“Hice una reservación para mi hija que iba de El Salvador a Hamburgo, Alemania.Por email solo me dijeron que necesitaban el test de RPC con menos de 48 horas.Ella llevó todos sus documentos en orden.La sorpresa fue cuando llego al hotel a eso de las 10pm, no la quisieron aceptar, ya que estando ahí, le dijeron que tenía que pasar 10 días de cuarentena, y que se tenía que retirar.¡Eso no se hace!!!! me la dejaron en la calle!! ¡Aparte de eso quieren cobrarme el 90% de la reserva!!!! Que tipo de seres humanos son estos, mi hija de 21 años y sin un lugar donde quedarse.Por eso le doy 1 estrella y si pudiera no le daría estrella.Malísima atención al cliente, Jamás regresaría a este hotel.Mi hija no había dormido en casi 34 horas. ------------- I made a reservation for my daughter who was going from El Salvador to Hamburg, Germany. The surprise was when she arrived at the hotel at around 10pm, they did not want to accept her, since being there, they told her that she had to spend 10 days in quarantine, and that she had to withdraw. they left her on the street !! Apart from that they want to charge me 90% of the reservation !!!! What kind of human beings are these, my 21-year-old daughter and nowhere to stay. That's why I give it 1 star. Terrible customer service, I would never go back to this hotel. My daughter hadn't slept in almost 34 hours”
