“First time staying here and so far a very good experience. The rooms are very nice, roomy & clean. The location is good and near several restaurants and attractions. The breakfast this morning was good & had a variety for everyone to enjoy. The staff are very nice and so far a very good experience. I would definitely recommend. The only thing is I arrived early around 1pm on Thursday and couldn't check in until 3 pm. So had a few hours to waste.”

“It started when we checked in, and noticed how out dated the bathroom is. The door has water bubbles on the inside. The shower around the water control is cracked where it looks like someone hit it. When we tried to use the shower the handle came off and it was hard to put it back on, made it very difficult to take a shower. The wall in the shower is bowed out very badly. The tp was almost was almost empty and when we went to change it, there was trash and stuff behind it. Disgusting and was rusted real bad. The beds were on a platform, and moved really bad when trying to sleep. The TV is probably from the 80s and no good pictures. When we checked out and tried to discuss it they were rude and short with us. In our haste to leave we forgot 2 pillows and a charger in the room. As we accept responsibility for forgetting our things. You would think in an industry were hospitality is all about what they do, they would reach out. They have our name, phone number and address, so if anyone has the ability to go the extra step.. which would be a step not a mile, they could make the call and say excuse me, we found these in your room. We would have gladly swung back by and picked them up. We have since called 3 days in a row and everyone is so rude. Obviously they are not there white pillow case and pillows, so I know they seen them. Tell me you threw them away, don't ask me to call back in an hour or tomorrow and then take my number and say u gonna call me back if you are not. I accept responsibility, and would pay to have them sent or have someone come by and pick them up. Just to ignore us when we way way over paid for a below par room.. courtesy.. If anyone wants to verify the validity of my comments, please ask to book room 216 and see if I'm lying about the the quality of the room.”
