“The customer service was great, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I especially like how the location is so close to the shops. I do wish I knew how the breakfast buffet was pre-covid but overall the food was very nicely done.My only complaint would be the low airflow of the aircon in our room (made for uncomfortable nights for the hubby).”

“The service was great and the hotel is centrally located and breakfast was really nice, but, the room is really small compared to similar priced hotels in Wellington. We struggled to find parking to check-in. There were marks from glassware on my bedside table. Neither the Cafe nor the restaurant were open when we turned up at 1pm, so we had to walk around for 2 hours before we could check-in. Good point - check out was 12pm.”
