Uau --- que ótima localização! Este hotel fica logo na saída e no centro de tudo. Tudo é caminhável e as vistas são lindas de se ver ao longo do caminho. O hotel fica a momentos do rio onde descobrimos um mirante e uma ponte incrível para atravessar. Foi uma chatice quando percebi que o café da manhã custava US $ 20 ... Prefiro que eles ofereçam um café mínimo na melhor das hipóteses. Eu adoro comida de café da manhã, não me interpretem mal, geralmente mais tarde, em seguida, a maioria oferece café da manhã de cortesia. Então, pagar US$ 20 pelo café da manhã para tomar café, uma banana e uma torrada parecia um desperdício. Fui presenteado com um café e outro café no check-out que foi muito agradável e útil. A equipe de manobrista foram todos maravilhosos também. Eu estava tão agradecido. Foi tudo junto uma viagem maravilhosa e eu iria visitar novamente.

Wow --- what a great location! This hotel is right off the exit and in the center of everything. Everything is walkable and the sights are beautiful to look at along the way. The hotel is moments from the river where we discovered a look out and an amazing bridge to cross. It was a bummer when I realized breakfast was $20 ... I'd rather they offer a minimal coffee bar at best. I love breakfast food, don't get me wrong, just usually later then most offer complimentary breakfast. So to pay $20 for breakfast in order to get coffee and a banana and a piece of toast seemed rather wasteful. I was gifted a coffee and another coffee at checkout which was very nice and helpful. The valet team were all wonderful as well. I was so grateful. It was all together a wonderful trip and I would visit again.

NÃO recomendaria este hotel NUNCA!!! Ficamos aqui enquanto visitávamos o Hershey Park em agosto de 2021. Meu filho deixou um bicho de pelúcia sentimental na cama por acidente. Liguei para o hotel e eles confirmaram que estava lá. Disseram-me para comprar e enviar uma etiqueta de envio por e-mail e eles enviariam o item de volta para mim, o que fiz. 2 semanas se passaram e eu nunca recebi nada, então liguei para o hotel. A senhora que atendeu me disse que o cara que deveria lidar com isso havia desistido. Ela me garantiu que seria cuidado e eles enviariam meu item de volta, o que NUNCA foi! Para encurtar a história, liguei mais de 20 vezes, deixei mensagens com várias pessoas, deixei vários gerentes de correio de voz pedindo que eles apenas me ligassem de volta e fossem honestos comigo e ainda hoje não consigo ninguém da gerência para me ligar de volta! É tão frustrante que passei 2 dias e centenas de dólares neste hotel apenas para eles me tratarem como se não se importassem com seus hóspedes. Eles afirmaram repetidamente que o item está lá, que eles receberam o rótulo, mas não me deram uma única resposta sobre por que não consigo fazer com que eles o enviem para mim. Se eu não estivesse a mais de 6 horas de distância, eu dirigiria até lá e os enfrentaria cara a cara. Pode não ser importante para a equipe não profissional deste hotel, mas é muito importante para meu filho de 10 anos que recebeu o bicho de pelúcia logo antes de uma cirurgia e ele se confortou com ele nos últimos 6 anos. Que pena! NUNCA vou ficar aqui novamente com a falta de respeito e cortesia que me foi mostrado!!!! Também poderia fazer um trabalho melhor de limpeza dos quartos e corredores na minha opinião.

O quarto era limpo e confortável. Os funcionários de serviço são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Tommy, um membro da equipe que trabalhava no estacionamento, gastou 20 minutos ajudando a ligar meu carro quando eu estava com problemas. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service staff are all very friendly and helpful. Tommy, a staff member working the parking garage, spent 20 minutes to help start my car when I was having car trouble. I would stay here again.

Would NOT recommend this hotel EVER!!! We stayed here while visiting Hershey Park August 2021. My son left a sentimental stuffed animal on the bed by accident. I called the hotel and they had confirmed that it was there. I was told to buy & email a shipping label and they would send the item back to me, which I did. 2 weeks went by and I never received anything so I called the hotel. The lady that answered told me that the guy who was supposed to handle this had quit. She assured me that it would be taken care of and they would send my item back, which NEVER was! Very long story short, I’ve called more than 20 times, left messages with multiple people, left several voicemails managers pleading that they just call me back and be up front and honest with me and I still to this day cannot get anyone from management to call me back! Its so frustrating that I spent 2 days and hundreds of dollars at this hotel just for them to treat me like they do not care about their guest at all. They have repeatedly stated that the item is there, that they got the label but will not give me a single answer as to why I cannot get them to ship it to me. If I wasn’t over 6 hours away I would drive there and confront them face to face. It may not be important to the unprofessional staff at this hotel, but is very important to my 10 year old son who got the stuffed animal right before a surgery and he has took comfort in it for the last 6 years. What a shame! Will NEVER stay here again with the lack of respect and courtesy I have been shown!!!! Also could do a better job cleaning the rooms and hallways in my opinion.

Very very poor low life hotel. Don’t let them smiling faces in the front fool you. The Valet is absolutely horrible and very rude. And they take your Amazon packages and put them in the lost and found and give them away to whoever they feel like. They slam doors the entire day and night. I had to call downstairs one time because it was so bad and then it got even worse after I called. Housekeeping comes in your room whenever you’re completely naked even if you have the sign on your door to not enter. Two times That happened I must add. I’m just going to tell anyone that reading this. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else and stay if you want save yourself a lot of hassle. Point blank!

A great place to have any celebrating event or business. An awesome place to work at.

Hotel bien situado, personal amable, precio correcto, habitaciones amplias y cama cómoda. Comida muy buena, tanto la cena como el desayuno. La ciudad el fin de semana se queda desierta,parece una ciudad fantasma.

El hotel tiene una ubicacion muy favorable y su perosnal es muy cortes y servicial. La habitacion solicitada para nuestra estadia era de 2 camas queen. Por ser una habitacion designada para personas con discapacidad el espacio era amplio. El closet no tenia puerta probablemente por ser una habitacion para huesped con discapacidad, aunque si esto era asi, la barra para colgar la ropa estaba a la altura convencional. El baño estaba recientemente remodelado y limpio. Por el contrario una de las camas tenia moronas dentro de las sabanas. Solicitamos que nos cambiaran las sabanas o de habitacion y sin mayores cuestionamientos nos ofrecieron otro cuarto a dos puertas del inicial. Rapidamente recibimos las nuevas llaves y movimos nuestras pertenencias. El hotel tiene ya algunos años y el inmobiliario de las areas comunes y las habitaciones muestran su deterioro. Las cabeceros tienen postes de madera pero las camas son comodas y no hacen ruido. El escritorio y el mueble de TV con cajones estaban rayados y con manchas de liquido, y por alguna razon extraña los cajones no permanecian completamente cerrados.
