in antecipado e check-out um pouco mais tarde. As únicas coisas que eu gostaria que fossem melhores são a sinalização na garagem e no saguão para guiar melhor os hóspedes ao seu destino.

Nice place. First Time staying here. Very modern and clean. Friendly staff. The rooms have superior design features such as dual shower options, barn doors for privacy, floor to ceiling headboard, lounge chairs, picture windows and beautiful views. A great luxury feature are the feather down pillows and comforter. Bed was comfortable. There was a filtered water and filtered ice machine steps away from our room. Pet friendly and accommodating. Nice restaurant in lobby open all day, full menu. Loved the breakfast selections, specialty coffee and fresh juice options. Appreciated option for early check in and a little later check out. The only things I wish were better are signage in the parking garage and lobby to guide guest better to their destination.

Hospedado aqui dois fins de semana consecutivos devido às proximidades do aeroporto. Fiquei no estúdio com uma cama e depois com duas camas com vista para o rio. Ambos os quartos eram elegantes, com excelentes vistas. O AC em ambos os quartos faltou grande momento! Sei que gosto mais frio do que a maioria, mas posso ficar em um Best Western com uma unidade de parede e obter um melhor controle de temperatura. A falta de um frigobar foi inesperada e a chamada gaveta isolada era mais uma gaveta de aquecimento do que qualquer outra coisa. A configuração do elevador é confusa para dizer o mínimo. O estacionamento de US $ 35 por dia sem qualquer validação também estava abaixo da média. Se você não tem estacionamento próprio e não o valida, mencione o preço extra em seu site para que as pessoas possam planejá-lo. A equipe foi muito agradável e sempre útil. This is one of our very favorite hotels in DC, especially now during these incredible times because they are extremely detailed with everything. The rooms are stunning, the staff is warm and hands on and there us no better location. It's the perfect getaway!

Stayed here two weekends in a row due to vicinity to airport. Stayed in the studio with one bed and then with two beds with the river view. Both rooms were elegant with great views. The AC in both rooms lacked big time! I know I like it colder than most but I can stay at a Best Western with a wall unit and get better temperature control. The lack of a mini fridge was unexpected and the so called insulated drawer was more of a warming drawer than anything else. The elevator setup is confusing to say the least. The 35$ a day parking without any validation was subpar as well. If you don't have your own parking and you don't validate then mention the extra price on your website so people can plan for it. Staff was very pleasant and always helpful. My next trip to DC I will be trying out a different location.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at the Canopy at the Wharf in the corner (larger) room for roughly 2 months because our neighbor had a fire. Here is my breakdown for review: Room: 9/10 Nice View from the corner, floor to ceiling windows, nice sized bathroom and layout. Bathroom: 6/10 They need to re-seal the showers, there was mold (as seen in pictures). I notified the manage, and they sent someone to deep clean it, however, the issue was not with cleaning, it needs to be re-sealed and caulked. Also, the tile work is not the most appealing color (from a design standpoint). Lobby: 7/10 Decent lobby, not a fan of their 2 sided elevators Front Desk: 7/10 A few of the front desk staff/management, were very a friendly, and a few others not so friendly. Gym: 7/10 Good size, sufficient equipment, clean. Restaurant: 6/10 Food is decent at best, coffee/lattes were not good; after 2 time of eating there when we first came, we did not go back. Only nice perk is that they are open later than most restaurants at the Wharf. *Also, they do not offer room service. Grounds: 7/10 Nice grounds, clean and sufficient space. Overall, I would go back for the view for a staycation, but some of the staff really made me dislike the hotel, and not want to come face-to-face. Therefore, I probably will go to the Intercontinental for my next visit. All the best!

Great rooms, great bathroom. Front desk could have been a bit more accommodating when they saw I had made a reservation but they did not see it in the system. She could have been a bit more proactive about assisting me and eventually checking me in.

Amei! Ótima localização e delicioso café da manhã. O quarto era um pouco pequeno eo refrigerador em vez de um frigorífico real foi um problema real para mim. Eu gostei do novo sistema de elevador que permitiu um uso mais eficiente dos elevadores disponíveis. Excelente centro de fitness compartilhado com o hotel ao lado.

Loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast. The room was a bit small and the cooler rather than an actual fridge was a real problem for me. I liked the new elevator system that allowed for a more efficient use of available elevators. Excellent fitness centre shared with the hotel next door.
