Hotel agradável, porém muito tumultuado no café-da-manhã e um pouco distante do trecho mais agradável do Riverwalk. Se tiver disposição, todavia, dá para ir caminhando. A maior vantagem é o estacionamento.

Este lugar é nojento! Os elevadores não estavam funcionando, os tapetes estavam imundos, as camas eram irregulares. Nunca vi nenhuma equipe de limpeza ou serviço de limpeza durante a nossa estadia de 2 noites. Havia uma cafeteira no quarto, mas não havia xícaras. Tive que descer para tomar um café e as tampas que tinham não serviam para as xícaras. Nós tivemos 3 pessoas em nosso quarto e nós fomos fornecidos com 2 toalhas e um pano de prato. Olhando para comentários anteriores, este lugar teve essas mesmas reclamações por muito tempo. Obviamente, não há intenção de corrigir esses problemas.

Okay where do I start. I guess the number one problem I shouldn't have never chosed a hotel that's right by a nature highway. So if you're not prepared to hear cars running up and down I-35 all night this is not the spot. Okay the weekend I was there I was on the third floor and the elevator was down from Friday to Sunday no elevator up and down the stairs so I was very unhappy about that. As far as the room starting with the bathroom door I think it was some foundation issues going on with the establishment couldn't close the bathroom door it would jam. The carpet was dirty. And the TV had a line running down the center of the picture a wide line so I'm not sure what's going on with that. Wasn't the best weekend in this facility but it wasn't the worst so if you're looking for something in between the best and the worst this may be your spot. The potential is definitely there but undoubtedly I don't think the owners are making sure that the customer have a good experience. I could understand the situation about the highway and the noise from the highway that's just kind of uncontrollable but I think everything else could have really been worked on by inspecting your rooms to ensure that your customer have a great experience and would gladly return without hesitation. Thank you

This place is disgusting! Elevators weren't working, carpets are filthy, beds were lumpy. Never saw any cleaning crews or housekeeping at all during our 2 night stay. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no cups. Had to go downstairs for coffee and the lids they had didn't fit the cups. We had 3 people in our room and we were provided with 2 towels and one washcloth. Looking at previous reviews, this place has had these same complaints for a very long time. Obviously, there are no intentions of fixing these issues.

Eu não recomendaria este hotel a ninguém. Eu entendo que tenha havido dificuldades com o congelamento no Texas, mas a gestão não foi transparente. Primeiro, o elevador estava fora e estávamos no quarto andar. Uma família de cinco pessoas, crianças pequenas, com malas lutava para fazer tudo subir três lances de escada. Quando chegamos, fomos informados de que a gerência o consertaria naquela noite. Não. Eles não tinham intenção de consertar isso tão cedo. Em segundo lugar, o café da manhã que foi servido no domingo foi o MESMO café da manhã que sobrou do dia anterior. O pão estava duro, o leite não era bom, e era óbvio que ali tinha ficado desde o dia anterior. Também não havia toalhas. Tínhamos uma toalha em nosso quarto para 5 pessoas. Quando pedimos mais toalhas, o pessoal doce do balcão se desculpou profusamente por não ter nenhuma declaração de que suas toalhas e travesseiros haviam sido roubados. Eu entendo as dificuldades, mas tivemos que gastar muito dinheiro extra do nosso bolso, quando não deveria ser necessário. A gerência do hotel não estava em nenhum lugar para ser encontrada por nós ou pelos trabalhadores que mantinham o hotel funcionando. Eu realmente me senti mal por eles também. Eu não vou recomendar ninguém a este hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I understand there being difficulties with the freezing in Texas, but the management wasn't transparent. First off, the elevator was out and we were on the fourth floor. A family of five, small kids, with suit cases struggled to get everything up three flights of stairs. When we checked in, we were told that management would be getting it fixed that night. Nope. They had no intention of fixing that anytime soon. Secondly, the breakfast that was put out on Sunday was the SAME leftover breakfast from the previous day. The bread was hard, the milk wasn't good, and it was obvious that it was left there from the previous day. There were also no towels. We had one towel in our room for 5 people. When we asked for more towels, the sweet folks at the counter apologized profusely about not having any stating that their towels and pillows had been stolen. I do understand difficulties, but we had to spend a lot of extra money out of out pocket, when it shouldn't have been necessary. Hotel management was no where to be found by us or by the workers keeping the hotel up and running. I really felt bad for them as well. I will not recommend anyone to this hotel.

Tivemos que vir para o hotel por causa do frio e é maravilhoso! Os quartos são enormes e limpos! A equipe é incrível muito simpática e atenciosa! Piscina aquecida ótimo café da manhã! Não posso dar estrelas suficientes, estamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia! Grato por eles foram calorosos e acolhedores durante este tempo!

We had to come to hotel because of the freeze and it’s wonderful! Rooms are huge and clean! The staff is amazing very friendly and caring! Heated pool great breakfast! I cannot give enough stars we are very happy with our stay! Thankful they were warm and welcoming during this time!

The place is not as cute as the picture. It's kinda gross on the cool. I feel bad that I booked it. I kept apologizing to my mom. The floors are disgusting the trash my the elevator smelled really bad. I would never stay here ever.

Havia o que parecia respingar sangue no teto, havia uma lâmina de barbear no peitoril da janela, pequenos insetos pretos por toda a janela, havia uma espátula no banheiro, as saídas estavam saindo da parede, a tampa do ralo na banheira saiu, o colchão estava manchado, o banheiro balançava de um lado para o outro muito ruim, o papel de parede nos corredores estava descascando, a escada e o carpete do saguão precisavam muito de um aspirador de pó ... mas, no geral, não todo esse mal lol .... Sim, o lugar precisa de uma revisão.

There was what looked like blood splatter on the ceiling, there was a razor blade on our window sill, black little bugs all over inside of window, there was a putty knife left in the restroom, the outlets were coming off the wall, drain cover in bathtub came off, the mattress was stained, the toilet rocks side to side pretty bad, the wallpaper in the hallways was peeling, the staircase and carpet in the lobby was in bad need of a vacuum....but hey, overall not all that bad lol.... Yeah the place needs an overhaul.

Al hotel ya le falta remodelar el elevador hace muchos ruidos pero eso es lo de menos ya que lo que menos me gustó fue que los sillones estaban manchados necesitan limpieza la alfombra estaba muy sucia mis hijos jugaban en ella y terminaban todos llenos de polvo en las rodillas, el baño no lo esterilizan esta manchado también. Las toallas y las sábanas al parecer bien ya que eran blancas y no se veían manchadas el extractor del baño no funcionaba y había unas partes del cuarto que le falta pintura ya que estaba manchada la pared. Ojalá pusieran atención a estos detalles para volver

Minha família e eu adquirimos o King Sweet por alguns dias aqui e não foi ruim, mas poderia usar algumas melhorias, não foi a mais limpa, mas o quarto está equipado com duas TVs de tela plana e um sofá-cama que é extremamente desconfortável com mais lençóis e edredons e espelho de corpo inteiro, ferro e tábua de passar roupas, secador de cabelo, frigobar, micro-ondas e cafeteria, mas o reservatório do Keurig era escorregadio e produzia café com gosto de abelha. Tinha ar e aquecimento central, com um quarto principal, sala de estar e dois pequenos armários separados. O elevador era extremamente lento e nunca havia comida disponível para o café da manhã complementar e o café estava frio, o que provavelmente é minhas maiores queixas.

My family and I got the King Sweet for a few days here and it wasn't bad but could use some improvements, it wasn't the cleanest but the room is equipped with two flat screen TVs a pullout sofa bed that's extremely uncomfortable with extra sheets and comforter and a full length mirror, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave and coffee bar but the reservoir of the Keurig was slimey and produced fawl tasting coffee. It had central heat and air with a master bedroom, family room and two small separate closets. The elevator was extremely slow and there was never any food available for the complementary breakfast and the coffee was cold which is probably my biggest complaints.

Nice and clean hotel. Ample size room and bathroom, which were clean. The breakfast was good, nice variety. Not a fan of the coffee, but other drinks available. Check in and out very easy...
