“During my stay in Aug 2022, I was moved relocated to 3 different rooms in less than 48hrs due to ants being in the bed and sofa in 2 different rooms. I was only offered $30 off my stay, when I reached out to the manager he never responded back to me. The front desk night staff were polite and accommodating. It would have been nice to have the manager at least respond to my email or provide a call back. This is so disappointing being a Marriott Club member.”

“The hotel was great, rooms were clean with nice furniture. All the staff except the reception were really nice and polite. Strangely enough, the people at the reception were not welcoming at all and even quite rude at times with their eye rolling and dry replies. I hope the management can do something about that, because that’s the only thing that might deter me from staying here again. Would recommend the breakfast here too!”
