Decidimos ficar aqui ao voar de Charleston e novamente quando chegamos de volta aos estados. Quando chegamos na primeira noite, tudo parecia ok, embora não pareça a melhor parte da cidade. Chegamos ao nosso quarto e começamos a nos acomodar quando percebemos que o banheiro estava entupido. Ligamos para a recepção e logo após a pessoa da recepção (uma mulher que parecia não querer estar lá) literalmente tentou me entregar um desentupidor em um saco plástico e disse que "a manutenção acabou para a noite". Perguntamos se poderíamos conseguir outro quarto e ela perguntou "o banheiro era assim ou você o entupiu?" Estávamos no quarto há 10 minutos. Ela ofereceu outro quarto e nós o aceitamos. No segundo quarto, a pia do banheiro estava entupida e a porta do banheiro não fechava completamente. Quando chegamos de volta nos estados alguns dias depois, ficamos novamente antes de voltar para casa porque já tínhamos reservas. Isso foi um erro. Chegamos tarde como sabíamos que chegaríamos e ligamos com antecedência. Quando chegamos, ficamos no balcão por 5 minutos antes que alguém chegasse. Havia um cavalheiro à nossa frente, então esperamos. A mesma mulher que tentou nos entregar o desentupidor estava trabalhando na mesa. Meu palpite é que isso era, Raven. Ela ajudou o homem na nossa frente e depois desapareceu novamente por 5 minutos. Então, estamos apenas parados ali. Ela finalmente volta e novamente parece que não se importa com nada. Fazemos o check-in e vamos para o nosso quarto. Este quarto não era melhor do que os 2 anteriores. A haste do chuveiro era de cerca de 2 estadias para cair da parede e a pia do banheiro mal drenava. Eu nunca quis que uma estadia em um hotel terminasse mais rápido. Não posso comentar sobre o café da manhã, pois não ficamos para descobrir como era. Este lugar era um lixo e parecia que ninguém se importava. Eu recomendo ficar longe deste hotel.

We decided to stay here when flying out of Charleston and again when we arrived back in the states. When we arrived the first night, All seemed ok although it does not look like the best part of town. We got to our room and started to settle in when we noticed the toilet was clogged. We called the front desk and shortly there after the front desk person (a woman who looked like she did not want to be there) literally tried to hand me a plunger in a plastic bag and said " maintenance is gone for the night". We asked if we could get another room and she asked "was the toilet like that or did you clog it?" We had been in the room 10 minutes. She did offer another room and we took it. In the second room the bathroom sink was clogged and the bathroom door would not shut all the way. When we arrived back in the states a few days later we stayed again before driving home because we already had reservations. That was a mistake. We arrived late as we knew we would and called ahead. When we arrived we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone arrived. There was a gentleman ahead of us so we waited. The same woman who tried to hand us the plunger was working the desk. My guess is this was, Raven. She helped the man in front of us and then disappeared again for 5 minutes. So we are just standing there. She finally comes back and again look like she could care less about anything. We get checked in and get to our room. This room was not any better than the previous 2. The shower rod was about 2 stays for falling off the wall and the bathroom sink would barely drain. I have never wanted a stay at a hotel to end quicker. I can't comment on the breakfast as we did not stick around to find out how it was. This place was a dump and it seemed no one cared. I recommend to stay away from this hotel.

Um lugar limpo para ficar, excelente equipe, ótimo café da manhã oferecido que é mantido enquanto se come lá, e uma ótima escolha. O trânsito de manhã e à noite é o único problema. Eu recomendo.

A clean place to stay, excellent staff, great breakfast offered that's maintained while eating there, and an all around great choice. Traffic in the morning and evening is the only troubles. I recommend.

É um lugar muito agradável com preços razoáveis. O hotel está bem conservado. Há uma lavanderia. Há café da manhã. A equipe foi simpática e prestativa. Raven era muito doce e gentil. O nosso era limpo e confortável. Havia um chuveiro e uma banheira. As toalhas eram fofas e macias. Há uma pequena loja para que você possa comprar alimentos e itens de viagem. Eu recomendo-los.

It is a very nice place with reasonable prices . The hotel is well maintained.There is a laudry room . There is breakfast in the morning . The staff was friendly and helpful.Raven was very sweet and kind . Our was clean and comfortable.There was a shower and bath . The towels were fluffy and soft . There is small store so you can buy food and travel items . I would highly recommend them.

Todos os comentários ruins para este local são falsos.. A equipe é agradável. Eu diria que o serviço deles é superior, não, mas eles foram legais comigo como eu fui legal com eles. No que diz respeito à limpeza, eu classificaria como 7 em 10, porque não tenho certeza se eles sempre mudam a roupa de cama quando as pessoas fazem o check-out. Eu vi uma ou duas manchas em 2 fronhas .. e porque não é tão sério para mim eu apenas as jogo para o lado. O café-da-manhã é ok bem nada muito extravagante .. é a sua máquina de waffle normal, pães e bolos variados, iogurte de frutas, cereais. Para concluir, eu diria que se você está procurando um lugar apenas para dormir confortavelmente, este lugar é perfeito, se você é exigente, mas apenas leve seu eu exigente em outro lugar.

All the bad reviews for this location are false.. The staff is pleasant. Would I state that their service is superior, no but they were nice to me as I was nice to them. As far as cleanliness I would rate it a 7 out of 10 because I am not sure if they always change the linens when people check out. I saw one or two stains on 2 pillow cases.. and because it’s not that serious to me I just toss them to the side. Also there are no bug bugs.. we checked……and the mattress and frame were both brand new. The breakfast is okay as well nothing too fancy .. it is your normal waffle maker, assorted breads and cakes, fruit yogurt, cereals. To conclude I would say if you looking for a place just to sleep comfortably, this place is perfect, if you are picky though just take your picky self somewhere else.. The End.

Brigas na área de café da manhã e o serviço de quarto literalmente começaram a mudar o quarto e jogar fora nossos itens na geladeira antes de verificarmos às 800 da manhã! ! ! Verifique se não foi até 1100am!!! Graças a Deus não deixei meus itens importantes em fuga enquanto estava carregando meu carro.

Fights in the breakfast area and the room service literally started changing it out room and throwing out our items in the fridge before we checked it at 800am!!!! Check it was not until 1100am!!! Thank God I did not leave my important items in the run while I was loading my car.

Eu amei Raven na recepção. O atendimento ao cliente foi excelente desde o momento em que liguei para fazer reservas; fiz o check-in e saí. Os quartos são limpos e espaçosos. O quarto 121 era perfeito para a cadeira de rodas da minha filha. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, mas com certeza voltarei.

I loved Raven at the front desk. The customer service was excellent from the time I called made reservations;checked in and left. The rooms are clean and spacious. The room 121 was perfect for my daughter's wheelchair. The breakfast could be better but I will definitely be coming back.

Minha primeira vez na Carolina do Sul e fomos agradavelmente surpreendidos pela Southern Hospitality! A equipe foi muito legal. Ficamos aqui no dia 22/04/22 e tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. O hotel fica em uma área segura e muito curta (5-10 min) para a orla de Charleston. Este hotel está bem conservado e a equipe é muito gentil e cortês. Os quartos são limpos e arrumados e bem decorados. Estacionamento muito bom sem taxa de estacionamento adicional. Eles também têm um bom café da manhã quente (bacon, salsicha, aveia, ovos, cereais, frutas, Nutella!, pães, etc) com excelente equipe atendendo. As camas eram muito confortáveis ​​também.Ficamos tão impressionados com o excelente serviço e hospitalidade. My first time in South Carolina and we were pleasantly surprised by the Southern Hospitality! The staff was really nice. We stayed here on 4/22/22 and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a safe area & very short drive (5-10 min) to the Charleston waterfront. This hotel is well maintained and the staff is very personable and courteous. The rooms are clean and neat and well appointed. Very good parking with no additional parking fee. They also have a good hot breakfast (bacon, sausage, oatmeal, eggs, cereal, fruit, Nutella!, breads, etc) with excellent staff attending to it. The beds were very comfortable too. We were so impressed by the excellent service & hospitality. We do need to mention the management, Brenda Pieper (GM) & Raven-Symone Tilghman (Asst GM), who went above & beyond. They were both extremely courteous, professional and they value their guests. Outstanding hospitality! We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend!

Os hotéis no que eles chamam de área "The Phate" de Charleston às vezes podem ser imprevisíveis em qualidade, mesmo aquelas marcas com boa reputação. É bom ver que esta jóia escondida ainda é verdadeira. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e compreensivos. Quartos bem definidos e limpos, ótimo estacionamento e ainda por cima, eles realmente têm um café da manhã quente que muitos ainda anunciam, mas não oferecem. Gostei tanto quanto alguém poderia ter desfrutado de uma estadia no hotel e ficarei aqui novamente sem dúvida.

The hotels in what they call the "The Phate" area of Charleston can sometimes be unpredictable in quality, even those brands with good reputations. It's nice to see that this tucked away gem is still holding true. Extremely nice, courteous and understanding staff. Well laid out and clean rooms, great parking and to top it off, they actually have a hot breakfast that many still advertise but don't offer. I enjoyed it as much as someone could possibly enjoyed a hotel stay and I will stay here again without a doubt.
