“For the price that was paid was disappointed due to them not disclosing to me at the time of check-in they had no power. The room was so humind(HOT) and not much alternatives were offered nor any sort of compensation. However, the room was nice and made the best out of a terrible situation. I hope better planning is made next time such events take place.”

“Before I book, I called and ask questions I want a comfortable stay, So, I booked my room because I saw it with a triangle shaped jacuzzi pet friendly, so we thought, We’ve stayed with my family and pet, at other Hiltons no problem having my little house broken, Puppy, they charge me $50 extra for having my dog, not pet friendly location at all, more like Pet tolerant turns out the so called jacuzzi in the picture was non existent, according to front desk, My husband and son checked in and instantly front desk was like what are you talking about?, I had to downgrade because they would not make amends, instead of making my family feel welcomed, they acted your lucky we have a room available, won’t be staying at this Double tree location anymore keep your cookies.”
