“Clean rooms. Attentive staff. Restaurant is not really a restaurant. A small room with some tables. And the menu is a bit limited. We had 4 meals. Steak was delicious. Also the Shrimp. But avoid the pizza and burger. It's not really pizza. Flavorless flat bread with a bit of tomato sauce and toppings. No garlic. No olive oil. No mozzarella. In fact, they use a Mexican cheese. Tastes fine, it's just not pizza. And the burger, while large, wasn't seasoned. 1/2 pound of bland meat. The shower heads are old and the water pressure is not strong. We switched rooms because the bath tub backed up and we ended up standing in water and the water didn't drain after an afternoon away at the museums. Other than that, you can't beat the location.”

“The rooms are a little dated, but VERY well taken care of. The same is true of the entire place. It's clear, from the facility itself but more from my interactions with the staff, that this place is run by a group of people who care. They were so incredibly friendly and professional. Our group had meetings there, and the woman who took care of us (pretty sure her name was Erica) was absolutely amazing, she made sure we always had everything we needed. Great experience overall.”
