“The staff is great, but the hotel lacks parking (there's valet for a fee), rooms need maintenance, everything was broken inside: doors' handles, air-conditioner was malfunctioned, bathroom was not properly cleaned (there were hairs in the tub), not a singe USB charging ports (very usual in other Courtyards), just one staff on reception, has to wait a lot to purchase a water from the convenience store.
The location is great.”
