A nightmare, pedimos um quarto silencioso, e é quase meia noite e os vizinhos na gritaria. Que noite que vou ter, vai ser péssima.amanha terei que acordar muito cedo. Pior experiência que já tive em um motel. Sem piscina e sem internet, embora isso fosse parte das comodidades supostamente incluídas, e uma atitude total de f-você. Também o lugar é bastante degradado e o lobby estava sujo. Estávamos planejando essas duas comodidades, mas eles não se importaram e se recusaram a fornecer qualquer compensação. A Expedia tentou ser útil, mas a gerência da pousada nem cooperou com eles!

Foi um hotel desagradável, estivemos em muitos hotéis, este foi o pior ainda Camas sujas ainda cabelo de outro hóspede você tem que trazer suas próprias tigelas e pratos. A maioria dos hotéis tem pratos e tigelas, mas não. A geladeira funciona e o micro-ondas funciona, mas a tv não funcionou. Obrigado pelo nosso dinheiro de volta também, mas faça melhor para melhorar as coisas e as folhas mais bonitas

Fue un hotel desagradable en el que hemos estado en muchos hoteles, este fue el peor hasta ahora. Las camas sucias todavía tienen cabello de otros huéspedes. Tienes que traer tus propios tazones y platos. La mayoría de los hoteles tienen platos y tazones, pero no. La nevera funciona y el microondas funciona, pero la televisión no funcionaba en absoluto. Gracias por la devolución de nuestro dinero también, pero hazlo mejor para mejorar cosas más bonitas y láminas más bonitas.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel. No pool and no internet even though that was part of the amenities supposedly included, and a total f-you attitude. Also the place is pretty rundown and the lobby was dirty. We were planning around both these amenities, but they didn’t care and refused to provide any compensation. Expedia tried to be helpful but the inn management didn’t even cooperate with them!

It was nasty hotel we’ve been to many hotels this one was the worst one yet Dirty beds still hair from other guest you have to bring your own bowls and plates. Most hotels have plates and bowls but no. They fridge works and the microwave works, but the tv did no work at all. Thanks for our money back too, but do better to improve nicer things and nicer sheeting

Este lugar tem quartos bastante agradáveis. Quando chegamos aqui, havia um cheiro no quarto que cheirava como se tivesse sido fumado, então fomos até a recepção para pedir um purificador de ar, e a senhora foi e encontrou alguns sprays que poderíamos experimentar e eles me garantiram que este hotel é suposto ser livre de fumo. (os sprays ajudaram um bando) Eles foram rápidos para ajudar e amigável sobre isso também.Edit: Fui para a piscina no último dia, os pequenos alegaram que estava congelando. A recepção disse que está quebrado ou algo assim? Não havia toalhas (como a recepção disse que estavam completamente sem toalhas de piscina), e a banheira de hidromassagem era tão nojenta! A imagem não faz jus ao quão nojento parecia. A uma senhora na recepção disse que eles esperam para obter a piscina completamente refeita. Além disso, o café da manhã não era uma ótima seleção, e a “comida quente” estava basicamente fria. Com certeza foi um desabafo. Este é um bom hotel para algumas noites, mas acho que não valeu a pena os US $ 270 por noite.

Este lugar tiene habitaciones bastante bonitas. Cuando llegamos aquí había un olor en la habitación que olía a que se había fumado, así que fuimos a la recepción a pedir un ambientador, y la señora fue y encontró algunos aerosoles que podíamos probar y me aseguraron que Se supone que este hotel es libre de humo. (Los aerosoles ayudaron mucho) Fueron rápidos en ayudar y amables al respecto también.Editar: Bajé a la piscina el último día, los niños dijeron que estaba helada. ¿La recepción dijo que está rota o algo así? No había toallas (como la recepción dijo que no tenían toallas para la piscina), ¡y el jacuzzi era tan asqueroso! La imagen no le hace justicia a lo asqueroso que se veía. La única dama en la recepción dijo que esperan renovar la piscina por completo. Además, el desayuno no era una gran selección, y la "comida caliente" estaba básicamente fría. Definitivamente fue una decepción. Este es un buen hotel para un par de noches, pero no creo que valga la pena los $ 270 por noche.

This place has pretty nice rooms. When we got here there was a scent in the room that smelled like it had been smoked in, so we went to the front desk to ask for an air freshener, and the lady went and found some sprays we could try and they assured me that this hotel is supposed to be smoke free.(the sprays helped a bunch) They were quick to help and friendly about it as well. Edit: Went down to the pool the last day, the kiddos claimed it was freezing. The front desk said that it’s broken or something? There weren’t any towels (like the front desk said they were completely out of pool towels), and the hot tub was sooo gross! The picture doesn’t do it justice of how gross it looked. The one lady at the front desk said they hope to get the pool completely redone. Also the breakfast wasn’t a great selection, and the “hot food” was basically cold. It was definitely a let down. This is a good hotel for a couple nights but I don’t feel like it was worth the $270 a night.

A senhora da recepção foi extremamente rude com meu avô mais velho. Ela falou baixo para nós dois. Ela ameaçou recusar nosso serviço, simplesmente porque o ID não correspondia. Alerta de spoiler, deu certo. Confirmamos isso por telefone. Não houve pedido de desculpas, mas quase fomos recusados e ela não conseguiu fornecer o nome de um gerente, exceto “BEN”. Eu nunca ficaria aqui novamente. Senti-me inseguro e negligenciado pela equipe. Nossos cartões-chave não funcionaram depois que voltamos do jantar E nossa TV estava quebrada (remoto e TV). Serviço horrível e foi claramente culpa da gestão. Espero que você contrate funcionários que possam ler claramente os números de identificação e confirmação.

Isso foi exatamente o que pensamos que seria. Bom quarto limpo. Melhores camas em que dormimos em muito tempo (gostamos de camas macias). Bar de café-da-manhã não valeu a pena a caminhada. Fora isso foi excelente para o que precisávamos. Ficaria aqui novamente.

O quarto estava bem arrumado! Eu tinha zero reservas dormindo na cama. 5 estrelas para as donas de casa! O problema foi o café da manhã! Meu marido militar não conseguiu engolir o café da manhã. Não tenho certeza de como você estraga a massa de waffle? Os pacotes de calda tinham a consistência de gelatina...? Se o café da manhã faz parte do motivo pelo qual você fica aqui, escolhe outro lugar, se precisa de um quarto limpo, aqui está uma ótima escolha!

¡La habitación estaba muy ordenada! Tenía cero reservas durmiendo en la cama. 5 estrellas para las amas de casa! El problema fue el desayuno! Mi esposo militar no pudo tragarse el desayuno. No estoy seguro de cómo arruinas la masa de gofres. ¿Los paquetes de jarabe tenían la consistencia de gelatina...? Si el desayuno es parte de la razón por la que se hospeda aquí, elija otro lugar, si necesita una habitación limpia, ¡aquí hay una excelente opción!

Esto fue exactamente lo que pensamos que sería. Bonita habitación limpia. Las mejores camas en las que hemos dormido en mucho tiempo (nos gustan las camas blandas). La barra de desayuno no valía la pena caminar. Aparte de eso, fue excelente para lo que necesitábamos. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my older grandfather. She spoke down to both of us. She threatened to decline us service, simply because the ID did not match. Spoiler alert, it did. We confirmed this over the phone. There was no apology, but we were almost declined service and she could not produce a manager’s name, except for “BEN”. I would NEVER stay here again. I felt unsafe and neglected by staff. Our key cards didn’t work after we returned from dinner AND our TV was broken (remote and TV). Horrible service and it was clearly management’s fault. I hope you hire staff who can clearly read ID and confirmation numbers.

This was exactly what we thought it would be. Nice clean room. Best beds we have slept in in a very long time (we like soft beds). Breakfast bar wasn't worth the walk down. Other than that it was excellent for what we needed. Would stay here again.

The room was very tidy! I had zero reserves sleeping on the bed. 5 stars for the housekeepers! The problem was the breakfast! My military husband couldn't choke down the breakfast. I'm not sure how you ruin waffle batter? The syrup packets were the consistency of jello...? If breakfast is a part of why you stay here, chose somewhere else, if you need a clean room, here is a great choice!

Most of my experience may have to do with the room that we got, but we stayed here for three nights and we're miserable for most of them! Our room was right next to the cleaning room, across from the gym, and right next to a long hallway in which people going to the pool are visiting. The building is not built very well, So our room just vibrated and rumbled with all of the footsteps in that hallway. And there were a ton! Probably didn't happen that the hotel was booked full, but it's 11:00 at night and there are kids running and screaming down the hallway their parents obviously not caring. I finally had to call the front desk because I had to be up so early in the morning, I needed somebody to stop the madness. This is the first time I've ever visited a hotel I didn't like. Also, their breakfast is a bagged breakfast. Nothing cooked, warm, basically got thrown in the garbage. The blankets were stained yellow.

Paramos para uma estadia de última hora devido ao mau tempo. Temos 2 quartos e eles eram tão limpos e espaçosos para o preço que pagamos! Foi bom sentir como se ainda estivéssemos de férias enquanto ficávamos presos no caminho de volta para casa! A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa.A única coisa que eu gostaria que o site deles mencionasse é que o café da manhã é um café da manhã em uma sacola. O que não permite mais opções para pessoas com sensibilidade alimentar. No entanto, trabalhamos em torno disso e ainda fez a estadia uma ótima!

We stopped for a last minute stay due to bad weather. We got 2 rooms and they were so clean and spacious for the price we paid! It was nice to feel like we were still on vacation while getting stuck on our way home from vacation! The staff was very friendly and helpful.The only thing I wish their site would have mentioned, is that breakfast is breakfast in a bag. Which doesn’t allow for more options for people with food sensitivities. However we worked around this and still made the stay a great one!
