“Very clean hotel with good service. I work in property management and this location has the feel of a well run property. Hot tub was nice after a long day. Room decor was a little dated but that was certainly compensated for in the lower than average price.”

Sim, com certeza gostaria de voltar a ficar aqui novamente. No que diz respeito aos hotéis, é tudo o que me interessa. É limpo, não tem nenhum odor desagradável e vamos manter.

Quartos agradáveis, boa localização no final da cidade. Este é um bom lugar. Bons preços também. Não tentei a comida no restaurante, mas o que outros onde comer parecia bom.

Trouxe meu cão de serviço. Ela me cobrou um depósito de $ 50. O que é ilegal. Eu conheço meus direitos. Mas eu paguei mesmo assim, para poder entrar no quarto. Então, nosso quarto não foi limpo e o ralo da banheira estava quebrado. Não muito satisfeito.

Havia rachaduras no chão do banheiro e depósitos de água dura na banheira. Os lençóis eram ásperos e uma das camas estava boa, mas a outra tinha o ponto central baixo. Fomos informados de que o café da manhã seria pegar e levar, mas era em estilo buffet. Este foi um hotel bastante calmo e principalmente limpo. A equipe da noite foi excelente, mas o cara da manhã era desatento e muito focado em outro lugar para ser incomodado.

Había grietas en el suelo del baño y depósitos de agua dura en la bañera. Las sábanas estaban ásperas y una cama estaba bien, pero la otra tenía el punto bajo en el centro. Nos dijeron que el desayuno sería para llevar, pero era estilo buffet. Este era un hotel bastante tranquilo y en su mayoría limpio. El personal de la noche era genial, pero el chico de la mañana no estaba atento y estaba demasiado concentrado en otro lado para que lo molestaran.

Bonitas habitaciones, buena ubicación al final de la ciudad. Este es un buen lugar. Buenos precios también. No probé la comida en el restaurante, pero lo que otros estaban comiendo se veía bien.

Traje a mi perro de servicio. Ella me cobró un depósito de $ 50. Que es ilegal. Conozco mis derechos. Pero pagué de todos modos, para poder entrar en la habitación. Entonces nuestra habitación no fue limpiada y el desagüe de la bañera estaba roto. No muy satisfecho.

Brought my service dog. She charged me a $50 deposit. Which is illegal. I know my rights. But I paid anyway, so that I could just get into the room. Then Our room wasn't cleaned and the tub drain was broken. Not very satisfied.

There were cracks in the bathroom floor and hard water deposits in the bathtub. The sheets were scratchy and one bed was fine but the other had the center low spot. We were told that breakfast would be grab and go but it was a buffet style. This was fairly quiet and mostly clean hotel. The evening staff were great but the guy in the morning was inattentive and too focused elsewhere to be bothered.

Yeah, I would definitely happily return to stay here again. As far as hotels go, it was everything I am interested in. It's clean, doesn't have any offensive odor, and we'll maintained.

Hotel muito limpo com bom serviço. Eu trabalho com administração de imóveis e este local tem a sensação de uma propriedade bem administrada. Banheira de água quente era bom depois de um longo dia. A decoração do quarto era um pouco datada, mas isso certamente foi compensado pelo preço inferior à média.

Hotel muy limpio con buen servicio. Trabajo en administración de propiedades y esta ubicación tiene la sensación de una propiedad bien administrada. El jacuzzi estaba bien después de un largo día. La decoración de la habitación estaba un poco anticuada, pero eso sin duda se compensó con el precio más bajo que el promedio.

The Shutters Hotel in Elko is definitely one of the most elegant places you can stay in the area. The rooms are equipped with everything you could possibly need. A nice, comfy bed and a quiet atmosphere. Their staff is also friendly and professional. A free complimentary breakfast is always welcomed. Would recommend!

O ditado "Batom em um porco" vem à mente. Parece bom do lado de fora e lobby é ótimo. O horário do check out é meio-dia, o que é bom, mas não podíamos esperar para sair, então não importava. O quarto parecia velho e realmente não combinava com o resto da estética do hotel. O banheiro não dava descarga direito, o chuveiro estava entupido, mas pelo menos havia 2 telefones a menos de 2 metros um do outro. Achei que íamos tomar um café da manhã continental. Torradas e cereais para crianças realmente não se qualificam. Nenhum café da manhã seria uma melhoria. Definitivamente caro. Pelo preço que pagamos, eu esperava melhor. Eu acho que eles precisam pagar pelos enormes outdoors de alguma forma. Não vou ficar lá novamente.

"Lipstick on a pig" saying comes to mind. Looks nice from the outside and lobby is great. Check out time is noon, which is nice, but we couldn't wait to leave, so it didn't matter. The room looked old and really didn't match the rest of the hotel aesthetic. The toilet didn't flush right, shower head was clogged up, but at least there were 2 phones within 6 ft of each other. I thought we were getting a continental breakfast. Toast and kids cereals doesn't really qualify. No breakfast at all would be an improvement. Definitely over priced. For the price we paid, I expected better. I guess they need to pay for the huge billboards somehow. Won't be staying there again.
