We had a pleasant stay here and great customer service. The place was very clean and they have a breakfast buffet that was pretty decent considering the situations that this world is going through ( COVID-19 ). The next time we're in the area we will definitely make reservations to stay here

Although the rooms are clearly marked as non-smoking, our room smelled stale of cigarette smoke and some kind of strong air deorderizer that was attempting to cover it up. It didn't work.Every time you went into the room , it stunk! The hotel needs renovation, big time.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great service. We arrived past 1 AM and the receptionist was extremely helpful. Very clean accommodations. They offer breakfast (7AM - 9AM), but we were too tired. The breakfast area was very clean and well maintained though. Coffee was ok, but I am a coffee-holic and quite picky. Will stay here again.

Eu vou para este hotel toda vez que estou em Jacksonville para visitar meu filho que é bastante frequente. Desta vez eu tenho que dar a este hotel uma estrela. Ontem fiquei muito doente e hoje não pude fazer o passeio. Eu não queria cancelar toda a minha estadia apenas hoje para que eu possa ficar mais forte para a viagem até Jacksonville. O hotel decidiu aplicar a política de não reembolsáveis, o que me deixou muito desapontado. Eu entendo que eles têm uma política, mas por que perder um viajante fiel em um único dia de lucro? Eu costumava recomendar este hotel a todos que eu conheço que estavam viajando para Jacksonville. A partir de hoje, eles não terão mais meu negócio ou minhas referências. Se você decidir escolher este hotel, certifique-se de não ficar doente, ou se ficar doente, vá para o hotel mesmo assim e divulgue para todos porque você não receberá seu dinheiro de volta. Eu escolhi proteger todos os outros e vou apenas assumir a perda de hoje. Amanhã é outro dia no entanto.

Voy a este hotel cada vez que estoy en Jacksonville para visitar a mi hijo, que es bastante frecuente. Esta vez tengo que darle a este hotel una estrella. Ayer me enfermé mucho y hoy no pude conducir. No quería cancelar toda mi estadía solo hoy para poder hacerme más fuerte para el viaje a Jacksonville. El hotel decidió hacer cumplir la política no reembolsable, lo cual me decepcionó mucho. Entiendo que tienen una política, pero ¿por qué perder a un viajero leal en un solo día de ganancias? Solía recomendar este hotel a todos los que conozco que viajaban a Jacksonville. A partir de hoy, ya no recibirán mi negocio ni mis referencias. Si decide elegir este hotel, asegúrese de no enfermarse o, si se enferma, vaya al hotel de todos modos y dígaselo a todos porque no recuperarán su dinero. Elegí proteger a todos los demás y asumiré la pérdida por hoy. Sin embargo, mañana es otro día.

I go to this hotel everytime I am in Jacksonville to visit my son which is quite often. This time I have to give this hotel a one star. Yesterday I became very ill and today I could not make the drive. I did not want to cancel my entire stay only today so that I can get stronger for the drive down to Jacksonville. The hotel decided to enforce the non-refundable policy which I was very disappointed. I understand they have a policy but why lose a loyal traveler over one single day of profit? I used to recommend this hotel to everyone that I know that was traveling to Jacksonville. As of today they will no longer get my business or my referrals. If you decide to pick this hotel, make sure that you either don't get sick, or if you get sick just go to the hotel anyway and spread it to everyone because you will not get your money back. I chose to protect everyone else and I will just take the loss for today. Tomorrow is another day however.

I must say, my stay here at the hotel was awesome. The staff is so professional/friendly. The Front desk agent (kathy) made the check-in process so smooth for me. Room smelled very well and clean. Breakfast next morning delicious, served eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Even had a mini concert as you was eating lol, breakfast attendant has a beautiful singing voice. Overall experience WAS A PLEASANT ONE! HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

We arrived late to the smell of fresh baked cookies. Always a great start. The property is well maintained and manicured. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast bar was good enough. The pool was super clean and the area well maintained. Great job

Cathy foi incrível !!! Me fez sentir em casa. Tinha algumas necessidades especiais para o meu tio e ela era muito complacente com ele! Não leve isso aonde quer que você vá hoje. Não fui só eu, todos que vieram atrás de mim tiveram o mesmo serviço excelente. Nossa segunda vez aqui e estaremos de volta na próxima semana também! O pequeno-almoço também era muito bom. O tio adorou o B&G e o hambúrguer de frango. Não posso dizer coisas EXCELENTES o suficiente sobre este lugar. Vá verificar por si mesmo! Melhor hotel em toda a esquina !!!!

A única razão pela qual estou dando a este lugar 4 estrelas é por causa da equipe. Eles fazem o melhor que podem. As pessoas nos balcões da frente. A senhora na copa. O gerente e a equipe de limpeza. Pessoas de muito bom serviço. O problema aqui são as pessoas que tomam decisões. Os proprietários e ou investidores. Ei, você não pode administrar este lugar apenas como uma vaca leiteira. Você acabará por executá-lo no chão. Este lugar precisa de tapetes novos ou apenas pisos duros. E novos móveis e utensílios. Está muito atrasado. Chega a um ponto em que apenas mais uma demão de tinta não serve mais. Parece que cada hotel em Jacksonville é puramente uma vaca leiteira. Difícil escolher onde ficar. Uma vez que a qualidade é fraca em todo o lado. Portanto, se você apenas se preocupa com serviço decente, isso seria um bom lugar. Mas você terá que ignorar as manchas no futuro e no tapete. O cheiro de mofo. Não há ventilação. Se a sala fosse arejada e livre, eu ficaria aqui o tempo todo só por causa do pessoal.

La única razón por la que le doy 4 estrellas a este lugar es por el personal. Hacen lo mejor que pueden. La gente de los mostradores. La dama del rincón del desayuno. El gerente y el personal de limpieza. Muy buen servicio a la gente. El problema aquí es la gente que toma decisiones. Los propietarios y / o inversores. Oye, no puedes administrar este lugar solo como una fuente de ingresos. Eventualmente lo ejecutará hasta el suelo. Este lugar necesita alfombras nuevas o simplemente pisos duros. Y muebles y accesorios nuevos. Hace mucho que se retrasó. Llega al punto en que una capa de pintura ya no lo hace. Parece que todos los hoteles de Jacksonville son pura fuente de ingresos. Es difícil elegir dónde alojarse. Dado que la calidad es simplemente mala en todos lados. Entonces, si solo te importa un servicio decente, este sería un buen lugar. Pero tendrás que ignorar las manchas en el futuro y la alfombra. El olor a humedad. No hay ventilación. Si la habitación estuviera ventilada y sin manchas, me quedaría aquí todo el tiempo solo por el personal.

Cathy was awesome!!! Made me feel at home. Had some special needs for my uncle & she was VERY accommodating to him! Don't get that everywhere you go today. It wasn't just me,everyone that came in behind me got the same great service.Our 2nd time here & we'll be back next week as well! Breakfast was very good too. Uncle loved the B&G & the chicken patty. Can't say enough GREAT things about this place. Go check it out for yourself! Best hotel on the entire corner!!!!

The only reason am giving this place 4 stars is because of the staff. They do the best they can. The people at the front counters. The lady at the breakfast nook. The manager and the cleaning staff. Very good service people. The problem here is the decision making people. The owners and or investors. Hey you can't run this place just as a cash cow. You will eventually run it to the ground. This place needs new carpets or just hard floors. And new furniture and fixtures. Is long overdue. It gets to the point where just another coat of paint just doesn't do it any more. It looks like every hotel in Jacksonville is purely a cash cow. Hard to choose where to stay. Since the quality is just poor all across. So if you just care about decent service this would be a good place. But you will have to ignore the spots on the future and the carpet. The musty smell. There is no ventilation. If the room where ventilate and spot free I would stay here all the time just because of the staff.

I highly recommend this hotel. At first I was a little nervous because I had clients staying here for a women's conference I wanted it to be nice for them. I have to say everything went super well. The GM Tiki was amazing she went beyond and beyond for us. Even thou they were booked solid She made a way to get the ladies room together which was a good thing. They were out of towners they wanted to be close together. Natasha & Charlene took very good care of them and myself. Even the evening staff was very sweet. The only thing I had a issue is (this goes to the owner of this particular establishment) is to get some new furniture for you rooms. #321 the desk chair is broken and ripped, plus the bathroom sink is clogged. #308 a new sofa upgrade is a must it has stains on it. Manager Tiki you and your team is amazing if I have any other clients wanting to stay in Jacksonville I will be booking them here thank you for everything 😊

This is a pretty good hotel. They offered cookies and mints, and newspapers at the front desk. They also offered hot breakfast consisting of fruits, egg and cheese omelette, sausage links and potatoes. In addition to toast, oatmeal, cereal, fruits, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There was also a coffee maker in the room, as well as a blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again.

A cama era como concreto. Sofá-cama era horrível, dá para sentir os fios. Vistas, sem vistas do meu quarto no 3º andar. A equipe foi profissional e agradável. Café da manhã quente ok. Decoração do quarto como o Days Inn, mas limpo. Você pode pagar menos por um hotel Marriott de melhor qualidade.

La cama era como cemento. El sofá cama era horrible, puedes sentir los cables. Vistas, sin vistas desde mi habitación en el tercer piso. El personal fue profesional y agradable. Desayuno caliente bien. Decoración de la habitación como Days Inn pero limpia. Puede pagar menos por un hotel Marriott de mejor calidad.

Bed was like concrete. Sofabed was awful, you can feel the wires. Views, no views from my room on the 3rd floor. Staff were professional and nice. Hot breakfast ok. Room decoration like Days Inn but clean. You can pay less for a Marriott Hotel that is better quality.
