Horrible staff and service.. we had stayed in this hotel for one night to celebrate my husband’s birthday.They took 2hrs to serve dinner. And for lunch they couldn’t even take order. The staff kept saying that they would call us back to take our order every time we tried to place an order. Finally we had to wait for an hour only to eat food from outside. Even water bottles take hours to get come to our room. Very poor staff with zero communication skills. We deeply regret that we chose Fairfield Marriott as they have successfully ruined our celebrations. A huge gigantic thumbs down to Marriott Fairfield vizag. equipe e serviço horríveis. . ficamos neste hotel por uma noite para comemorar o aniversário do meu marido. Eles levaram 2 horas para servir o jantar. E para o almoço eles nem podiam anotar o pedido. A equipe ficava dizendo que eles nos ligariam de volta para anotar nosso pedido toda vez que tentássemos fazer um pedido. Por fim, tivemos que esperar uma hora apenas para comer comida de fora. Até as garrafas de água demoram horas para chegar ao nosso quarto. Pessoal muito pobre com habilidades de comunicação zero. Lamentamos profundamente ter escolhido o Fairfield Marriott, pois eles arruinaram nossas celebrações com sucesso. Um enorme polegar gigantesco para o Marriott Fairfield vizag.

The hotel service is really good, they were always available in a call and they have taken a good care for the hygiene... The room services are really good and the hygiene what they have maintained is really upto the mark. The food was nice and especially sea food was soo tasty because they makewith fresh sea food only and mainly food and beverage department was very friendly and Good Communicative. I really love the food and services. "Specially Appreciate Mr. Harish and team ,Mr. Ambiyan,Mr.Harsha and team Mr. Bhanu and team and Help desk team👏👏👏👏👏👏 O serviço do hotel é muito bom, eles estavam sempre disponíveis em uma ligação e cuidaram bem da higiene. . . Os serviços de quarto são realmente bons e a higiene que eles mantêm é realmente até a marca. A comida era boa e especialmente a comida do mar era tão saborosa porque eles fazem apenas com frutos do mar frescos e principalmente o departamento de alimentos e bebidas era muito amigável e bom comunicativo. Eu realmente amo a comida e serviços. "Agradeço especialmente ao Sr. Harish e equipe, Sr. Ambiyan, Sr. Harsha e equipe Sr. Bhanu e equipe e equipe de Help Desk👏👏👏👏👏👏

Horrible personal y servicio... nos habíamos alojado en este hotel una noche para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi marido. Tardaron 2 horas en servir la cena. Y para el almuerzo ni siquiera pudieron tomar orden. El personal seguía diciendo que nos volverían a llamar para tomar nuestro pedido cada vez que intentáramos hacer un pedido. Finalmente tuvimos que esperar una hora solo para comer comida de afuera. Incluso las botellas de agua tardan horas en llegar a nuestra habitación. Muy mal personal con cero habilidades de comunicación. Lamentamos profundamente haber elegido Fairfield Marriott, ya que han arruinado con éxito nuestras celebraciones. Un enorme y gigantesco aprobado por Marriott Fairfield vizag.

Los servicios de habitaciones son realmente buenos y la higiene que han mantenido es realmente a la altura. La comida era buena y especialmente la comida de mar era tan sabrosa porque la preparan solo con comida de mar fresca y principalmente el departamento de alimentos y bebidas fue muy amable y buena comunicación. Room 427 is a partioned room, at the price of 7k per night. Basic amenities not available, like TV food after 10 pm, worst experience, what were you guys thinking when you priced it for 7k?

Head and shoulders above the poor experience with the Hyderabad Fairfield property on the night before. The dinner buffet spread was adequate with good choices available. Good words about the firmness of the mattress - was necessary for a restful sleep. If only the basement parking could be a bit more lit up during early morning. Cabeça e ombros acima da má experiência com a propriedade Hyderabad Fairfield na noite anterior. O buffet de jantar foi adequado com boas opções disponíveis. Muy por encima de la mala experiencia con la propiedad de Hyderabad Fairfield la noche anterior. El buffet de la cena era adecuado con buenas opciones disponibles. If you want to drink lukewarm water, then you will not get hot water bottle. Hotel staff told me to use electric kettle. How can one do it every time he want to have lukewarm water😇. A melhor parte é a sua localização e sua comida. A pior parte é que você não terá opção de ajustar a temperatura ambiente para graus mais altos. Se você quiser beber água morna, não receberá uma garrafa de água quente. A equipe do hotel me disse para usar chaleira elétrica. Como alguém pode fazer isso toda vez que quer tomar água morna?

Lo mejor es su ubicación y su comida. Lo peor es que no tendrá opción de ajustar la temperatura ambiente a grados más altos. Si desea beber agua tibia, entonces no obtendrá una botella de agua caliente. El personal del hotel me dijo que usara un hervidor eléctrico. ¿Cómo puede uno hacerlo cada vez que quiere tener agua tibia?

What I liked:reasonably priced, staff were friendly (overly so) and helpful, room and bathroom were clean and free breakfast. What I didn’t like:staff were “nosy” (it was none of their business, how I got to the hotel or how I was going to spend my day, but for some reason they thought it was their business), I also would have liked someone from the hotel restaurant to show/explain the buffet offerings, and finally, they were quick to bring my bags to my hotel room, when I arrived, but were nonexistent when it came to bringing my bags to the lobby the next morning. O que eu gostei: preços razoáveis, funcionários foram simpáticos (excessivamente) e prestativos, quarto e banheiro eram limpos e café da manhã gratuito. O que não gostei: os funcionários eram “intrometidos” (não era da conta deles, como cheguei ao hotel ou como ia passar o dia, mas por algum motivo achavam que era da conta deles), também gostaria que alguém do restaurante do hotel mostrasse/explicasse as ofertas do buffet e, finalmente, eles foram rápidos em trazer minhas malas para o quarto do hotel, quando cheguei, mas não existiram na hora de trazer minhas malas para o saguão no próximo manhã.

Lo que me gustó: a un precio razonable, el personal era amable (demasiado) y servicial, la habitación y el baño estaban limpios y el desayuno era gratis. Lo que no me gustó: el personal era "entrometido" (no era asunto de ellos cómo llegaba al hotel o cómo iba a pasar el día, pero por alguna razón pensaron que era asunto de ellos), también me hubiera gustado que alguien del restaurante del hotel mostrara/explicara las ofertas del buffet y, finalmente, se apresuraron a llevar mis maletas a mi habitación de hotel cuando llegué, pero no existieron cuando se trataba de llevar mis maletas al vestíbulo al día siguiente. Mañana.
