“The staff is AMAZING. The hotel rooms are fantastic. The breakfast is also really really good; it's definitely helpful if this is your first time in Italy. However, this hotel is pricy...You have to remember that you'll be charged the city tax when you check out and also pay for anything you drank from the mini bar from your room. If you have a lot of money, this hotel is the best, especially if it's your first time here. Not to mention, it's a 10 minute walk from the Trevi fountain where there are a lot of restaurants. Overall, the staff really makes this place great. Without them, it wouldn't have felt as good. They're all super nice and helpful too.”

“Lovely service from staff and a great location. Small rooms with no coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was very poor - limited choices, small portions and food never replaced after it ran out. Unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel.”
