“I came on a small vacation with my family and as soon as we arrived the personal staff sanitized our luggage as soon as we arrived to the hotel. From then on we checked in very easily without an issue. The check in was very fast and gave us free face masks. The animation group was very friendly and funny. I would like to thank the activity/ animation group especially Andres Sepúlveda.”
