No geral foi um bom hotel. A equipe em sua maior parte foi muito simpática. Havia cerca de 5 funcionários que poderiam usar um pouco mais de treinamento em Cortesia, Profissionalismo e Respeito. Muitos restaurantes para escolher. A comida estava muito boa. Ele variou de sua comida básica de buffet a comida mais saborosa em outros restaurantes. Comemorei meu aniversário e o restaurante fez um excelente trabalho com a execução. (Meu noivo pagou mais pelo pacote de aniversário.) Tenha muito cuidado quando precisar cancelar pessoas em sua festa. Eles me cobraram toda a estadia no hotel para pessoas que não puderam fazer a viagem. (A recepção foi notificado a partir do momento em que chegamos) Tudo o que consegui foi apontar a culpa de uma parte para a próxima. Isso foi uma merda. Eles têm shows todas as noites. Em resumo, estou indeciso em voltar a este resort.

Overall it was a good hotel. The staff for the most part was very friendly. There were about 5 staff members who could use some more training on Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The food was pretty good. It ranged from your basic buffet food to more flavored food in other restaurants. I celebrated my birthday and the restaurant did an excellent job with the execution. (My fiance did pay extra for the birthday package.) Be very careful when you need to cancel individuals in your party. They charged me for the entire hotel stay for people who weren't able to make the trip. (The front desk was notified from the time we arrived) All I got was blame pointing from one party to the next. That totally sucked. They have shows every night. In a nut shell, I'm undecided on returning to this resort.

De las peores experiencias, no solo del Caribe, sino del mundo entero, el primer hotel donde me alojo y más del 80 % de los empleados están en una especie de huelga encubierta, malas caras, cuchicheos, la mayordomo mas preocupada por venderte un paquete de vacaciones futuras que de tu propia estancia. El hotel está bastante más descuidado y decadente de lo que aparece en las fotos. Tienen personal más que de sobra, ya que he visto a personas irse de la cola, en varios restaurantes del resort, después de 1 hora esperando, y estando el restaurante al 20% de su capacidad, ademas del mal servicio (me trajeron la bebida en el segundo plato) y camareros escondidos para no tener que atender. Es una pena por que es un hotel que con mantenimiento y personal totalmente renovado podría ser una experiencia recomendable. Todo esto aderezado con un precio de 500 dólares la noche. No volveré nunca más.

I had an amazing time at the GP. I just got back on June 3rd. I stayed on both sides because I had family for a few days. I started out on the Jamaica side and then went to the Lady Hamilton. Both sides were great!! Everything about this hotel is great. They have amazing staff and entertainment. The food was great. Some restaurants are better than others. I am going back in late July. I can't wait to experience it all over again!

Went for my honeymoon and very happy we did! We were in the romance villa - outdoor shower (loved) and right on the beach. It was secluded enough we were able to unwind and have time to ourselves but then able to walk to the main area for dining, drinks and dancing with the band nightly. We loved our bartender Gregory at the adult pool. My favorite food surprisingly was the Italian restaurant was so delicious. For an all inclusive their food I feel is good and I’ve been to many all inclusive. The couples spa massage was great. Dinner on the beach was fun and romantic. I’d recommend bringing your own yeti or cup for drinks -we had a blast and can’t wait to go back! Thanks Gregory also for making our trip so fun and memorable !

My family left this morning after a fabulous 5 night stay. The staff was AMAZING and made us feel very welcome. We had a romance villa suite and it was absolutely stunning. The food was good but I do wish there were more options to choose from throughout the day.The main pool was great and the Jerk Chicken Hut is phenomenal! We enjoyed the adult pool too.The views alone are worth a trip.We will be back!

An absolutely incredible experience!!! Excellent in every way!! Dayna was amazing and she helped us the whole way. My husband's birthday was today...without even asking she set up balloons and a banner outside our door and brought him a cake!!! We love her. Beside the incredible Dayna who setup our stay. The rest of the staff was so friendly. Smiles and a friendly hello everywhere you went. Excellent food and all the beverages you could drink and always a smile with it. Our room was fantastic and the view to die for. I can not say enough about this incredible experience

Nós absolutamente amamos este hotel e tivemos um tempo maravilhoso. Se hospedado por 8 noites com 3 crianças e 4 adultos. O nosso quarto tinha vista para o mar, era limpo diariamente e o mini-bar estava bem abastecido. As praias são intocadas com águas cristalinas. Um ótimo lugar para mergulho. O hotel e os jardins eram bonitos, bem conservados, e tudo era fácil de chegar. Adorei que o resort não estivesse cercado por outros resorts, então as praias eram tranquilas e não estavam lotadas. Nós amamos o frango condimentado, o restaurante de carnes, o restaurante de frutos do mar e o buffet. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos, super atenciosos e prestaram atenção extra às crianças. Eu gostei que a equipe de garçons sempre se certificou de que as crianças recebessem suas refeições primeiro, para que todos pudéssemos aproveitar as refeições. Eles também tinham muita música ao vivo nas áreas comuns, o que foi uma comodidade adicional fantástica. Eu sei que este relatório não tem muitas ótimas críticas, mas adoramos cada minuto do nosso tempo lá e definitivamente voltaremos.

This is definitely NOT a 4+ star rated hotel! I visited this resort 3/17/22-3/21/22. Upon arrival to the resort we were immediately greeted by an employee who offered us a drink while attempting to sell us time share opportunities. Needless to say after I long day of traveling this wasn’t how I would have chosen to be greeted. After waiting for 1+ hours to be checked in we were finally taken to our rooms (2 connected suites). As we opened the doors to ours rooms we were immediately greeted with an overwhelming soiled linen smell. 2 of our 3 beds were missing top comforters. When we called to get adequate bedding we were told that they “ran out”. My kids were forced to sleep in layers of clothing for the duration of the trip because you can’t turn of the AC in these types of climates. Moving along to the restaurants, once we were actually able to get into an onsite restaurant ( they all had 2-3 hour wait times) the waiting staff was visibly annoyed by most requests. The beach and pool areas ran out of towels. Calling down to complain won’t suffice because no one answers. I could go on, but I’d be writing for more time than I have to offer. In closing I’d recommend avoiding this resort if you plan on enjoying your vacation

We absolutely loved this hotel and had an amazing time. Stayed for 8 nights with 3 children and 4 adults. Our room had an ocean view, was cleaned daily and the mini bar was well stocked . The beaches are pristine with crystal clear waters. A great place for snorkeling. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, well kept, and everything was easy to get to. I loved that the resort wasn’t surrounded by other resorts so the beaches were quiet and not crowded at all. We loved the jerk chicken, the steak restaurant, the seafood restaurant, and the buffet. The staff were all friendly, super accommodating and paid extra attention to the kids. I liked that the wait staff always made sure the kids got their meals first so that we could all enjoy meal times. They also had a lot of live music in the common areas, which was a fantastic added amenity. I know this report doesn’t have a lot of great reviews but we loved every minute of our time there and will definitely be going back.

Beautiful hotel. I loved the rooms... everything was clean and fresh. All c-19 protocols were observed but in a warm way. The food was good. There were no long lines or long waiting. The staff was friendly and very helpful. BIG UPS to shanagaye who help us at the front desk. 😊I will definitely like to revisit. 😊😊

Had a GREAT workout today. Started the morning off with a 1 mile run around the resort with Rohan Nichols. I ended up walking, but I made it to the end. Rohan made sure no one was left behind. Highly recommended

This is a great hotel, the pool is massive, the beach is bigger than it looks online, the rooms are big, the restaurants are good (for an all inclusive), the staff are friendly and if you catch the evening bands/singers they're a really excellent standard.

Spent a wonderful anniversary vacation here. I was very nervous as this was my first trip out of the country. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming for our entire stay. The restaurants were good but I honestly enjoyed the buffet more. Great experience!

My family purchased one ocean view suite for my wife & I & a junior suite garden view room for our kids. We were placed in a garden view suite. Our rooms had a putrid smell of mop water and mildew, short after the unbearable stench we then requested a room change for both rooms it was then that we received a ocean view. Upon arrival of ROOM #2 in the kids room there was still a faint smell of mildew and mop water but it was bearable. Later that day it started to rain while we were out, when we returned to our room the bathroom ceiling was leaking water causing the mildew smell to really come out. We then requested another room (ROOM #3) and it was then alright. On one of the balconies in the ocean suite there were two lounge chairs. We asked continuously that one be removed to allow more space, they were never removed. At this point we were tired of complaining and ignored all other unsatisfactory nastiness. After all they have put us through to spend $2,000+ was ridiculous. While we went through such unnecessary struggle we tried to spend as much time out of our room going to the buffets and walking around but we were still let down, EVERY SINGLE buffet’s food was cold. Only a select few of the foods were warm. We will definitely return to Jamaica, we will never stay at this resort again

Fui aqui para as minhas férias de aniversário e fiquei nada menos que impressionado. Queria muito ir a algum lugar que não estivesse lotado e este era o lugar perfeito. O pessoal foi excelente (verificando constantemente se estávamos nos divertindo. Até os jardineiros). O traje era incrível, eu tinha vista para a praia em uma sacada e vista para a piscina na outra. A comida estava ótima. Muitos pratos e restaurantes diferentes para escolher. As atividades de entretenimento eram ótimas tanto de dia como de noite. Estaremos de volta com certeza.

Went here for my anniversary vacation and I was nothing short of impressed. Really wanted to go somewhere that was not crowded and this was the perfect place. The staff was excellent (constantly checking if we were having a good time. Even the gardeners). The suit was amazing, I had a view to the beach on one balcony and a view to the pool on the other. The food was great. A lot of different dishes and restaurants to choose from. The entertainment activities were great both at day and night. We will certainly be back.

As a frequent traveller who has been to over 20 countries around the globe, I highly recommend this resort! This place has great food, beautiful rooms with ocean view, 3 distinct beaches, big pools, an amazing kids pool with lots of water slides and a kids club that took care of my 4 years old daughter with care when my wife and I wanted to have a couple of hours of time to ourselves.Resorts usually don't give you a chance to experience the culture and the country you are in, however the staff really helped me learn about Jamaica.I wish I could remember all the names of the wonderful staff that took care of us during our stay, but these are a few names that I can remember. From kids club: Tashae, Tessy, Tisshay. Other wonderful staff: Tisha James, Allison Marks Bar tenders: Marvin, Jason and Ron

Em primeiro lugar, o ponto positivo - banheiros limpos, pessoas muito legais, manutenção da casa no ponto, a praia é fantástica, a piscina para adultos é ótima, o clima está ensolarado, a piscina infantil é grande e dinâmica para as crianças. Agora, o negativo - a comida está no par, na melhor das hipóteses, as seleções são limitadas ao contrário de outros hotéis exclusivos, o álcool NÃO ESTÁ NO TOPO DA Vodca, tequila e rum, na melhor das hipóteses, não dá esperanças, restaurantes e bares nem sempre estão abertos, nenhum serviço de toalhas ou serviço de comida / bebida nas piscinas. O tempo de espera do jantar é em média de 20 minutos, os menus não mudam. Eu tenho 3 estrelas, uma vez que somos modestos, mas a maioria dos outros provavelmente ir para 2 estrelas. Acho que todo mundo gosta de culpar a crise cobiçosa, mas honestamente ainda poderia ter sido mais luxuoso, especialmente o preço pago. Boa sorte, boas viagens.

First on the positive- bathrooms clean, people very nice, house keeping on point, beach is fantastic, adult pool is great, weather is 85 sunny, kiddy pool is big and dynamic for kids. Now the negative- food is at par at best, selections limited unlike other exclusive hotels, alcohol is NOT TOP SHELF AT ALL general vodka, tequila, and rum at best don't get your hopes up, restaurants and bars are not always open, no towel service or food/drink service at the pools. Dinner wait time is average 20 mins , menus do not change. I have it 3 stars since we are modest but most others would probably go for 2 star . I guess everyone likes to blame the covid crisis, but honestly it still could have been more luxurious specially the price paid.Good luck, happy travels.

Rolando and the other staff did a great job instructing the class. I did it while on a couples trip. The bike class allowed me to get a sweat while on vacation. The water yoga was challenging and really fun! High recommend if you stay at the resort.

É comum que minha família "fuja" durante o verão e os meninos ficam ansiosos por isso. Covid, entretanto, nos fez pensar novamente. Eu estava hesitante sobre essa viagem. A equipe foi cordial e cortês em toda a linha. Eles garantiam que os clientes observassem o distanciamento social, usassem suas máscaras e os higienizassem com frequência. A maior alegria para nós foi o fato de o resort não estar superlotado e as refeições mais deliciosas do que de costume (talvez pelos números).Era evidente que a gerência e a equipe não estavam se arriscando, pois todos os funcionários também usavam suas máscaras. Nas áreas de jantar, você foi servido, ao contrário do self-service usual. Embora as coisas tenham diminuído um pouco, em termos da variedade de ofertas de refeições, nossa experiência foi tão excelente quanto quando estivemos lá cerca de 4 anos atrás.Grand Palladium bem fechado !!Ansioso pelo nosso retorno.

Rooms were amazing, my favorite was the personal Jacuzzi. Aqua-Spin instructors were amazing, kind and incredibly friendly. Joanne, Rolando and Spade45. Tons of water activities plus other types to indulge in with friends, family or your spouse... Food was awesome, entertainment spectacular. All in all a very fulfilling experience. Highly recommended.

It is customary for my family to 'get-away' during the summer and the boys look forward to it. Covid however caused us to think again. I was hesitant about this trip. However my husband went ahead and did the booking as he knew I needed the break from work and studies: it was my birthday and we didn't get to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary the way we wanted to.Today I have no regrets, I am actually delighted and thrilled to have gone.Upon arrival, all protocols were observed: temperatures checked and hands sanitized. The staff were warm and courteous all across the board. They ensured patrons observed social distancing, wore their masks and sanitized frequently. The greatest joy for us was the fact that the resort was not overcrowded and the meals were more delectable than usual (maybe due to the numbers).It was evident that the management and staff were taking no chances as all employees wore their masks as well. In the dining areas, you were served, as opposed to the usual self-serve. Though things were scaled down a bit, in terms of the variety in meal offerings, our experience was just as superb as when we were there about 4 years ago.Well done Grand Palladium!!Looking forward to our return.

We always enjoy this property. The staff is friendly, beaches are beautiful, and their traditional style is unique. I do wish there were more elevators on the property. I highly recommend 3rd floor rooms because of the views, but not everyone is physically able to climb those stairs.

Jovanne was a energetic friendly and courteous instructor. His class had kids and adults of all sizes who all had no problem keeping up with the movements he demonstrated. He had high energy music pumping and high energy personality. the work out gave us lots of laughs

My instructor Rochelle was very helpful and understanding. Need to have classes more often. The staff at the buffet restaurants were very helpful. My experience at the Poseidon was not very pleasant. I am a vegetarian and was told the chefs would be accommodating. Not my experience.

I am so happy we chose The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa in Jamaica for our vacation. The resort is beautiful! I loved the snorkeling at Coral Beach. I loved that the resort had 4-beaches, and many adult pools. You must reserve the hibachi restaurant & ask for Chief Ching. The rooms were clean & updated (Make sure you ask for Lady Hamilton side). The taxi service is 60.00 to and from airport (each way). The entertainment each night was nice. Most of the employees went out of their way to be nice & helpful (The front desk workers could use a social interaction class)! Softer pillows would have been nice! Overall, we were very happy with our vacation and we felt very safe!

The view at the Sunset cove beach is beautiful with catamaran, boat rides all sort of water sports stuff, the water aerobics class with Rolando is what to talk about. The class was entertaining and full of energetic. Welcome all age and ability to jam to the wonderful music. I’m from Trinidad and he vibe is nice here. Try the jerk chicken as well. Delicious!

Durante el traslado del aeropuerto MBJ al hotel, se ve mucha pobreza, no está preparado para el turista porque parece que estas cerca de la Salada pero con selva. El Hotel está bien pero la infraestructura no se compara con otras grandes cadenas. Le falta mantenimiento a la recepción y decoración a las áreas comunes. Los buffets son muy buenos pero no así los restaurantes. La atención es muy buena, son muy amables y amigables.

Aquagym with jovanne and rolando,muy buena y divertida la clase de aquagym. Es en la playa del hotel y le ponen mucha onda,Son amigables y divertidos.junto a la playa le ponen musica y se hacen las clases en el mar. Fue un buen momento y en una ñlata paradisíaca sumamente recomendable.
