Excelente, sem nada a apontar de negativo. Uma semana de férias (em Outubro) simplesmente fantástica. Funcionários de extrema simpatia, sempre preocupados em agradar, como nunca vi em qualquer outro local. Quartos confortáveis e muito limpos. Comida excelente e variada. Todos os dias com animação de piscina e também noturna. Sem dúvida que recomendo!

El peor hotel que e visitado con todo incluido... Pésimo... Cómida malisima, el alcohol garrafon y encima marca chiná toa... El riu chiclana e ido 3 veces y es buenísimo... Pero el de Portugal deja mucho que desear... No lo recomiendo a nadie vamos... Super decepcionado... Y el hotel súper pequeño... Llegue con 89 kilos y me voy a mi casa con 87 kilos con todo incluido es de verguenza

Good hotel Its a good 3* + hotel, no where near a 4 or 5 star though. The hotel is good tho but don't have huge expectations. We really enjoyed the hotel and staff on our holiday tho. Food was excellent plenty of choices with huge serving times which also helps. Pools lovely and clean. Reception can be really busy just make time. Entertainment struggles a bit on somenights but the hotel hosts are very friendly, helpful, polite and curtious. They make the hotel what it is. Covid restrictions on the whole are very good. Plenty of sanitation stations. All staff were brilliant. I take my hat of with their patience with some holiday makers. Resort is lovely and quaint, beach is 8 min walk and is a joy.... Would recommend fully. Keep up the great work all. And we will be back 👍👍👍🤞

Room Cleaning - rooms are cleaned everyday. Cleaners are polite and making an effort to make a swan, turtle and flower decoration from folded towel and sheet. Top notch.Dining Room Service - accommodating front staff and over all staff. We enjoyed the food and the service. Sushi was avery nice addition. We visited during corona. Guest should be encourage not to use their used cups and glasses in refilling their drinks.Bar Service- friendly staff and decent choice of drinks. To some, slushies based cocktails maybe weird and unpleasant. Provides peanuts and corn nibblesto go with drinks. Corn was very hard, maybe just stick to the peanuts ?Meal-good spread and choices.We love and enjoyed the food. They need to put clearand proper label to some food. Sushi was a winner. Need to provide sushi ginger for complete experience. They do have proper soy sauce to go with their sushi and wasabi.Reception- welcoming and efficient. Very friendly and good service. Free every day big water bottle. Good service.Entertainment - enough to keep children occupied. Live music in the evening.Other - Corona Protocol- mask wearing are implemented where appropriate. Alcohol dispenser everywhere. Room cleaners are working hard to provide a clean and comfy room.Sun Beds- I haven’t seen the sun beds spray clean or spray disinfect. I’m not sure how regular the pool’s clean or check ?I haven’t observed places often touch regularly wipe/clean - door handles, rails, buttons etc…

Well maintained grounds and building, looked really fresh. Live music most nights. Main pool is attractive but has hand rails under the water line that you may swim into if your not careful, the Poolside shower trays were also abit of a trip hazard. Great service at the bars and restaurants with good selections in the restaurant's. Masks were worn inside by all, and kindly reminded by staff if you forgot.

Os colaboradores do hotel muito simpaticos desde o bar, limpezas,e animadores. Pena que muitas das bebidas de marca branca muito fracas e as refeições muito repetitivas. Como cliente dos hoteis Riu fiquei um pouco desiludida por esses pontos. Mas o hotel é lindo e limpo e bem sossegado para quem procura descanso.

Terminou hoje uma semana espetacular neste hotel! Recomendo vivamente, a animação e a amabilidade de todos os funcionários tornam a estadia incrível. Verdade que a comida podia ser mais variada mas em termos de sabor foi muito positivo! De salientar, a animação junto da piscina, não há momentos mortos quer seja de manhã, tarde ou noite, os dias temáticos no restaurante e a equipa de limpeza dos quartos! Muitos parabéns!!

Nada más llegar nos quisieron dar una habitación con vistas al parking y decían que era vistas a la ciudad, quitando este detalle que solucionaron rápidamente porque nos la cambiaron sin problema todo lo demás de lujo, Personal de 10 !! Muy amables, simpáticos, educados, buena presencia, la limpieza de las habitaciones es espectacular, jardín muy cuidado y piscina impecable, la comida bastante bien y totalmente recomendable, para repetir siempre !!

Estuvimos en el puente del Pilar en todo incluido. Todo perfecto El personal del hotel desde recepción a camareros muy amables preocupados de que todo estuviera perfecto. Habitación amplias y limpias. Comida variada y de calidad. Volveremos.

Me esperaba algo más al ser un Riu. Comida normalita, bebidas sin nombre. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Me hubiera gustado que la alcachofa de la ducha fuese mejor y las toallas de baño grandes, pero no. La animación está bien aunque termina muy pronto por la noche

This is our 2nd visit to the hotel this year my sister and I love it. The staff are all really friendly and the entertainment team are fab. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food and drink vg. We also like the little harbour, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. Albuferira is €8 taxi ride away

Hotel is really clean, room is lovely cleaned everyday. Staff are super friendly go out of their way to help you. Shown to your table at the buffet plates are taken away straight away when your finished. Reception staff also very helpful and friendly! Poor area big size and nice and depending what room you get the views are so nice! Negatives- I don't know how people are saying the food is lovely! Myself and my partner are not fussy we eat almost everything but every single day its the same food over and over again! The food is so bland no flavour whatsoever, the lack of labels on the food could be very dangerous for people who have food allergies as it was not clear on what everything was sometimes I didn't know if it was pork beef or chicken. Dinner is a buffet even though it says there is a restaurant but be careful when you book as this restaurant is closed when it's out of season. Food goes incredibly cold very quickly. Not much for kids to eat if your kid is willing to eat pizza everyday then fine but there was nothing else other than that! Very little for kids to do yes there was entertainment in the evening but wasn't very good. Also the adult entertainment is quite poor.. drinks are not the best very watered down. No paper straws available I think that's due to cost cutting measures. Also no pool bar as its out of season and no table service in the lobby so everytime you wanted a drink you would have to queue and the queue was long considering its out of season can't imagine what it's like in season. In our room was only two pillows on the bed and no duvet cover . No spare pillows or duvet considering it's October and wouldn't be as hot in the night! They say there is a mini bar in the room but it's a fridge with one bottle of water.Also no tea or coffee facilities in our room which I found very strange for a 4 stat hotel.No iron in room and when I asked at reception they told me the building only had one iron and it was on the ground floor so if I wanted to iron my clothes I'd have to bring them in the lift and queue to use an iron and bring them all the way back up to the room. We ended up buying a travel iron to save this hassle! Air con is also non existent just glad we didn't need it as it was cool at night but I'd hate to see what it would be like in the summer months. For a 4 star hotel these are little things that should be standard as I have stayed in 2 and 3 stars who manage to provide better facilities I know its not the staffs fault as they are doing everything they can but considering this is the RIU I expected so much better! Their is a lot of excuses with this hotel basically blaming everything on out of season but my friend stayed in the Jupiter Hotel the same time as ourselves and we went to her hotel for the day and everything g was open! Their restaurants and pool bar and their entertainment was really good. Would i stay here again? No but I can say it's also not the worst hotel I've been In. I stayed in Riu in Jamaica and Morocco and those ones was very nice, food was excellent and music and entertainment throughout the day I didn’t wanted the leave. This Riu was boring nothing to do, no music, no entertainment. I don’t know why people like it here, I spent my whole holiday sleeping the food was the same everyday. One iron served the whole hotel. No snacks during the day. I can’t believe this hotel is rated 4* most dinner time I don’t eat anything.. the best part, all the workers are all very nice. It was my husband birthday and he got a champagne early morning in the room and one at dinner time that was the best experience about my holiday. If you intended on coming please bring your own iron and snacks because after dinner is closed there’s nothing to eat. All the drinks are all watered down. I will never booked this hotel again.. sorry it’s boring and I was so bored…😭😭 and it’s such a beautiful place but Borden killed me. 😭😭wasn’t worth my stay here..

Hotel bom, boa limpeza. A animação, não desfazendo da equipa mas achei que podia ser melhor, ao final do dia para as crianças era sempre às mesmas músicas e danças, mas este está um pouco longe da praia. A nível da restauração eu que tive 2 semanas havia pouca variedade e era sempre o mesmo. Crítico o mini-bar não ter bebidas no quarto a disposição do hóspede por ser tudo incluído. Crítico não haver serviço de snacks 24h Crítico não haver máquina de café no quarto. Coisas tão simples de organizar que o cliente tanto valoriza. Crítico ainda, o hotel não proibir reservar as espreguiçadeiras com toalhas que ficam quase de um dia para o outro. Mas as pessoas (hóspedes) são assim em todo o lado (básicas). O STAF era impecável...

Excelente localização! Pessoal impecável! Áreas públicas agradáveis! Limpeza impecável!Alimentação para um 4*, um pouco a desejar! Pouca variedade desde o PA até ao jantar, o melhor mesmo, os intercalares no TI. Contudo o confeccionado era bem preparado!No quarto, a crítica vai para o WC onde a banheira era bastante escorregadia e as barras de segurança estavam soltas, então não serviam o propósito!

Adorei! Espetacular mesmo! Cheguei hoje, e para já a experiência não está a ser dentro das expectativas. Lamento. As bebidas alcoólicas nos bares são horríveis, lamentavelmente dos piores sítios onde já fui a nível de bar.....Com um tudo incluído espero muito mais.

Realmente fantástico. Cuando entras en este hotel, parece que estásen otro lugar del espacio, en otro sitio distinto a la tierra. Vives una experiencia aterradoramente maravillosa. Todos los sitios que tienes para comer, divertirte, nadar, tomar alguna bebida o un muy buen café. Recomiendo este espacio a toda persona que quiera evadirse unos dias del mundanal ruido, sin más que pensar en qué hago ahora, qué como esta mañana, dónde me tomaré mi café vespertino...

Arrived for a week here after our holiday to Jamaica was cancelled. What a lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and lovely friendly staff. Really good choice of food. We did go out to the old town for a meal but that was just to explore the area. Little bars and restaurants just outside if you don't want to go to far. The beach is 10 minute walk away. Loungers are quite expensive to hire. We just took towels. Always plenty of sunloungers around the pool. Good variety of drinks to choose from. Entertainment during the day and night. Water aerobics is hilarious and everybody joined in, especially when Andre was doing it. Masks are needed for the hotel and the restaurants. Had such a lovely week looking to book for next year. Also hotel rooms are lovely and cleaned every day with clean towels left. Can't say anything bad about it.

Hablo desde la opinión de la estancia de una sola noche, pero hemos quedado encantados; el entorno precioso, la zona de la piscina fenomenal, había mucha gente, y aún así no se veía masificado, butacas en la piscina de sobra, normalmente en los hoteles tienes que madrugar y poner la toalla, allí no. La comida de calidad, y para mi gusto con variedad, las habitaciones muy bonitas, todo muy limpio. Volveremos seguro!

Superb all inclusive hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of entertainment for children during the day around the pool. Evening entertainment in the bar area. Food and drink great. Only minor issue is the amount of people who insist on smoking everywherearound the pool. Unpleasant for non smokers! Rooms clean and comfortable. Definately return.

Lugar para umas férias relaxantes, equipa e staff muito atencioso e simpático! Espaço da piscina é fantástico e através de alguns quartos avistamos o mar. Tem uma equipa de entretenimento e lazer fantástica!

Le doy 5 estrellas al personal, no al hotel. Esta cadena debe estar muy orgullosa del equipo que tiene en ese establecimiento, muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa y trabajando a tope para que el cliente espere lo menos posible y reciba el mejor servicio. La comida buena no, buenísima, pero me sorprendió que los restaurantes temáticos estuvieran cerrados por covid, más bien parecían cerrados por haber abierto con el personal mínimo. Lo mejor de las instalaciones es la piscina, pero como haga un día malo, lo único que puedes hacer allí es estar en la habitación, o bajarte al bar salón, si es que hay sitio. Las consumiciones son super pequeñas, si te quieres tomar una copa en condiciones te la tienes que tomar fuera del hotel, ya que ahí te las ponen en unos vasos parecidos a los de caña, nos quedamos alucinados, nos pareció bastante cutre. Es un poco flojo para lo que cobran, nosotros fuimos contratando el viaje a través de Cruceros y Viajes Traidavel, que es una agencia de diez, con una pedazo de oferta, pero el que haya pagado, lo que piden normalmente... no lo vale, francamente, por ese precio hay cosas mucho mejores.

Mi pareja y yo hemos pasado una magnífica semana en este hotel. Las instalaciones son geniales, la piscina y el buffet lo mejor 🤗 Y que decir de los empleados, súper amables todos. Aparte está muy cerca de la playa. Sin duda una estancia para no olvidar. Una mención especial para la señora rubia de gafas de la limpieza, que siempre nos hacía una recreación original con las toallas 😊

Gran hotel y súper atento todo el personal no falta ni un detalle aunque el bar de la piscina no lo tienen en funcionamientoserá por medidas de seguridad por todo lo demas un 10

Excelente a nível de alojamento (quartos confortáveis,de dimensões adequadas, organizados e limpos, com televisão e acesso livre à internet por todo o lado); excelente a nível de refeições (variadas, bem confecionadas, apresentação maravilhosa); excelente a nível de animação (atividades para adultos e crianças com acompanhamento de monitores assaz cuidadosos e amáveis); excelente a nível de limpeza de todos os espaços; excelentes piscinas e áreas de lazer (campo de ténis, voleibol e basquetebol, mesas de pingue-pongue e bilhar); excelente serviço de bar; excelente comunicação entre todos estes serviços e excecionalmente excelentes na relação hotel cliente (muito atenciosos, solícitos, sempre simpáticos e disponíveis). Segurança e cuidados diários extra devido à atual situação de saúde pública (medição duas vezes da temperatura, dispensadores de álcool gel em inúmeras zonas, inclusivamente, em cada quarto, higienização de espreguiçadeiras e áreas comuns). Altamente recomendável para quem deseja muita diversão e momentos serenidade.

Passei uma semana(19 a 26/8) e achei um 4* sofrível. Foi a minha pior experiência em hoteis do grupo RIU. O tal show cooking existe só no prospecto do hotel.

Excelente Resort para férias em família. Boas piscinas e comodidades. Equipa de animação muito simpática. Em tempo de COVID-19 senti me sempre seguro e tranquilo relativamente às medidas de segurança implementadas. Sugiro apenas mais alguma diversidade ao nível dos pratos disponibilizados.

Fantastic resort. Very good and mixed food. Masks and cleaning constantly in the context of the pandemic. Very friendly staff.

Espaço exterior espaçoso e com jardins cuidados. Tem 2 piscinas de boas dimensões, onde numa delas incorpora 1 bar de acesso direto à piscina. Bebidas com qualidade. Staff e animadores afáveis. Buffet q.b. (c/ pouca variedade, na minha opinião). Quartos de boa dimensão, c/ colchão confortável,A/C , tem varanda c/ boa protecção segurança às crianças, pra além de conter zona de estendal fixo (o que dá jeito) e zona lazer com 2 cadeiras e mesa apoio.

Somos asiduos de la cadena Riu. Siempre hemos salido muy contentos pero en esta ocasión posiblemente debido al covid-19 la experiencia no ha sido tan grata, notando sobre todo deficiencias en la restauración . Aunque como siempre el trato humano ha sido extraordinario. Seguiremos confiando en esta cadena.

We were a large group of about 500 when we stayed at this hotel and they managed to cope with us all very well. The rooms were large, well maintained and clean with decent facilities and a TV. The meals all buffet style were excellent from breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of helpful staff available. It is a large hotel with two restaurants and very well managed. There are two large swimming pools and extensive gardens.

Newly renovated hotel which matches the Riu standards. Staff is quite friendly and helpful, food is also good, especially the theme restaurants (not superior but that's the case for most all incl hotels). Pool etc. is clean, nice sports offers like tennis. A little bit more room cleaning staff would be appropriate I think, the cleaning ladies were always in a hurry and sometimes didn't manage to clean our room.

My husband and I just returned from a 7 night trip to this stunning hotel. The staff from the front desk to the restaurants to the bar staff and cleaning staff were all exceptional. We were so happy with our stay we decided not to go out of the hotel grounds apart from one morning and came straight back. We enjoyed the wide variety of food and drink.Special mention to Julian at the pool bar and Danielle entertainments staff. My husband and I enjoyed aqua aerobics with the cheesy song we all danced to at the end.and found ourselves humming to throughout the day.. the pool and grounds are well maintained and very pretty. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had a lovely relaxing stress free holiday. Highly recommended.
