“This courtyard, is not the best one I’ve been to however it is a fairly decent one. The lobby and public amenities are very nice. However the rooms are not up to par with the standards that I’ve grown to love for Courtyard Marriott. I did not have the greatest experience with the staff either. The desk clerk seemed very lackadaisical and seemed as if she did not have time for me or my money. This has begun to be a common thing with the lower end Marriotts that I have noticed. If Marriott wants to keep the money and customers they come at the lower end of the spectrum then I feel they need to offer some sensitivity training with the employees who interact with customers.”
