“Recently attended a wedding function here, the hotel itself is such a pretty venue (vintage themed)and garden area just makes it special. The actual set up was in a marquee and the inside was very grand. The staff at the hotel are very accommodating to all requests. The only criticism is that going for a wedding, I wore heals and the grounds are pebbly. Highly recommend.”

“The venue and gardens are stunning and although my room was a little cold it was beautiful. Unfortunately on this occasion I was extremely disappointed with how rude a large number of the staff were. Maybe they were just having a bad day/weekend, but still you shouldn’t take that out on your customers. I would be reluctant to recommend the hotel to others because of this - but maybe if some of them had some customer service training then things would definitely improve.”
