“I wasn't impressed by the front desk personnel.Two different employees were rude and unhelpful.I'm handicapped and have cancer. I'm in Texas for surgery so I need a shower chair.I started asking for a shower chair the night before I needed it for several Dr appointments that day. I even went to the front desk and spoke with the clerk 3 hours before my first appointment, I explained the situation, she said the houseman would bring it, I called the front desk an hour later, was told the houseman had just shown up which eould give me plenty of time. However he never showed up before I had to leave.I had to go without a shower. The female housekeeping staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel.
