Meu amigo íntimo teve uma festa de hotel aqui recentemente. Os quartos estavam limpos. Chuveiros devidamente limpos (você pode dizer que alguém teve tempo para limpar a banheira e as paredes, ao contrário de alguns outros hotéis). Experimentou a Piscina à noite. Estava quente e limpo. Não muito cloro na piscina, ( sem ferir os olhos). Área circundante da piscina limpa e mantida decentemente seca. Durante a noite a piscina não estava ocupada. Foi bom ter a piscina para nós mesmos!

My close friend had a hotel party here recently. Rooms were clean. Showers properly cleaned( you can tell someone took the time to clean the tub and walls,unlike some other hotels). Experienced the Pool at night. Was warm and clean. Not to much chlorine in the pool, ( no hurt eyes). Surrounding pool area clean and kept decently dry. During the night the pool was not busy at all. It was nice to have the pool to ourselves!

The room could have been cleaned better. I could find dirt on the AC. Located very next to highway- great location. Breakfast was good too.

O nosso quarto estava repugnantemente sujo! Havia comida nas paredes do chão estavam sujas com teias de aranha e, se isso não for ruim o suficiente, havia pêlos pubianos encaracolados na banheira! Nós nunca ficaremos em nenhum de seus hotéis e desencorajaremos todos os meus amigos. Observe também sua conta, fomos cobrados 83,00 do custo cotado e tivemos que pagar um depósito de 100,00. Nunca mais!!

Our room was disgustingly dirty! There was food on the floor walls were dirty with cobwebs and if that isn't bad enough there was curly pubic hair in the tub! We will never stay in any of your hotels and will discourage all my friends. Also watch your bill we were charged 83.00 of quoted cost and had to pay a 100.00 deposit. Never again!!

Nice hotel very clean and quiet. Only random question? Where in the heck did our Remote to television disappear too. Broke room down looking for it. Was gone. Ghost 👻 of Radisson 😂😂😂. But wonderful Stay. Host was awesome 😎

Não consegui o quarto que foi anunciado. Pediram várias vezes para falar com o gerente e disseram que ninguém estava disponível. Foi-me dito que se reservei pelo Radisson havia algo que eles poderiam fazer, mas ligar para a Expedia e reclamar! Piscina foi executado com pessoas que tinham copos de vinho de vidro que não é de todo sage na área da piscina. Nunca houve toalhas e havia toalhas sujas em todos os lugares. O quarto não estava muito limpo, todo o hotel cheira a meias de ginástica sujas. A entrada da frente estava uma bagunça escorregadia e vi várias pessoas caindo. Pessoal fi nada para torná-lo mais seguro. Eu nunca vou ficar. Novamente. Economize seu dinheiro e vá para outro lugar. Eu gostaria de ter tirado fotos e anotado mais com quem falei, pois dizem que não há registro de minhas preocupações ou reclamações!

Ótimo lugar para uma noite fora. A equipe é muito legal. Preço decente.4 estrelas em vez de 5 porque a cama era desconfortável, não havia toalhas suficientes para a piscina e o aquecedor era alto.

Não tão limpo como da última vez que ficamos aqui. Ficamos 5 dias e nenhuma pessoa de limpeza era para ser vista. Tivemos que ir para a recepção para toalhas limpas - Kleenex & t-paper. Café-da-manhã foram muito bons. A senhora estava com as mãos cheias para limpar depois de algumas pessoas. Além de manter sua área suprida. Ela estava sempre sorrindo e amigável.

I did not get the room that was advertised. Asked several times to speak to manager and was told Noone was available. I was told if I booked through radisson there was something they could do but to call expedia and complain! Pool was over run with people who had glass wine glasses which is not at all sage in the pool area. There were never any towels and there were dirty towels everywhere. The room was not very clean the whole hotel smells like dirty gym socks. The front entrance was a slippery mess and I watched several people fall. Staff fi nothing to make it safer. I will never stay. Again. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wish I had taken pictures and took more notes of who I spoke to as they say there is no record of my concerns or complaints!

Not as clean as last time we stayed here. We stayed 5 days & no housecleaning people was tto be seen. We had to go to rhe desk for clean towels - Kleenex & t-paper. Breakfasts were very good. The lady had her hands full to clean up after some people. Plus keeping her area supplied. She was always smiling & friendly.

Great place for a night away. Staff is really nice. Decent price. 4 star instead of 5 because bed was uncomfortable, not enough towels for pool and heater was loud.

Este hotel foi perfeito para toda a nossa equipe para um torneio de hóquei. A equipe foi muito agradável e acolhedora para todas as crianças com quem estávamos. Mary Jo foi a MELHOR no café da manhã continental! As camas eram confortáveis e os quartos estavam limpos.

Meu marido e eu ficamos em outubro de 2021 e novamente em janeiro de 2022 e tivemos os mesmos problemas nas duas vezes! Entrei no quarto para inspecioná-lo e encontrei cabelo na cama ambas as vezes! Repugnante!! Os quartos têm um odor desagradável como tapete sujo velho e os quartos estão desatualizados com decoração feia. Não consigo passar o cheiro! Nós não vamos ficar lá nunca mais..apenas nojento!

My husband and I stayed back in October 2021 then again in January 2022 and had the same issues both times! I went in the room to inspect it and found hair in the bed both times!! Disgusting!! The rooms have a funky odor like old dirty carpet and rooms are outdated with ugly decor. I can't get passed the smell! We won't be staying there ever again..just gross!

This hotel was perfect for our entire team for a hockey tournament. The staff was very nice and accommodating for all of the kids we were with. Mary Jo was the BEST at the continental breakfast! Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.

I travel for work about 95% of the year all over the United States and don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to for this hotel. My wife is ridiculously picky when it comes to hotels and her and our kids stayed here with me for two weeks. I can honestly say this is one the BEST hotels we’ve ever stayed at. And we’ve stayed at some five star places across the U.S.The rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the pool and spa which were indoor. So much fun. The breakfast was great and the lady working it great.You could tell poured her heart into what she does. The front desk and hotel staff is what made this stay phenomenal. They work so hard and are just so amazing. They are what customer service is all about. Some of the most professional, kind and genuine people and I’m very thankful for that. The hotel is located about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls too which was great.We stayed at other Country Inns because of what a good experience we had here and none even come close in comparison. They are top notch here all around. Thank you all for such a great stay. If you have the choice do yourself a favor and pick this hotel.
