Um belo e soberbo hotel e resort que tem bastante privacidade e lazer, longe da agitação da cidade, e tem todos os serviços de um health club. A recepção é muito elegante, acolhedora e hospitaleira, principalmente o Irmão Sufyan, Murad, Yazid, Irmã Mary, e o serviço de limpeza dos quartos é muito excelente, principalmente a Irmã Souad, Mohsen, Abdel Aziz e Sharif.

The Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakesh is truly a 5 star experience. We booked a large block of rooms for a family wedding in May 2022, and our experience was spectacular. We had a great stay in this hotel. The facilities are excellent (very large swimming pool, the farm for kids, the golf & country club), but what makes this hotel stand apart is its staff and their friendliness with the little guests, be it from staff in the farm(AbdelGhani), restaurants (special note to Hassan and Abdallah in the caravane restaurant) and all the drivers (including those driving buggies) we used during our stay. We are looking forward to our next stay at this gorgeous resort!

Review fairmontHotel amenities are good, but the overall experience has been tainted by unprofessional restaurant management, definitely not what you would expect from a resort like Fairmont. Restaurant took our dinner reservation for a restaurant that was closed for the night, and only made us aware of this 2 hours before our reservation time, even though we made this reservation a day ahead of time. Alternative offer was for dinner at 9:30pm, quite unacceptable given that this was a mistake of the hotel restaurant. Only after escalating this did we get a slightly earlier slot but still not what we reserved. I have now been on the phone trying to get a hold of the restaurant manager for 30+ min, but have not been successful in doing so.

Good amenities but awful services. Staff are poorly trained and brought very unprofessional services to us. We have lived in this hotel for 3 days and booked the Mexican restaurant (not much restaurants available in the hotel) one day in advance. When we went back from an one day trip and were informed that the restaurant was closed because it’s not open on very Monday. No other table in other restaurants reversed for us! They told us to the other restaurant AFTER 9:30 PM! (we went back at 7pm). No apologies and no one would like to help us with it. I can’t believe it I have to stay hungry in a 5 star hotel with such insane experience.

Boas comodidades, mas serviços horríveis. Os funcionários são mal treinados e trouxeram serviços muito pouco profissionais para nós. Vivemos neste hotel por 3 dias e reservamos o restaurante mexicano (não há muitos restaurantes disponíveis no hotel) com um dia de antecedência. Quando voltamos de uma viagem de um dia e fomos informados de que o restaurante estava fechado porque não abre às segundas-feiras. Nenhuma outra mesa em outros restaurantes inverteu para nós! Eles nos disseram para o outro restaurante depois das 21:30! (voltamos às 19h). Sem desculpas e ninguém gostaria de nos ajudar com isso. Não acredito que tenho que ficar com fome em um hotel 5 estrelas com uma experiência tão insana.

El lugar es muy lindo. El servicio NO está a la altura de los precios. El restaurante del primer piso tendría que cambiar a su supervisora, como a las camareras. Son ordinarias, sin educación y sin el más mínimo sentido de orgullo por su trabajo. Un desastre! Las estrellas son por el lugar, y la recepción que es amable y diligente.

Estamos de vacaciones con familia Las instalaciones muy bonitas algunas cosas no tan buenas (falta de limpiezaen áreas comunes) es mes de julio 2019 temporada baja No hay ningún lugar en donde comer a las 4:00 pm solo servicio a cuarto Solo snacks en el área de piscina o snacks en el bar Tuvimosun tour de 9:00 am a 2:30 pm no pudimos comer en el toury regresamos al hotel para la comida solo que los 2 restaurantes están abiertos hasta las 6:00 pm y uno más cerrado por temporada Al preguntar en recepción nos dieron la opción única de servicio a cuarto Porque hay solo snacks en piscina y en bar Un hotel Fairmont que dice tener categoría 5 estrellas y que no tenga servicio de restaurantes abierto para los huéspedes de 4:00 pm a 6:00 pm y que probablemente en otro horario no tenga servicio de restaurante es increíble para las tarifas que cobran El hotel está ubicado a 15 minutos de zona turística por lo que salir de hotel para comer es complicado Cuidado al escoger esta opción de alojamiento

What an amazing experience we had here! We were at the resort for a wedding and it was the perfect location for it. It has all the facilities and amenities you need for a restful holiday, and the food at the restaurants is also very good.

The course design is nice and fun to play but the greens are very poor. If you are a decent golfer this is not the right place for you in Marrakech. Service is also quite poor specially since this is one of the most expensive course.

Our stay at Fairmont Royal Palm has been great . We enjoyed the most the outstanding service, the staff came back in every request and nothing es ever forgotten. That’s what matters to me in a “real” 5 star establishment. The room was spacious and the bed is superb. The only drawback was the pool food, it was a bit dull and did not live up to the expectations. An investment into the menu and overall into the sunloungers, sun shades etc. would be good. Excellent experience and truly 5*. We hope to be back.
