“Beware: Lock up your vehicles, toolboxes etc, we had several thousand dollars in tools stolen from will lit area of parking lot from truck bed and tool box a week ago, just to be told by front desk morning staff, this wasn't uncommon and no signs warning now security cameras! Second visit in town, unfortunately we're here for another week, already paid, greeted by early day shift whom were rude, unhelpful, and off put by asking for a 230 check in, even though we're titanium elite members just days away from ambassador, the attitude was inexcusable!! No communication to next shift, although after contacting second shift, we were mysteriously checked in (which I had done online previously)and room was ready, when we get to room, ITS DIRTY, smells like body odor and mildew, with beer cans everywhere! I absolutely expected better! Finally at 4:25pm we received a room that was actually vacant and clean! Suite rooms are great, (when clean) comfy beds, linens and pillows, and spacious shower! Evening and night staff have been gracious, kind, and accommodating, just poor communication between shifts leads to poor customer service! Bottom line, if vehicle security or customer service matters to you, think twice before staying here! I've left a one star review because of those issues!”
