“Loved being able to have the free suite for our wedding room block reservation that we made this past month. Loved that the bar allowed guests to hangout after the wedding venue had closed so the party didn’t have to end. The event coordinator however hadn’t put a note on our room that it was supposed to be free so it kind of shocked us to be asked for payment the next morning but she let us leave without paying and said she would check in with the event coordinator to confirm our free room. Overall, nice stay and very accommodating for events.”

“Customer service was excellent & my view from the 21st floor was great for the sunsets. I didn't eat breakfast there due to the plates having food particles on everyone I picked up (I stopped picking them up after 3, but saw more). Access through all of the doors seemed to be out of order with signs stating to go through the front. This was an inconvenience as parking around the building was definitely not close, until I found the lot on the other side. Some of my friends had a poolside room. The balcony was definitely not a balcony, nor was it outside.”
