This is a good hotel for the business traveler. It has the things you need like breakfast, a Starbucks, a reasonable workout room and a decent bar for gathering with coworkers to review the day and strategize for tomorrow. It's also near or in downtown which makes it easy to get to good restaurants and bars (Moe's)

Esta é uma bela instalação e a comida é excelente. O serviço que temos experimentado tem sido extremamente pobre. Os quartos não estão prontos ou limpos adequadamente na chegada. Toalhas inadequadas, serviço no restaurante ou bar. Apenas um elevador funcionando e a opção de renovar o quarto, apenas tirar o lixo e as toalhas limpas não foi oferecido ou disponível quando pedimos. Chamada de gerenciamento feita em relação a preocupações e nenhuma chamada de retorno. Para o custo, eu consideraria fortemente ficar em outro lugar. Se você ficar aqui, poderá praticar a paciência e a graça.

Nós amamos nosso quarto, mas havia algumas coisas com as quais não estávamos muito entusiasmados. A piscina estava fechada para a nossa estadia, o que foi 90% do motivo pelo qual reservamos esse hotel. Decepcionante para dizer o mínimo. Eu entendo que eles têm que testar a água, mas eu gostaria de ter sabido antes de chegarmos. Isso mudou nossos planos de ficar na piscina, então não foi tão agradável quanto eu esperava que nossa estadia fosse. Também não fomos informados sobre o café da manhã até que eu pedi o segundo dia. Sinto que perdemos um café da manhã saudável antes de sairmos naquele primeiro dia. Nós pegamos o café da manhã no segundo dia, mas foi uma loucura por causa de uma conferência de softball. As crianças deste grupo estavam fora de controle e eu quase fui atingido por uma bola de tênis nos corredores do hotel duas vezes enquanto estava na área do lobby. Onde estavam seus pais??? Isso foi em uma ótima localização, pois era fácil chegar aos lugares que estávamos lá para visitar. A equipe foi amigável e respondeu a todas as nossas perguntas quando as tivemos.

Esta es una hermosa instalación y la comida es excelente. El servicio que hemos experimentado ha sido extremadamente pobre. Las habitaciones no están listas o no se limpian adecuadamente a la llegada. Toallas inadecuadas, servicio en restaurante o bar. Solo un ascensor en funcionamiento y la opción de renovar la habitación, simplemente sacar la basura y limpiar las toallas no se ofreció ni estuvo disponible cuando lo solicitamos. Llamada telefónica de administración realizada con respecto a inquietudes y sin devolución de llamada. Por el costo, consideraría seriamente quedarme en otro lugar. Nos encantó nuestra habitación, pero hubo algunas cosas con las que no estábamos muy emocionados. La piscina estaba cerrada durante nuestra estadía, que fue el 90% de la razón por la que reservamos ese hotel. Decepcionante para decir lo menos. Entiendo que tienen que probar el agua, pero desearía haberlo sabido antes de que llegáramos. Cambió nuestros planes de pasar el rato en la piscina, por lo que no fue tan agradable como esperaba que nuestra estadía fuera. Tampoco nos dijeron sobre el desayuno hasta que pregunté por el segundo día. Siento que nos perdimos un desayuno saludable antes de salir ese primer día. Tomamos el desayuno el segundo día, pero fue una locura debido a una conferencia de softbol. Los niños de este grupo estaban fuera de control y casi me golpean con una pelota de tenis en los pasillos del hotel dos veces mientras estaba en el área del vestíbulo. donde estaban sus padres??? Esto estaba en una excelente ubicación, ya que era fácil llegar a los lugares que estábamos allí para visitar. El personal fue amable y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas cuando las teníamos.

Outstanding work they did for all of us, then the morning breakfast was wonderful, pancakes made to order as well as the omelets, gym, pool, near by most places. Service was great, they took care of you right on the spot to make sure it was done right.Thank you for hosting us and takeing care of us would love to be back again.

This is a beautiful facility and the food is excellent. The service we have experienced has been extremely poor. Rooms not ready or cleaned appropriately upon arrival. Inadequate towels, service in restaurant or bar. Only one working elevator and the option of having room refreshed, just taking out trash and clean towels was not offered or available when we asked. Management phone call placed regarding concerns and no return call. For the cost, I would strongly consider staying elsewhere. If you do stay here you will get to practice patience and grace.

We loved our room, but there were a few things we weren't too thrilled with. The pool happened to be closed for our stay, which was 90% of the reason we booked that hotel. Disappointing to say the least. I understand they have to test the water, but I wish I had known before we arrived. It changed our plans to hang out in the pool, so it wasn't as pleasant as I hoped our stay would be. We also weren't told about breakfast until I asked for the second day. I feel like we missed out on a healthy breakfast before we went out that first day. We did catch breakfast the second day, but it was crazy because of a softball conference. The kids in this group were out of control and I almost got hit with a tennis ball in the hotel hallways twice while in the lobby area. Where were their parents??? This was in a great location, as it was easy to get to the places we were there to visit. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions when we had them.

Foi muito agradável e limpo e ótimos quartos. Nós não nadamos, mas outras pessoas estavam gostando. A única reclamação que tenho ....... ligamos com antecedência várias horas porque andamos de moto 3 horas para chegar lá. Nós lhes dissemos que precisávamos de um quarto para ( a noite) eles não entenderam e nos reservaram para 9 de julho! Quando chegamos lá para verificar I. Eles tentaram nos cobrar 90$ mais por ser uma data diferente???? Sim, eu não estava tendo isso... quero dizer, vamos lá... seus erros não deveriam ser nossos. O cara na recepção disse que não havia nada que ele pudesse fazer ... sim, certo, eu saí e meu marido falou com ele ... honestamente, aposto que meu marido acabou de pagar e voltou e me disse que eles decidiram nos dar o quarto para o valor que nos disseram que tínhamos que pagar pela noite... Lugar encantador dentro do bar e estou feliz por termos ficado. Nós vamos voltar. A uma curta distância do centro da cidade foi muito bom depois de andar por mais de 3 horas. Dei 4 estrelas. Teria sido 5 sem o erro cometido...

Nossa primeira estadia em uma árvore dupla por recomendação foi menos do que satisfatória em Evansville. Para um quarto que era quase US$ 200 por noite, eu esperava que os quartos fossem melhores e tivessem um microondas. Sim, eles não têm microondas nos quartos. Você tem que ir ao lobby e usar o deles. Fue muy agradable y limpio y grandes habitaciones. No nadamos, pero otras personas lo disfrutaban. La única queja que tengo... llamamos con anticipación varias horas porque viajamos en motocicleta 3 horas para llegar allí. Les dijimos que necesitábamos una habitación para (la noche) ¡nos entendieron mal y nos reservaron para el 9 de julio! Cuando llegamos allí para verificar I. ¿Intentaron cobrarnos 90 $ más por ser una fecha diferente? Sí, no estaba teniendo eso... quiero decir, vamos... tus errores no deberían ser los nuestros. El chico de la recepción dijo que no había nada que pudiera hacer... sí, claro, salí y mi esposo habló con él... honestamente, apuesto a que mi esposo simplemente pagó y volvió y me dijo que decidieron darnos la habitación por la cantidad que nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar por la noche... Un lugar encantador dentro del bar y me alegro de habernos quedado. Volveremos. La distancia a pie al centro de la ciudad fue muy agradable después de viajar durante más de 3 horas. Le di 4 estrellas. Habría sido 5 sin el error cometido...

Our first stay in a Double tree by recommendation was less than satisfying in Evansville. For a room that was nearly $200 a night ,I would have expected the rooms to be nicer, AND have a microwave. Yes, they do not have microwaves in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby and use theirs. I've stayed in Hampton Inns that had much nicer rooms.Secondly, be prepared to pay $15 a day for parking in the garage because there is no other parking close by. Third, I would highly recommend going somewhere else for breakfast . You get a $15 per person credit if your a gold or diamond member. But for what they charge for their typical hilton breakfast, you can get more for your money somewhere else. They charge almost $30 a person for breakfast. For what your paying already to just stay there and park . The breakfast should be free. It's the exact same breakfast options as you get at the Hampton inns. But at least it's free there. Will not stay at another double tree again. You get more for your money at a Hampton Inn. Don't let the picture of the pool area fool you. Their pool is nothing like in the picture .

It was very nice and clean and great rooms. We did not swim but other people were enjoying it. Only complaint I have....... we called ahead several hours because we rode a motorcycle 3 hours to get there. We told them we needed a room for ( the night) they misunderstood and booked us for July 9th! When we got there to check I. They tried to charge us 90$ more because of it being a different date???? Yeah I was not having that... I mean come on.. your mistakes shouldn't be ours. The guy at the front desk said there was nothing he could do... yeah right I walked out and my husband talked to him... honestly I bet my husband just paid it and come back and told me that they decided to give us the room for the amount we were told we had to pay for the night.... Lovely place inside bar and I am glad we did stay. We will be going back. Walking distance to down town was very nice after riding for over 3 hours. I gave 4 stars. Would have been 5 without the mistake made...

Este lugar é super super limpo. Nós deveríamos ficar no Hilton Garden Inn no lado leste e cara, foi desagradável quando eu olhei para os colchões 🤮. Então, fizemos o check-out e chegamos à árvore dupla Hilton. Eu imediatamente tirei a cama e ficou PERFEITO! Não uma mancha em qualquer lugar. Todo o quarto estava limpo. Todo o edifício estava limpíssimo. O gerente foi super legal. Sem urina ou sangue em suas camas, como a pousada jardim. Isto está localizado centralmente e toneladas de coisas para fazer que está a uma curta distância. Este é provavelmente o melhor hotel que já fiquei em relação à limpeza. Eu gostaria de poder dar a eles mais estrelas, porque eles estão fazendo isso certo!

Este lugar es súper súper limpio. Se suponía que íbamos a quedarnos en el Hilton Garden Inn en el lado este y fue desagradable cuando miré los colchones. Entonces, hicimos el check out y llegamos al Double Tree Hilton. Inmediatamente desnudé la cama y quedó PERFECTA! Ni una mancha por ningún lado. Toda la habitación estaba limpia. Todo el edificio estaba impecablemente limpio. El gerente fue súper agradable. No hay orina ni sangre en sus camas como en la posada del jardín. Esto tiene una ubicación céntrica y un montón de cosas para hacer que están a poca distancia. Este es probablemente el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en cuanto a la limpieza. ¡Ojalá pudiera darles más estrellas, porque lo están haciendo bien!

This place is super super clean. We were suppose to stay at the Hilton garden inn on the east side and boy was it nasty when I looked at the mattresses 🤮. So, we checked out and came to the double tree Hilton. I immediately stripped the bed and it was PERFECT! Not a stain anywhere. The entire room was clean. The entire building was crisp clean. The manager was super nice. No urine or blood on their beds like the garden inn. This is centrally located and tons of stuff to do that is walking distance. This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in as far as cleanliness. I wish I could give them more stars, because they are doing it right!

What a wonderful bar to hangout before or after a concert. Nicole is the best, she is very efficient, fast and so sweet.Very tentative to our needs. The hotel is very clean and perfect place to stay when the concert is right next door. They have a cat walk over to Ford Center for the concert.
