Hotel bem localizado, decorado, quartos bem Limpos , amplos e bem equipado. Gostei muito da estadia.

Um fantástico Hotel mas que tem um segredo bem guardado, quem quiser o visitar basta ir bem vestido e dirigir se aos elevadores, ao fundo do mesmo, em que escolhem o ultimo anter e tem uma pequena discoteca/bar com um roof top aberto até as 22h. A noite torna Londres mágica com a sua iluminação em que pode ver London Eye e Tower Bridge.

Fabulous hotel which is well located for business and tourism. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The staff in the Exec lounge are extra special. Always smiling and welcoming. The Hilton Honors app with the ability to have a digital key and avoid check in/ check out is brilliant. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and it is one of my favorites in London.

We often stay in this kind of hotel and picked this one due to its location and brand. Hotel is easy to find and is very welcoming. Very spacious modern layout and a free cookie on check in. Check in was fairly quick although an issue with the booking did hold up the que a little. The issue was quickly sorted and key cards issued. Walking into the room was a pleasant experience although short lived due to a dirty used ice bucket being left. This was reported and quickly dealt with. However on leaving the room we were confronted by two police offices in the opposite room. Not a major issue as they were professional and keeping things quiet but further along the corridor a very strong smell of cannabis was evident. A change of room and floor was requested and facilitated promptly. Morning breakfast can be busy and you may have to wait to be seated but this happens in many hotels. The breakfast was the standard self service with a good selection of hot and cold food. The restaurant was clean and tidy even at a busy time. Overall the hotel and staff (especially on the front desk, sorry didn't get your names) was great as a London get away. The hotel has a small underground car park operating on a first come first served basis but caution is needed when parking with a low car as some of the bays have fold down bollards which can foul on the underside of the car(as I found to my peril. Would I stay again......yes I would if I was in that part of London

The bedding is very comfortable but the beds roll to easily. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend this place. The staff is nice. We didn't try the breakfast. A localização é ideal. Pedimos um quarto com vista e conseguimos! O quarto estava limpo, mas estou um pouco decepcionado com o banheiro. O suporte do gel de banho e a garrafa estavam, ironicamente, sujos. A roupa de cama é muito confortável, mas as camas rolam facilmente. No geral foi uma boa experiência e eu recomendo este lugar. A equipe é boa. Não experimentamos o café da manhã.

Clean and spacey room. Good, comfort and cozy lobby area. Excellent location. Tasty food (room service). Poor supplies in the room, as a couple of water bottles, a refreshing drink, a chocolate bar and a pair of slippers would be great additions that could fit into the room pricing. Lack of mini bar with auto charge is also a minus, as well as this £5 tray charge.

The location is brilliant, just around the corner from the tube station, 2 minutes walk from Tower Bridge and really recommend walking to Maltby market for lunch or dinner- under-rated and far less crowded and touristy than Borough market.Really expected more from double tree though. The first room we were given clearly hadn't been hoovered, there was hair on the carpet and the chair and there was a fresh red wine stain on the carpet. The lady at reception was lovely and very apologetic and instantly offered us an upgraded room. Whilst clean, it smelt of damp and at 4am in the morning we woke up to water dripping through the ceiling. I appreciate that water leaks are outside the hotels control. However, the lady we dealt with this time at reception seemed very uninterested, said she'd log a request with maintenance and couldn't give us a new room whilst this was dealt with as they were fully booked. I returned to reception after half an hour to explain that it wasn't a small leak, the carpet was completely soaked. She rang maintenance and on arriving he was clearly quite surprised by the level of the leak and had to take the ceiling apart.He agreed we needed a new room and miraculously one was found despite the hotel being fully booked. This also smelt of damp but was thankfully hoovered and leak free.We were offered a free drink (limited to house wine and beer only) for the hassle of 2 room moves in just a 3 night stay.Lobby is nice but the 3 rooms I experienced were tired and in need of a revamp.Wouldn't stay again, wasn't worth the money.

The hotel itself is nice, good location, rooms are everything you need, continental breakfast is good and the staff!! Did i mention the staff? :) Another thing what i really liked is the option not to have cleaning for a day (with a refund). It makes you aware that daily cleaning is not always necessary.I found my future hotel whenever i come back to London! O pessoal!!!! Hospitalidade com H maiúsculo. Do check-in ao check-out e tudo mais foi incrível. As pessoas no balcão, o zelador, no restaurante, bar, todos foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel em si é bom, boa localização, os quartos são tudo o que você precisa, o café da manhã continental é bom e a equipe! ! Eu mencionei a equipe? :) Outra coisa que gostei muito é a opção de não ter limpeza por um dia (com reembolso). Conscientiza-o de que a limpeza diária nem sempre é necessária. Encontrei meu futuro hotel sempre que voltar a Londres!

Es un hotel de prestigio muy bien situado en la City. A dos pasos de la estación de Tower Hill y a cuatro de la Torre de Londres, el Támesis y el Puente de la Torre. Infraestructura, servicios y habitaciones correctos. Un detalle la gratuidad de los botellines de agua. Ante un problema con la disponibilidad de habitaciones el personal nos lo supo solucionar aceptablemente. El buffet de desayunos completo y de calidad suficiente, lo mejor: la gestión de la responsable de la sala en un perfecto español. Para destacar la amabilidad del encargado de la entrada, que además ofrece unas cookies deliciosas para amenizar las esperas en recepción.

Perfecto para tomar una copa y disfrutar de las vistas. La comida para ser el Hilton, relación calidad precio Fatal! Decepción máxima con la comida. Carísimo. Las vistas y el lugar si valen la pena.

La habitación es antigua, el climatizador no funciona, hace un ruido extraordinario y pasamos frío en septiembre. Relación calidad precio de lo peorcito. El personal muy agradable.

El hotel está muy bien y todo limpio. Cerca de una parada de metro. No hay cafeterías cerca, y desayunar en el hotel es muy caro. Tiene una terraza en la última planta que está muy bien. En general, me pareció muy caro, pero es el centro de Londres!

Pésimo las habitaciones chicas, no tienen closet hay un armario pequeño que no cabe nada , el frigobarestá vacío, tienen un hervidor picante, para la categoría y los precios por lo menos una nespresso, el baño chico , el termostato de la habitación no marca la temperatura ,el velador pequeño, cuando llegamos había un olor a pescado en el pasillo de las habitaciones malísimo, la estrella que le doy es por que el desayuno es bueno Yla ubicación también . Pero precio calidad no corresponde

Hotel tranquilo y bien comunicado. Habitaciones limpias y con un trato agradable por parte de sus empleados. La Torre de Londres esta a 5 minutos y el metro a un par, por lo que se s fácil llegar a cualquier punto de la ciudad rápidamente.
