“Once we checked in and had a few issues regarding a few items needing attention in the room, the remainder of our stay was excellent. On site full breakfast and items from the Market Place facilitated our needs to get our day started without having to stop somewhere for lunch. The cookies were served daily and they were delicious. One of the best locations to stay as many major attractions were nearby. This was a great stay .”

“Room was not clean when we checked in. There were dried milky substances on the side table, a balloon in the corner of the room and trash beneath our bed. We had to call multiple times to get extra linens for our child and towels replaced for the room. They failed to tell us that we needed to reserve housekeeping to come each day, so we never got trash removed, more coffee pods, soap etc or fresh towels.We have a toddler so these details were important to us. My reservation was booked for me by a travel agency and already paid for. However upon check in, the front desk claimed they had no record despite me having official email confirmation of payment. I was required to provide my credit card in order to enter our room. I then had to contact my travel agent and she began a long drawn out correspondence with the hotel front desk to prove payment had been submitted. The front desk would not communicate where to send documents clearly, and my travel agent had to send forms multiple times to multiple email addresses before the issue was resolved. The front desk staff on the whole were unprofessional and had an attitude. They treat people as a transaction rather than guests staying at a hotel. For a Hilton Double Tree I expected better.”

Camas onde confortável. Essa é a única coisa positiva que posso dizer, infelizmente. Nós onde 3 adultos que desejam um quarto familiar. O primeiro quarto que eles tentaram nos colocar era uma grande cama de casal. Seriamente! O segundo era um gêmeo, sem possibilidade de cama pronta. Tínhamos reservado um mês ou mais com antecedência. A equipe não poderia ser mais inútil

Beds where comfortable. That’s the only thing positive I can say unfortunately.We where 3 adults wanting a family room.The first room they tried to put us in was a large double bed.Seriously! The second was a twin, without the possibility of a put up bed.We had booked a month or so in advanced.Staff could not be more unhelpful

Good location. There are nice water views near the rear of the hotel. Staff are great, very efficient, especially check-in. They do sell breakfast and it's a little expensive. But the food was good. Will definitely book there again.

Que propriedade fabulosa! A equipe é incrível, extremamente simpática e prestativa. Muito bom quarto. Há uma grande área vazia entre o hotel e a baía, não tenho certeza do que está acontecendo lá, então não espere estar muito perto da água com uma ótima vista, mas a vista não é ruim e está em um área tranquila se você tem sono leve. Mi experiencia fue bastante mala,cuando llegué no encontraban mi reserva, no me limpiaron la habitación ni un solo dia,no me cambiaron las toallas, en la página dicen que el mini bus es gratis para traslados al centro y tampoco me dieron ese servicio, el desayuno bastante decepcionante para ser breve no volveré a ese hotel.

What a fabulous property! The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice room. There is a big empty area between the hotel and the bay, not sure what's going on there, so don't expect to be really close to the water with a great view of it, but the view isn't bad and it's in a quiet area if you're a light sleeper. Breakfast buffet is very good!

We usually live Double Trees! The cookies are delicious! But this one seemed outdated and unclean for the price. There were little hairs in our tub and on our towels left from prior guests and an unidentified stain on the sheets. As others have stated, the tub does not drain. And the only view is a run-down parking lot. But the customer service was decent and it is close to the highway for easy transportation.

The hotel has been somewhat updated. Pretty nice overall. The staff is absolutely amazing! Literally every single one of them were nice, fun to chat with, and just really cool people. I would 100% stay here again. Fun trip, make sure to use the T, closest point is JFK/UMass...like a 3 minute walk.

Location of the hotel is good. You can reach the city easy by the T which has a station close to the hotel. Stuff is friendly. Sadly you have to pay for the parking slot. It's mostly a hotel for business people. Directly in the hotel you have a coffee which serves Starbucks. There we took our breakfast for a nice day in Boston. Price is good in comparison to the city.

Primeiro, o aplicativo Hilton é uma porcaria. Não é possível fazer check-in ou check-out sem ir ao balcão.Chegamos ao nosso quarto e o banheiro está funcionando. Não vou tentar mudar para um quarto diferente, escolhi o quarto no aplicativo, o lugar estava cheio. Então eu mesmo consertei o banheiro porque eu sei como. A tampa do tanque também não estava correta. Não coube. Mas eu consertei a corrente que estava ficando presa embaixo do flapper. Devo cobrar taxas de encanador Hilton?O lugar é datado, mas a equipe é excelente. A recepção, o bar, o Café. Todos são simpáticos e prestativos.Melinda, e eu acredito, Brook no bar foi muito divertido. Fez as noites relaxantes.A jovem que trabalha à noite na recepção, com o cabelo encaracolado apertado, foi muito prestativa e falante. Gostaria de saber o nome dela.Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente se estivesse vindo para Boston. Só agora sei verificar bem o quarto antes de desfazer as malas!

Uma vez que fizemos o check-in e tivemos alguns problemas em relação a alguns itens que precisavam de atenção no quarto, o restante da nossa estadia foi excelente. No local, café da manhã completo e itens do Market Place facilitaram nossas necessidades para começar o dia sem ter que parar em algum lugar para almoçar. Os biscoitos eram servidos diariamente e estavam deliciosos. Um dos melhores locais para ficar, pois muitas das principais atrações estavam nas proximidades. Esta foi uma ótima estadia.

Edit: My wife just reminded me that the bathtub did not drain either. You end up standing in ankle deep water in a 5 minute shower. Which means it takes so long 5o drain down that a disgusting ring of filth that you just washed off your body is now on the tub walls. If it wasn't for the staff this would be a 1 star review. First the Hilton app sucks. Can't check in or out without going to the desk. We arrive at our room and the toilet is running. I'm not about to try and get moved to a different room, I picked the room on the app, the place was full. So I fixed the toilet myself because I know how. The lid for the tank wasn't correct either. Didn't fit. But I fixed the chain that was getting stuck under the flapper. Should I bill Hilton plumber rates? The place is dated, but the staff is excellent. The front desk, the bar, the Cafe. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Melinda, and I believe, Brook at the bar were a lot of fun. Made the evenings relaxing. The young girl that works evenings at the desk, with the tight curly hair was very helpful and talkative. Wish I knew her name. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming to Boston. I just now know to check the room well before unpacking!

The hotel is clean, very close to public transportation and overall quite good. What made the difference was the excellent customer service and friendliness of the staff, especially Joel who went out of his way to make us feel welcome to the Boston area. I will definitely recommend to friends and come back!

Bastante decepcionado realmente com este lugar. O quarto era bom, limpo e confortável. Tivemos que ligar várias vezes para obter lençóis extras para o nosso filho e as toalhas substituídas para o quarto. Eles não nos disseram que precisávamos reservar arrumação para vir todos os dias, então nunca removemos o lixo, mais cápsulas de café, sabonete etc ou toalhas limpas. Temos um bebê, então esses detalhes foram importantes para nós. Minha reserva foi feita para mim por uma agência de viagens e já foi paga. No entanto, no momento do check-in, a recepção alegou que não tinha registro, apesar de eu ter a confirmação oficial do pagamento por e-mail. Eu era obrigado a fornecer meu cartão de crédito para entrar em nosso quarto. Eu então tive que entrar em contato com meu agente de viagens e ela começou uma longa correspondência com a recepção do hotel para provar que o pagamento havia sido enviado. A recepção não comunicava claramente para onde enviar os documentos, e meu agente de viagens teve que enviar formulários várias vezes para vários endereços de e-mail antes que o problema fosse resolvido. Pretty disappointed really with this place. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. However, it was a more reasonably priced option it appeared, but they charge around $20 for parking per night. I would not stay here again, would have chosen a little more pricey Airbnb or hotel near public transit. Morning staff was friendly and seemed like good people.

Creo que lo peor del hotel es la ubicación, en una zona sin comercios, ni casas, ni restaurantes pero bastante cerca de una estación de metro que te acerca al centro en 15 min. Por lo demás, el hotel está genial: habitaciones muy amplias, baño espacioso con bañera y unos jabones estupendos. En el hall de entrada hay un mini bar con café starbucks que te salva el desayuno. En la habitación puedes hacerte café o té y en la planta hay una máquina de hielos. No hay minibar. Al registrarte, te dan una cookie calentita y riquísima. Lo mejor de la estancia fue la atención del personal, ya que tuvimos un problema médico y nos ayudaron a contactar con el seguro, estando pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Otro punto a favor es el traslado al aeropuerto gratuito. Recomendable.

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Salas limpas. O bar estava aberto, mas a comida era limitada a sanduíches pré-fabricados e saladas que não eram muito atraentes. O café da manhã começa tarde 630. Por estar perto de Boston e do aeroporto, um café da manhã mais cedo seria mais apropriado para a área. Especialmente porque a maioria dos estabelecimentos tem evitado essa pandemia.

O que um lugar agradável do motorista do traslado para a recepção para o controle remoto da tv higienizado, quartos atualizados e pão sem glúten para sanduíches no restaurante. Não consegui sair como estava derramando, por isso não posso comentar sobre a localização diferente de que estava perto da água e parecia bom.

What a nice place from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the sanitized tv remote, updated rooms and gluten free bread for sandwiches in the restaurant. Didn't get outside as it was pouring so cannot comment on location other than it was near the water and looked nice.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. The bar was open but the food was limited to premade subs and salads that weren't very appealing. The breakfast starts late 630. For being close to Boston and airport an earlier breakfast would be more appropriate for the area. Especially since most establishments have been skipping out over this pandemic.

Mas a experiência foi tão boa que me senti na obrigação de comentar. Jorge, o homem da recepção, era tão adorável e excelente em seu trabalho. A cada etapa da transação, ele foi além para ser útil, incluindo certificar-se de que meus pais tinham um cartão de visita com o código postal do hotel para que o Lyft que eles planejavam ligar de manhã fosse ao lugar certo (dado o muitos nomes de ruas duplicados em Boston). This review is just based on my experience going into the lobby with my parents to make sure the reservation I made for them was all set. But the experience was so good I felt compelled to comment. Jorge, the man at the desk, was so lovely, and was stellar at his job. With each step of the transaction he went above and beyond to be helpful, including making sure my parents had a business card with the zip code of the hotel so that the Lyft they planned to call in the morning went to the right place (given the many duplicative street names in Boston). He also must have noticed my husband waiting in our car outside as he sent me away with a couple of their cookies for us. His thoughtful welcome left a great impression.

Os membros da equipe foram amigáveis. Quarto era limpo e confortável. Curta caminhada muito conveniente para a estação T. Um bom lugar para ficar como uma base para se locomover pela cidade. Sem piscina ou atividades, talvez não seja a melhor opção para a família, mas ótimo para uma ou duas noites.

Staff members were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient short walk to the T station. A good place to stay as a base to get around the city. No pool or activities so maybe not the best family option but great for a night or two.

Went as a group one family found a dime bag plus had other guest smoking around kids in hotel. Breakfast was cold. Parking lot was wide open yet charging 19 a night come on hilton let's do better

The facility is in a great location near the city's beach and the T. There isn't much around to do and the closest restaurant is about a 15 minute walk. On one side of the building they're building in an abandoned parking lot. The facility itself is somewhat outdated. Multiple things weren't working and in need of repair. It's certainly not what one has come to expect from the Hilton. Book your room at a different hotel.

For a Hilton, I liked it. Staff is friendly and they have warmed cookies for arriving/extending guests. Only thing is it's secluded from civilization but if u have a car no biggie. And it's nearly on the water. Couple minute walk to a beautiful NewEng beach and boardwalk.

Visitei alguns doubletree by hilton hotels e devo dizer que este hotel é o menos agradável. Embora você possa ver que segue os grandes padrões gerais da cadeia e tem muitos recursos excelentes. Minha classificação mais baixa vem de pequenos detalhes negativos que notei aqui e ali no meu quarto, que eventualmente se somaram à sensação confusa de ver um bom hotel em uma grande rede, mas menos manter do que os outros. Minhas principais mini reclamações para a sala 210 são - cortinas no quarto extremamente sujas (veja a imagem), -A TV tinha um sinal fraco (qualquer canal que tentamos, quebra e congela a cada 1-3 minutos), você literalmente não consegue assistir, - no banheiro, a maçaneta da porta e a maçaneta ao redor estão sujas (não muito, mas você pode ver manchas), - a imagem no banheiro tem manchas, acho que porque o exaustor do banheiro não funciona tão bem, - a água na banheira fica enquanto você toma banho apenas alguns minutos depois de terminar o banho, - o guindaste de água está muito perto da superfície da pia, então quando você lava as mãos, você bate na pia e derrama tudo por toda parte, -refrigerator é super barulhento (acho que está quebrado não pode estar funcionando tão alto), eu tive que desligá-lo da tomada para ter algum silêncio na sala, - a tomada das lâmpadas ao lado da cama não funciona, as lâmpadas também não, talvez não estivesse conectada, mas não consegui mover a mesa lateral para conectá-la de volta (muito pesada), tive que recarregar meu celular ao lado da mesa, então eu não tinha meu celular ao meu lado quando dormia (o que seria confortável). Espero que essas pequenas coisas sejam consertadas e, da próxima vez, poderei desfrutar de uma experiência cinco estrelas real que esta rede merece no geral.

É um bom hotel, mas as paredes são finas como papel. Podíamos ouvir tudo vindo do quarto ao nosso lado, incluindo uma criança gritando à meia-noite e novamente às 7h. Liguei para a recepção e nada mudou. Fique em outro lugar.

I visited quite a few doubletree by hilton hotels and I should say this hotel is the least pleasant one. Although you can see it follows general great standarts of the chain and has many great features. My lower rating comes from small negative details I noticed here and there in my room which eventually added up to confused feeling of seeing nice hotel in a big chain, but less maintain than other ones. My main mini complains for the room 210 are -curtains in the room disgustingly dirty (see picture), -TV had a weak signal (any chanel we tried, breaks up and freezes every 1-3 minutes), you literally can't watch it, -in bathroom, door handle and around handle are dirty(not to much but you can see spots), -picture in bathroom has stains, I guess because bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work as well, -water in bathtub stays while you take shower goes away only in few minutes after you done with shower, -water crane is too close to surface of washbasin, so when you wash your hands you hit the basin and spill everything all over, -refrigerator is super loud(I think it's broken it can't be working so loud), I had to turn it off the power socket to have some silence in room, -power socket from lamps by the bed doesn't work, lamps doesn't work either, maybe it wasn't plugged in, but I couldn't move side table to plug it back(too heavy), I had to charge my cellphone by the desk, thus I didn't have my cell next to me when I slept(which would be comfortable). Hopefully those minor things will be fixed, then next time I can enjoy real five-star experience which this chain deserves overall.

Its a nice hotel, but the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything coming from the room next to us including a screaming kid at midnight and again at 7am. Called the front desk and nothing changed. Stay somewhere else.

Es un hotel tranquilo alejado del centro de Boston. La parte trasera da a la bahía Old Harvour, vale la pena recorrerla a pie o aprovecharla para correr. Muy buena la atención y la limpieza.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The quality in this hotel is below expectations. When I ask for room service I was advise to give them 24 hr noticed. I was not aware of this at all
