“Great location, poor parking and experience. I had booked a 2 queen room, and instead got 1 queen bed and a full mattress on a queen bed frame (which was sticking out and our shins ran into). The lamps in the room also looked like they had been punched in, and the general upkeep of the hotel as very run down. One of the drawing points to this place was that there was a continental breakfast, only to be disappointed with a note stating that there was no hot breakfast available. There was take and go available, but the front desk staff was in charge of managing the desk and refilling the breakfast area. Not worth the price.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. This was a family vacation for us with our young children. We stayed 3 nights. The first night was terrible. We got there about 7:30 (after our kids normal bedtime). We got to our room and immediately heard loud music coming from the room next to us. We thought, well it's early, so we will wait it out. 9:30 comes along and it's still going on and they were clearly having a party. We could smell air freshner mixed with the smell of pot seeping under the door that attached our rooms. My 9 year old was actually pointed out that there was a weird smell. We did ask the front desk if we could move rooms but they were full. So we asked if he could ask them to keep the noise down. 11:00, still really loud, my husband asked if he talked to them, the guy at the front desk said he called but they didn't answer but he would try calling them again. 12:30...still loud, luckily the kids fell asleep at this point. I put headphones on and played white noise on my phone and finally fell asleep. I woke up multiple times to noise though. We were only a few doors down from the front desk so I am certain the front desk could hear what was going on, but didn't care. The next morning, we asked if they were checking out because if they weren't we were going to ask for a refund and move to a different hotel. He did tell us they were checking out that day and knocked off $60 for the weekend. Luckily they did and we were able to sleep much better the next 2 nights. Other things were that 1 of the 2 hot tubs had water in it, but the jets didn't work. Both times we were at the pool, we had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. Pool area could have been cleaner. I thought it was weird that there wasn't a fan in the bathroom for ventilation. Parking was a big problem. There was not enough room for everyone. We literally had to jump the curb and park in the snow. we let them know there wasn't enough parking, they didn't seem to care. The breakfast was good and they did keep it stocked well.”
