Amazing rooms however pathetic food. I have been coming regularly since 3 months however it’s impossible to eat their buffet. Everyday there is some item which is stale. Today’s breakfast was uncooked. The omelette was not fully ready and the medu wada was absolutely cold. Despite repeated reviews on food I don’t see any improvement. Would never recommend for food here. Terribly disappointed.

Very beautiful property, clean big spacious rooms, food is very reasonable and of good quality. Staff is very helpful. Swimming pool is a added value for money. Advise don't follow Google for the location it takes you to wrong location, better call them for clear instructions.

Nossa experiência geral no local foi ótima. Visitamos o local logo após a primeira onda de cobiça. Ficamos por cerca de 14 dias. Era a semana do dia dos namorados e experimentamos uma decoração adorável especial para casais e festas e diferentes opções de comida e arranjos de assentos. Houve muitos casamentos também no local. Durante a minha estada não tive a intenção de escrever um comentário, caso contrário, teria tirado mais fotos. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos e serviram-nos refeições personalizadas sempre que solicitado. Meu filho frequentava suas aulas online no quarto do hotel, o wi-fi era muito bom. Meu marido participava de reuniões ininterruptas no escritório e eu ministrava meus seminários sobre Marketing Digital. Havia uma área de recreação infantil separada. O local é adequado para crianças. A qualidade da comida era boa e muito saborosa. O buffet de pequeno-almoço e jantar tem muitas opções por onde escolher. O lugar merece uma classificação completa.

Prós: Bom ambiente. A vista do hotel era incrível. Quarto e banheiro era limpo e espaçoso. O serviço foi rápido. Contras: O resfriamento da sala não estava à altura. Não há muita variedade no buffet. A comida não era muito saborosa. Principalmente os peixes.

Pros: Buen ambiente La vista desde el hotel era increíble. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y eran espaciosos. El servicio fue rápido. Contras: La refrigeración de la habitación no estaba a la altura. No hay mucha variedad en el buffet. La comida no estaba muy rica. Especialmente el pescado.

Nuestra experiencia general en el lugar fue excelente. Visitamos el lugar justo después de la primera ola de covid. Estuvimos unos 14 días. Era la semana del día de San Valentín y experimentamos una decoración especial encantadora para parejas y fiestas y diferentes opciones de comida y disposición de los asientos. También hubo muchas bodas en el lugar. Durante mi estadía no tenía la intención de escribir una reseña, de lo contrario habría tomado más fotografías. El personal fue muy servicial y nos sirvió comidas personalizadas cuando lo solicitamos. Mi hijo asistió a sus clases en línea desde la habitación del hotel, el wifi era realmente bueno. Mi esposo asistió a reuniones de oficina ininterrumpidas y yo impartí mis seminarios sobre marketing digital. Había una zona de juegos para niños separada. El lugar es amigable para los niños. La calidad de la comida era buena y estaba deliciosa. El desayuno y la cena buffet tienen muchas opciones para elegir. El lugar merece una calificación completa.

Our overall experience in the place was great. We visited the place just after 1st wave of covid. We stayed for around 14 days. It was the valentine's day week and we experienced lovely special decoration for couples and parties and different food options and seating arrangements. There were many weddings also at the venue. During my stay I didn't have the intention of writing a review, otherwise I would have taken more pictures. The staffs were very helpful and served us customized meals whenever requested. My son attended his online classes from the hotel room, the wifi was really good. My husband attended uninterrupted office meetings and I held my seminars on Digital Marketing. There was a separate kids play area. The place is kids friendly. The food quality was good and it was tasty. The breakfast and dinner buffet have lots of options to choose from. The place deserves a full rating .

As far as I've been to hotels around Pune and certainly Viman Nagar, Four points by Sheraton would be one of my least rated hotels so far because of the lack of variety in buffet (literally 2 Non veg dishes) , small staffand undermaintained rooms. The shower socket was broken, press table broken too. The food was my greatest disappointment, they literally had no variety and it was just a big turn off. I'm giving two points to Sheraton for its good rooms and a usable gym. Sheraton needs a lots of improvement, especially with its food and staff which is very less to meet the requirements of the customers

Pros: Good ambience. The view from the hotel was amazing. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The service was prompt. Cons: The room cooling was not upto the mark. Not much variety in the buffet spread. The food was not very tasty. Especially the fish.

Gente, não vale a pena todo o hype! É "apenas" outro bom hotel. Tive problemas com a eletricidade no meu quarto, não houve energia por um tempo e demorou um pouco para a manutenção resolver o problema. A energia disparou durante a noite em meio ao meu sono e tive que resolvê-la novamente. Foi dito que era devido ao secador de cabelo com defeito, que foi substituído apenas na parte da manhã. O buffet de café da manhã é válido. Suco fresco, donuts, croissant, itens mais vegetarianos, omelete e salsicha fornecidos mediante solicitação. Em geral, a limpeza e a higiene são boas 👍 a estadia foi boa, sem o problema de energia.

Quando cheguei no final da tarde, estava acontecendo uma festa. Eu estava com fome e eles disseram que a cozinha está fechada até as quatro. A cerveja local também acabou, pois acho que o pessoal da festa a engoliu. A única parte boa foi a seleção de músicas no bar. O dia seguinte, porém, foi mais agradável. Eu precisava de um lugar para sentar com alguns colegas e um de seus funcionários ajudou muito bem com os preparativos.Os quartos são agradáveis e a comida é boa. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos também. É muito perto do aeroporto também.

Cuando llegué a última hora de la tarde, había una fiesta. Tenía hambre y dijeron que la cocina está cerrada hasta las 4. Su cerveza local también se terminó, ya que supongo que la gente de la fiesta se la había tragado. Lo único bueno fue la selección de música en el bar. El día siguiente, sin embargo, fue más agradable. Necesitaba un lugar para sentarme con algunos colegas y uno de sus empleados me ayudó con los arreglos bastante bien.Las habitaciones son bonitas y la comida es buena. El personal también es bastante amable. También está bastante cerca del aeropuerto.

Guys it's not worth the whole hype ! It's" just" Another nice hotel. I had issues with the electricity in my room, there was no power for a while and it took a while for the maintenance to sort it out. The power tripped at night amidst my sleep and had to get it sorted again. Was told it was due to the defective hairdryer which wasreplaced only in the morning. Breakfast buffet passes as good.Fresh juice, donuts, croissant,More vegetarian items,omlet and sausage provided on request. Overall cleanliness and hygiene is good 👍 stay was good minus the power issue .

When I arrived late in the afternoon there was some party going on. I was hungry and they said the kitchen is closed until 4. Their local beer was also over as I guess the folks in the party had gulped it down. The only good part was the music selection at the bar. The next day, however, was more pleasant. I needed a place to sit with a few colleagues and one of their staff helped out with the arrangements quite nicely. The rooms are nice and the food is good. The staff are quite friendly too. It's quite close to the airport as well.

Standard five star hotel with really good facilities and that too at very reasonable cost. They have great happy hour deals too... So it was a nice experience here in total.
