“I was very disappointed. It's not even near the way it's advertised. Service wasn't good, staffs were not helpful and no cold water in shower. Only hot water. So be careful when you book this hotel.”

“Tried to check in at 3:45 pm - was told that no rooms were ready even though check-in time was 3 pm. Told it would be a 30-45 min wait and sat in the lobby with two other parties until 5 pm before a room was ready. Messed up my plans. Staff unhelpful.”
