El estilo es de época de los 70's u 80's, el mobiliario cuidado, habitación amplia. La comida en sus restaurantes por demás excelente. Las actividades matutinas, los shows nocturnos un deleite. Personal de seguridad súper amable. Lo único engorroso es que se supone contratas All inclusive que incluye propinas, pero si no dejas dos dólares o su equivalente en pesos mexicanos el personal sobre todo del área de desayunos,la chica de las crepas y en cada servicio de cada área, no tienen atenciones, en general estoy desencantada con Cancún en ese aspecto, TODOS piden y para todo propina, me parece mal forcen o hagan distinción. Igual en el servicio de habitación, con propina hasta dejan más agua embotellada, sin propina se les olvida dejar papel higiénico... O sea.

I loved my experience with Golden Paranassus. From the beginning, we were offered a welcome drink and the front guys helped us with our luggage. I loved the way they greeted us as “señorita & caballero.” Check un was easy and fast. Our stay was amazing. The food options were great. We used the bar a lot at night. Christina the bartender outside the pool was super friendly and great at her job. I watched her the entire time and I am amazed how fast and great she is. We had breakfast brought up to the room. It was yummy! Everything was GREAT

Resort listed as a 5 Golden Apple but unfortunately it’s 3 star or 3 Apple at best.Run down, non functional hot tub, gym run down, food average/below average, service average.Ceiling leaked during rain shower and buckets throughout main lobby as well Its worth about $125-$150 a night including airfare with expectations set for a 3 star experience.

Holy hell this place is terrible. There are leaks everywhere in the building so watch out when it rains. Our room flooded which was awesome. You get two uses of the Wi-Fi, so good luck if you use multiple devices. There’s a DJ night or something around bed time in the lobby so if you have an interior room good luck sleeping! There’s a pervasive chlorine smell and the bathroom is filled with soap scum. Food is a step up from cafeteria fare.Service is very friendly, but this resort is not long for this world.

Fun, clean, and friendly. Food is great (most of the time), staff is wonderful. I would give it 5 stars but the A/C isn't the best and for an all-inclusive, the food wasn't available like you would it should be. Divertido, limpio y amigable. My boyfriend and I chose this place to have our first vacation together and have many pros and cons. The greeting was warm and welcoming they check you in quick with a drink and a shot. The room was not updated, but was clean. The entire resort was very clean and you saw the staff working very hard each morning to clean. You are told to get breakfast in your room you have to fill out the slip that is left on your door. We only had a slip the first day and our breakfast was late. They dont have too many lounge chairs, so if you want a spot by the ONE pool that they have then get there by 8:30 am. The bartender by the pool is amazing. The staff expects tips for every little thing. Enough is enough at some point... My boyfriend got food poisoning the first night there and threw up on the floor. We reached out to the front desk THREE times and no one came... We then used a towel to wipe it up. Next morning, we gave the cleaning guy a big tip for the inconvenience. Later that day we got a notice stating we caused "damage" and to call the front desk. They wanted to charge us $30 for usinga towel to clean it up. The food is mediocre. I do highly recommend the French toast that was good, but tiny. Remember your masks when going into the restaurants. The crepe are was never opened. Resort does not have as many restaurants as stated on the website. We never ate dinner there, so not sure how dinner food is. Room service is quick, but not too many options. Snack bar is good. My boyfriend and I had a conflict with the taxi driver who dropped us off at the hotel after an evening of galivanting. His machine was not accepting our payment and we tried with three cards. The two managers Jesus and someone else were not very accommodating and were not on our side. When we checked out the front desk did not ask how was our stay or anything like that. The lady at the concierge desk is also very rude. Martin is very nice and welcoming and so is all of the lobby guys!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had traveling. The food, all of it was inedible. We had to eat off site. It was shocking how bad the food actually was. Me and a girlfriend went for a 3 day getaway and were so disappointed. We ordered and tried food from every area of the hotel and not one thing tasted like food. It was a weird texture and flavorless. It was almost like the food was created in a lab. Our room which was the deluxe ocean front was a corner room on the 2nd floor with a view of a roof of the restaurant below, a smoke stack right in front of our view and bright lights from a staff doorway below. Our room also smelled like black mold and hot dogs. We both suffered from some kind of upper respiratory infections when we got back and had to get on antibiotics. I also suffered from either food poisoning or some other stomach bug the last day and had lasted several days now that I’m back home. The alcohol was all off label and tasted so cheap. Even the few bottles we Hm found that were recognizable andtasted like some other cheap alcohol. I will say the staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. The whole property wasvery dated and falling apart. There also were never enough chairs by the pool or on the beach each day. We never were able to lounge.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. They compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! Our 12 trip to Golden Parnassus. Every trip has been awesome. The staff is beyond great. We can't wait to return.

Gorgeous views! The foods and drinks are fantastic!! The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The room could use some upgrades but overall it's fine because you won't spend too much time in the room anyways. Love the bar in the pool and the gift shop indoor. Definitely recommends this place If you ever plan to go to Cancun 👍

Lovely seaside resort with basic amenities. The building is older but clean, several restaurants and fun pool activities. The pool and beach are the best! Service is good and definitely very comfortable setting. Generally, a quiet setting and met many repeat customers. Smaller resort with all the amenities needed for sun, surf and relaxation!

Puntos a destacar son la atención del personal el cual siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudarte y atenderte con la mejor sonrisa,la variedad de comida y bebida disponible y por último la habitación la cuál era amplia y todas tienen un balcón. En cuanto a lo no tan positivo es que el hotel es antiguo y se nota la falta mantenimiento en algunos sectores. Por otro lado, no ofrecen internet gratis, sino que debes pagar una habitación superior o pagarlo aparte por $10usd por día.

No exigen cubrebocas a los huéspedes sobre todo a los internacionales no les dicen nada si no traen cubrebocas en el lobo o en el bufet. La habitación frente a la laguna no tiene frigobar, la caja de seguridad hay que pedir la llave en recepción el mobiliario se ve viejo. El WiFi te lo cobran; hay pocos camastros en la playa Lo bueno que tiene es que son 4 restaurantes para cena y no hay que reservar aparte tiene el bufet y room service 24 horas pero el desayuno a la habitación llegó frío.

El servicio del personal es pésimo, molestan a las 7am para hacer un "checklist" de limpieza, cuando están limpiando en los pisos de arriba, mueven los muebles y no dejan dormir ni descansar. La atención en general es pésima salvo el de los barman y meseros que es muy buena, las bebidas son bastante sabrosas y los barman te ayudan a pasar un buen rato. Los shows nocturnos están muy buenos, muy recomendable. La alberca no tiene profundidad a pesar de que es un hotel para adultos. Instalaciones viejas que básicamente el hotel se está cayendo, hay goteras por todos lados. El hotel lo venden como un 5 estrellas pero muy apenas llega a 3. Pero lo peor es la atención del room service no sirve el teléfono y no contestan. No malgasten su dinero en este hotel

Foi uma ótima experiência. Porém algumas coisas me incomodaram.All inclusive- entende-se que podemos comer quanto quiser. Mas no jantar era tudo contado, uma entrada um prato principal uma sobremesa. Além do Garçom ser uma pessoa deplorável.Chuveiro vazando em um dos quartos. E ao falar demoraram demais para resolver.Restaurante mais rustico. A costela e coxa estavam extremamente duras.Enfim tirando esses empecilhos. O restante era impecável. Principalmenteas bebidas alcoólicas.

The view was nice. Customer service is great as well. They greeted us with a frozen mango alcoholic drink.They do charge for WiFi per day, with two devices.Food was not the best, but it does fill you. They give small portions so order app, main,and dessert.Most drinks are free as well which is nice.Make sure you claim your spot by the pool early before 9 am.Overall, nice and relaxing.

currently staying here and after two days of pleasant service, I am deeply disappointed. staying for a few more days, will update the review later. very upset. never going to recommend this place to anyone ever! i am waiting by the front desk for an hour trying to fix the hot water in my room and not a single worker has made eye contact with me despite my constant greetings. here for a few more nights, and i will give it until the end to change my review. but so far…. 2/10. Boa noite!Aviso a todos : Não se hospedem nesse hotel!!!! Ar condicionado cheirando mofo, apenas uma toalha de rosto por dia, sem frigobar e agora mesmo pedi uma garrafa de água gelada pra trazer no quarto e a recepção me deu sem gelo e disse que era isso que tinha. Sou Educadora Física e a tarde fui jogar na piscina e o funcionário Eliseu me disse que as regras eram dele e se eu continuasse a vibrar itinha que me retirar do jogo. Fiquei chocada, reclamei e nada foi feito. Três atendentes da praía são ótimos, pq os demais são mal humorados, sem educação e parece que estão fazendo sacrifício em atender, enfim, espero ter colaborado para ninguém mais cair nessa furadacomo eu caí. Estou realizando um sonho de conhecer essa bela cidade e frustrada pelo hotel.

Pior hotel que já fiquei!!!! Quarto com cheiro de mofo, chuveiro péssimo, limpeza ruim. Faltou água o dia inteiro! Teto caindo na cabeça dos hóspedes. Goteira no restaurante, nas mesas e comidas. We just returned from our vacation at this resort today and I just want to pass along my experience. We arrived 11:30 AM check-in was at 3 PM it seems there are no exceptions so you end up sitting around in the lobby until 3 o’clock to check in so you can change your clothes into bathing suit or something more suitable for the resort. There were five restaurants on the property. We tried four of the five restaurants in the last was an international restaurant and it requires long pants which was something I did not have. The quality of the food in the restaurant was very poor, The menu was the same every day.we ate there one time afterwards we always went out for dinner to another restaurant in town. We did not see any entertainment other than some brief activities in the afternoon except for the pool. The beach was not an option due to the enormous amounts of Sargasso washing in on the beach and the huge waves. Other hotels or resorts seem to have barriers to prevent the Sargasso coming in and they also had tractors to clean up the mess after it washed in this resort had neither. I rated this resort a 3 only due to the fact that the help was very accommodating and worked very hard. I believe the resort staff was overworked and understaffed I saw the same faces every day. When we checked out this morning I was charged about $12 additional for Sargasso weed cleanup supposedly this was a government issued charge. I had nothing to do with the weeds it actually ruined my vacation in part. If you want a better vacation then I had I would suggest you look at other options.

Whoa! So happy with my stay! Booked this hotel for a excellent price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this hotel and I'm really thankful I stayed at my favorite place cheaper than what I usually pay. Wonderful smaller hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. All inclusive. Due to the global health crisis they are operating with reduced services in restaurants, however, we were not left wanting.

Beautiful pools, beautiful beach. The hotel is kind old but not that bad. Food was ok not that great,not many food choices, more international (I get it but I was hoping for more mexican food), drinks were watered down. The spa prices are not included in the price and I asked several times through emails what’s not included and they told whatever is in the hotel is included - so I guess not. The service was excellent. I had a good experience overall, was hoping for more. Other than the service and the stuff everything else needs improvement.

Pros and Cons: Decent overall stay. Beautiful decor and ambience, the staff are friendly and do their best to accommodate. The ocean view was amazing, and the service was great. Negatives, the food is not seasoned, was really looking forward to traditional food, mostly served American food. Breakfast was the best meal, the empanadas are great. But the menu is the same everyday, big downside. School Cafe lunch even doesn't serve the same meals. If the food were better, it would be 4 stars

The staff is great. We were treated very well during our stay. We had a slight misunderstanding about the WiFi at first but Gilberto, the general manager, resolved it without any problem or stress. The view we had was amazing. The food was very tasty but there were several times that it was served cold due to the busy time. Drinks are excellent. Everything is clean, however, the humidity in Cancun has definitely taken its toll on some of the areas and the hotel could use some updating. We will most likely stay here again.

The door man were great when we arrived but when we checked in it was less than great. We were not told anything about the resort and being new to this establishment we would have liked to know where the restaurants were and what was open or not. We ended up finding out when we would go to try and eat. The staff seems like you are inconveniencing them everytime you ask a question. Just no explanation of anything really is bothersome to someone new to an establishment. Rooms were less than what I was expecting from pictures. AC was in and out. Hotel was very outdated. Drinks took forever as they only had maybe 1 server on or none at all. Definitely will not be returning.

Tiene muy pocas opciones de comida pero eso poco que tiene es muy buena, el servicio deja mucho que desear, tratan mejor a los extranjeros, lo hacen ya que ellos dan mejores propinas pero con esas actitudes hacia los nacionales ni ganas dan de dejar propina, no todos son así, pero en mis días de hospedaje de todo el personal solo 2 o 3 fueron amables al menos con mi pareja y yo. La habitación estuvo muy bien, (supongo que por ser golden). No lo recomiendo para nada ya q tiene mas cosas malas que buenas.

Adult only all inclusive in the hotel zone of Cancun. Hotel could use a few repairs and is noisy wherever you are but the staff makes it worth the stay. Very friendly, helpful, and happy to have the job. Food is good and beachfront views are amazing. Guests are the get down and have fun type, many have been coming for years. This is not the Ritz, don't expect that and you won't be disappointed. Not a place for quiet nights.

We came to GP in January and it was quite good. We come to Mexico 3-4 times a year and when we like a place, we always give it more business. This go-round was REALLY terrible. With the exception of one really awesome individual Gilberto, there was a general rudeness in just about every employee. Even at check in the clerk was rude and not only didn’t give us a rundown on the property, didn’t even bother to tell us what was closed or open based on their current policies. For instance, their gym now requires reservations, one restaurant was periodically closed, etc. This was an important trip as I was proposing to my love. The property is clearly in need of maintenance as well. The rooms didn’t even have refrigerators. The food was good - the barn is really the only place to eat. Like I said, I travel down here a lot and have stayed in many properties. Not looking for a 5 star treatment but this time it was clear, they really didn’t care whether we were here or not. P.s. we aren’t gripers. We tried to be as proactively polite as we could be. I considered changing resorts mid stay but kept hoping it would get better. I highly doubt they will care about this review.

It's ok. There's no free bottles of water, no fridge in the regular rooms, no shade anywhere over the pool and no swim-up bar. Yes the some things stay open until 2pm and even later, but there doesn't seem to be too many people there at that time, so it doesn't really make up for much. The safes are also mechanical instead of electronic with a code so you have to bring the safe key with you everywhere. The service is excellent like everyone else says and the food is good. The rooms are clean but a little small. You might be tripping over your luggage if you pack heavy. Every room has a balcony so that's good. The shade is the biggest thing that needs addressing. More shade would have made our trip alot better. Less burning.

This is a very nice resort, from the beginning they are friendly, food is good but it will be the same menu. Which is not a big issue. Sitting by the bar drinks will continue to come and the pool activities are entertaining and help make friends. However there are slight downsides, like paying for WIFI (12$ a day). Or the fact that power went out during the afternoon. But these are not a great deal. And I would recommend this place overall.

Stayed here 5 times, if you are looking for a clean room with ocean view balcony, beautiful beach and waitresses that serve drinks on beaches, this is for you. It is a smaller property which I personally like, the staff remembers you and your preferences. I also feel safe at this hotel. Stayed at others in Cancun where anyone can just walk on property or enter hotel. Not here. If you are looking for a grand hotel with the most modern room, this is not the place. For what you pay for this resort, it has everything you need including room service and you dont need reservations for dinner. I hate being on time schedule on vacation.

This is an older but amazing smaller adults only all inclusive resort. The beach is awesome. The hotel staff make this a little piece of heaven situated in a prime location in the hotel zone in Cancun Mexico. The food is good. The rooms are very clean. I couldn't brag on the hotel staff any more. Very very good

Apesar das hospedagens serem antigas, o all incluse não deixa a desejar. É claro que no méxico assim como nos EUA todos os garçons esperam uma gorjeta.Para ser bem servido e bem visto pelos garçons sempre ofereça alguns trocados.

O atendimento/hospitalidade são incríveis!! A comida é excelente, os funcionários sempre prestativos e educados, a variedade de restaurantes, bares e bebidas é ótima. Brasileiros, experimentem as bebidas "Paloma" e "Caos" 👌🏼 Sixties é ótimo, Shangri-La impecável, o bar do saguão é muito aconchegante e se for atendido pelo Fonzy, melhor ainda! Só elogios e parabéns para todos! E para quem gerencia, parabéns!!! Manter uma equipe motivada e proativa não é fácil.
