Max na recepção realmente chupou os dentes, porque eu me afastei dele. Ele fez repetidamente (tenho uma reserva) uma pergunta óbvia e pareceu chocado por eu ter uma. Seu colega de trabalho foi ótimo, daí o serviço de 4 estrelas. Nenhum micro no quarto e frigobar é motivo de 4 estrelas. Eu realmente gostei do hotel! Voltando.

This place is really good. They have clean rooms and most importantly although they charge for the breakfast the guy taking the order at the breakfast bar is amazing. His service is absolutely good.

Max at the front desk actually sucked his teeth, because I walked away from him. He asked repeatedly (do I have a reservation) obvious question, and appeared shocked that I had one. His coworker was great, hince the 4 star service. No micro in room and small fridge is reason for 4 stars. I truly liked the hotel! Going back.

I stayed at this place for one whole week and my stay was excellent! All the staff was well mannered, very accommodating, and always made sure of great service. I really appreciate Abigail at the front desk who assisted me throughout my stay - she was very willing to help!

Eu não tinha ideia até fazer o pedido às 9h31 e a garota disse “oh, deixe-me ver se a cozinha ainda está aberta”! Os quartos eram limpos, o pequeno restaurante era bom - mas a falta de comunicação era imperdoável. Para um gerente dizer “não há piscina” e “oh, tiramos essa foto” me iluminando enquanto eu segurava o site no meu telefone foi surreal. E para o próximo gerente mudar a história para “a piscina está fechada por covid”?? Coloca no site então! E às 9h31, descobrir que o restaurante está fechando também é algo para que os hóspedes saibam claramente.

Reservado uma noite devido a um casamento. Experiência prazerosa. Quarto era limpo, espantado que tinha produtos Paul Mitchell para banho.Minha única preocupação foi o barulho no lobby à meia-noite. Eles fizeram uma festa lá e se meu quarto ficasse no primeiro andar eu ficaria chateado.

Booked one night due to a wedding. Pleasant experience. Room was neat, amazed it had Paul Mitchell products for bathing.My only concern was the noise at the lobby at midnight. They had a party there and if my room would be located on the first floor I would be upset.

The hotel advertising did not match the reality. They advertise a pool, a restaurant, and normal hotel niceties - however they do not have an open pool, the restaurant has severely limited hours, and they dont clean your room unless requested. I went with nieces who packed bathing suits, no one said anything when we checked in about: no pool, limited food hours, or request only cleaning. The first manager kept insisting “we took the pool pics down” even though I had the website up and was showing her a half dozen references. The next day, manager #2 was a bit better, I showed her the pic of my room door that had pool guidelines on it!! And she said “oh we tell ppl when they check in” … no they dont. We almost didnt eat the day we had to leave bc breakfast ended at 9:30am!! 9:30am!! The man ahead of me on line arguing about venti versus grande size almost cost me my only meal all day! I had NO idea until I was ordering at 9:31am and the girl said “oh let me see if the kitchen is still open”! The rooms were clean, the little restaurant was nice - but the failure to communicate was inexcusable. For one manager to say “there is no pool” and “oh we took that pic down” gaslighting me as I held the website up on my phone was surreal. And for the next manager to change the story to “the pool is closed for covid”?? Put it on the website then! And at 9:31am to find the restaurant is closing is also something to let guests know clearly.

Last minute, had to attend a funeral it lasted two days. We didn't get to the hotel til 9pm. The night staff was very sweet and professional. Everything so clean. I will be returning for a small get away.

Ficamos no Marriott Courtyard por 3 noites em janeiro de 2022. O hotel era muito limpo e moderno. A equipe foi gentil e cortês. O quarto estava impecável. Muito bom mobiliário moderno. Recomendo a localização para quem viaja. Esteja ciente de que há apenas uma entrada, fica na Rt 17 e não está bem identificada. Você tem que passar pela entrada do RH Outlet, onde os Sims estavam localizados no passado.

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard for 3 nights in January 2022. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were kind and courteous. The room was spotless. Very nice modern furniture. I recommend the location to anyone traveling. Be aware that there is only one entrance, it is on Rt 17 and it is not well identified. You have to go through the entrance to RH Outlet, where Sims was located in past.

Nice room, clean. Attractive lobby with nice breakfast amenities. Shower a bit too low water for me. $100 one night dog fee is excessive. So is the $5 charge for a bottle of water. Mexican foodfrom across the street from Tacoria is very good (Uber eats delivery).

Muy buen hotel! Hasta me facilitaron un corral para mi bebé lo que no nos gustó es que la entrada no se ve y es complicado entrar porque hay mucho tránsito pero después todo lo demás muy bien
