Excelente equipe, bem conservados, limpos e tranquilos. A equipe é ótima e útil. Eu tive o meu fez comigo e eles foram muito confortáveis ​​quando eu pedi para ser colocado no último andar. El personal fue muy amable y atento, felicitaciones especiales a la joven de la recepción que trabaja en el turno de noche. Mi compañero de trabajo y yo nos registramos muy tarde y necesitábamos toda esta atención que también fue atendida respetuosamente a una hora tan tardía. ¡Siempre recomendaré a mi empleador para futuros negocios!Solo doy las 4 estrellas porque las fuentes de agua no funcionaron (aunque se ofreció agua embotellada gratis). Y la marca de jabón que se ofrece tiene ingredientes potencialmente dañinos. I really loved this hotel! I had the double Queen room VERY spacious and VERY clean. I like the in room appliances which are a must for me (microwave and fridge). The staff was super friendly and attentive special kudos to the young lady at the front desk who work the late night shift. My co worker and I checked in real late and needed all this attention that was respectfully attended too at such a late hour. Will always recommend to my employer for future business! I only give the 4 stars because the water fountains didn’t work (tho free bottled water was offered). And the soap brand offered has potentially harmful ingredients. There was yellow no 5 and a whole list of extra detergents and emulsifiers and are damaging to the health of our largest organ our skin. They dry out the skin and strip it if needed oils and nutrients like vitamin E. Other than these small and easily mediated issues I loved my stay here at Fairfield by Marriot in Houma, Louisiana.

El hotel está muy limpio, camas, sábanas recién limpias. La señora de la recepción no es muy amable y tiene una actitud realmente mala, como si no quisiera estar allí y me hizo sentir incómodo y no bienvenido en este lugar. The hotel is very clean beds freshly clean sheets. Front desk lady not very friendly and realy bad attitude, like she did not wanted to be there and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome to this place. This happend on Jun 29th of 2022 might help identify this person and give her some training

Very nice clean and safe room and location. Typical breakfast bar. Hot scrambled eggs and waffles. No bacon, just sausage links, no grits just oatmeal. A little pricey at $169 for a Friday night.

This location was a hours drive from New Orleans where my event was held but it was worth it. Rooms where clean and service was good.

I called the night before and made a reservation with Cindy and she said my stay would be around $100 with my military discount. Upon checking in, there was no confirmation of pricing and a $290 charge was posted to my credit card with no reciept. After noticing the charge, I went back to the front desk to ask if there was anything I could do to receive the rate I was promised. They said if I switched rooms, I would be charged again. Not accommodating and not helpful.

Este hotel acabou de sofrer grandes danos de furacão e está em modo de reconstrução. Quartos novos, mas muitas acomodações não disponíveis. Classificação 3 por enquanto, mas poderia ser muito melhor.

This hotel just experienced major hurricane damage and are in re-build mode.Rooms brand new but many accommodations not available.3 rating for now but could be much better.

Great staff, well kept, clean, and quiet. The staff is great and helpful. I had my did with me and they were very accommodating when I asked to be put on the top floor. They even asked if I needed a bowl for his food or water. The hotel is quiet, clean, and had everything you need. The breakfast was just enough. There was cereal, eggs, pork sausage, turkey sausage, fruit, waffles, and an assortment of pastries. Coffee and tea are available all day. There is ample parking as well.
