I told the front desk and they took $25 off of my room. Cool, left knowing I would never return but no hard feelings. THEN days later they charge me an extra $50!!! What a joke. ICK. my wife and I stayed there from 9/22/22 through 9/26/22 in the handicapped room. on the night I arrived late in the evening(i must use a walker) I was trying to get into the front lobby and a gentleman came out and opened the door for me and took our luggage. I later found out his name was henry OSA and he was a staff member of the hotel. he showed us to our rooms and explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. the room was very clean and well decorated and comfortable. the heater, air cond., t.v., and wi.fi.all worked well. henry was an exceptionally well-mannered, helpful, articulate, and overall pleasant member of their staff this also applies to daisy, sandra, and others whose name escapes me. my wife and I had absolutely no complaints as other reviews I had read stated and their price was much lower than other hotels in the area. minha esposa e eu ficamos lá de 22/09/22 a 26/09/22 no quarto para deficientes. na noite em que cheguei tarde da noite (devo usar um andador) eu estava tentando entrar no saguão da frente e um cavalheiro saiu e abriu a porta para mim e pegou nossa bagagem. Two men approached my daughter and niece in the elevator and tried to hold them against their will. This hotel allows people to be drinking in the lobby and parking lots. They don’t provide housekeeping unless you have been staying at the hotel for a week unless requested by the front desk. The parking is dark and unsafe. Stayed here for a work trip. I called the day before to ask for a 1st floor room - I know this can't always be accommodated. And it wasn't but then I was put on the 4th floor on the other end of the hotel. There's nothing clean about this hotel. One tiny bar of soap, thankfully I bring my own. Stains on the bedding. Ceiling looked as if it would cave at any moment. Shady characters in the parking lot. The pictures online don't come close to what you get.

They are very nice here and they will work with you. I am a truck driver and my truck is in the shop and don’t know when it is getting out and they worked with me the whole time I have been here. They are very friendly and the rooms are really nice.

It's fine. The restaurant was closed and that was disappointing as we had to repack everyone into the cars for dinner. I would have preferred to know that in advance, but during the 20 minute call to make the reservation, it wasn't mentioned. The rooms are cute, seem newly decorated and clean. The pool was nice and clean, and the main areas of the hotel were nice enough. Everyone working here is friendly and helpful.

We had planned to stay one night but ended up staying one hour. Window was broken with screen falling off, carpet stained with pieces of food (or something else) smashed into it and blood on the bathroom walls. The hallway and our room smelled musty. As we left there was a sewage backup smell in the parking lot. However, the woman checking us in was pleasant and accommodating. We would not recommend this hotel. It is listed on priceline as 3.5 stars. We would rate it as a 1 star.
