“We loved this resort. Service was amazing. Food was amazing. Personal concierge (ours was Karen) helped arrange anything we needed. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated so wonderfully. We tried each dinner restaurant, and the variety was great. Everything we ate was delicious, from the restaurants to room service to pool service to the walk up cafe. The workout facility was good, with enough machines and free weights for any desired workout. The spa was amazing. We had a massage, which was so relaxing, but the services (water ceremony, sauna, etc) before the massage were awesome-- it was the best spa facility. We could not have had a better time. I have nothing bad to say about this resort- we loved it! We're already thinking about planning another trip back with the kids during whale watching season.”

“This is by far the best all inclusive resort. It's cream of the crop in Los Cabos. The service here in impeccable and everything is just perfect. The food is amazing and very thoughtful. I stayed at Hyatt Ziva last year and I don't think I can go back there anymore. The dinner reservations are a must so book them in advance.”
