I stayed here while evacuated from Hurricane Ian. The hotel was packed full. The staff was amazing. Always friendly, courteous and helpful front desk team. Always had many housekeeping and maintenance servicing the facility. Great gym. Comfortable room. But the best of all was the amazing person serving breakfast every morning to hundreds of hurricane refugees. I have never seen a person work so hard to take care of their guests. Thank you.

This place has declined in every aspect of hospitality. It is filthy and the staff reflect the same. It is nothing like it was pre COVID. It is a motel and not a hotel. Seek other lodging instead.

I used to be a loyal Bonvoy brand member, but I am absolutely disgusted after my most recent stay. My family woke up to bed bug bites after one night stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Pembroke Pines, FL. We immediately notified the manager of the infestation - we showed him our bites AND some of the bed bug casings we discovered in our bed. The manager said he checked the room and there were no bugs…even though we showed him evidence of the infestation (our bites AND actual bug remnants from the bed). He refused to refund us for our stay and suggested we call corporate if we wanted a different resolution. We immediately called corporate and they said they couldn’t do anything to help us and we needed to handle our issue directly with the hotel manager. We immediately checked out of our hotel (a day early) and we are going to stay elsewhere for the rest of our trip. I am appalled at the managers complete lack of care and customer service. How can he flat out deny the truth of a BED BUG INFESTATION when presented with evidence?? And how can corporate shirk all responsibility and accountability and just send us back to the hotel manager to “deal with it”?? If the manager had immediately refunded us for our stay and had helped us find another Bonvoy property in the area to stay, I would have been more than satisfied. Any decent human being would have immediately apologized for the inconvenience of a bed bug infestation and would have worked to rectify it. The cognitive dissonance displayed by the hotel manager is unbelievable. DO NOT book any Bonvoy property if you can help it. You will regret it.

This hotel isn't old enough to have the issues it has. I'll just say that cleanliness and maintenence are not a priority and the staff has a nonchalant attitude about it. I wrote a review directly to marriott and I got an email that honestly added insult to injury. After have slept on dirty sheets, in a room with faulty lighting and no amenities, no apology was given and all was offered was a 20% discount for one night and a room change (to a room with no lock). I will never stay here again and as a travel agent, I will advise everyone I know not to either.

Best local Broward hotel I have been at so far. I had a room on the 5th floor which had a great view of the Hard Rock Guitar hotel in Hollywood, the Miami Dolphins Stadium and the downtown Hollywood buildings etc. in the distance. The room featured a large window, microwave, small refrigerator which was great as many higher end hotels don’t always offer microwave and refrigerator. As an added bonus, free breakfast was included daily. As some have mentioned, there is an occasional odor mainly when outside due to a sewer plant down the street but did not impact my stay. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel,the room is pretty big and nice bathroom,the staff are very friendly. Specially Errica,she is very kind and with a warm smile. With my two time staying she helped a lot with the check-in and the entire time when we stayed here. Very patient to our questions.
