Any traveler with a mutt should stay here! This place was great for all the reasons hotels are great: super staff, very clean room, fancy shampoos, complimentary wine hour, coffee bar in the morning. It also has dog treat AND an outdoor area just for dogs. So when fido needs a quick trip outside, you can go in your Jammie's to a private deck. Not onto the busy streets that the hotel is on. There's pop sacks, dog treats and more. I felt like a chic dog owner even though mine is a whopping 90 pounds and I was in outdoor gear (long unrelated story!) I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms stunk really bad. They moved me to basically the same room on the next level that smelled a bit better. They are under complete construction right now. The only people that should stay here are the ones that get the new King sized bed rooms. Other than that no jacuzzi just a pool. Pretty bummed that I stayed here. I with I would have looked around for better hotels. I feel like you should disclose to people when you're hotel is under renovation. Its not fair to the guests. Not happy at all. But we made the best out of it!

O recepcionista do sexo masculino, no momento do check-in, não era amigável e não estava interessado em servir os convidados; as recepcionistas do sexo feminino eram em geral úteis. O quarto não tinha cofre, chinelos, exaustor no banheiro não funcionava. Quando fui e paguei US $ 17,00 pelo café da manhã, havia um prato com ovo mexido (sujo) e a xícara que eles me serviram de chá tinha a mesma coisa (suja). A seleção de café da manhã era muito ruim, apenas alguns itens e apenas suco de laranja, o jarro de água estava vazio e havia um pessoal acolhendo pessoas e não prestando atenção em nada. O quarto era de bom tamanho e cama estava ok. No entanto, não espero esse tipo de serviço do Crown Plaza. Sou um membro ouro e platina de muitas redes de hotéis. Eu esperaria esse tipo de serviço do motel6 ou algo assim. não recomendado. Além disso, depois de confirmar com a equipe durante o check-in e o check-out, a empresa pagará pelo hotel, no dia seguinte, eles ainda me cobrarão no meu cartão de crédito pessoal. Mostra incompetência.

The male receptionist when checking in wasn't friendly and wasn't interested in serving the guests, the female receptionists were in general helpful. The room didn't have safety deposit box, no slippers, exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. When I went and paid $17.00 for breakfast, there were one plate with scrambled egg on it (dirty) and the cup they served me tea had same thing (dirty). The breakfast selection was very poor, only few items and only Orange juice, the water pitcher was empty and there was a guys welcoming people and didn't pay attention to anything.The room was good size and bed was ok. However, I don't expect this types of service from Crown Plaza. I'm a gold member and platinum member of many hotel chains. I'd expect this type of service from motel6 or something like that. not recommended. Not only that, after confirming with the staff during check in AND check out, that company will pay for the hotel, next day, they still charged me on my personal credit card. Shows incompetency.
