“After arriving late I was told there was no room saved for me (even though I had checked in on line hours earlier). Was told the General Manager purposely overbooked the hotel figuring not everyone would show up. They put me in a different hotel, not in the room type I had reserved. Told me the next day they would not charge me and post 4000 Bonvoy points to my account as a courtesy for the "mis-understanding". Neither happened, they charged my card that day and still haven't posted the points 4 weeks later. If they don't care about customer service why should anyone stay there????”
