Minha estadia neste Hilton foi INCRÍVEL, e quero dizer da gerência, recepção, serviço de limpeza e restaurante/bar no térreo etc. Eu estava lá por 2 semanas devido à mudança para o Texas da Carolina do Norte, fui tratado como família! Eu recomendo ficar aqui ... os quartos eram muito limpos e funcionários simpáticos. Eu tenho que dar um alô para, "Thomas (gerente de vendas), Casta & Brenda (BarTender & Restaurant) Jimmy (transporte etc) Chef (2 que eu conheci) e Cheyenne recepção. Vocês todos foram tão INCRÍVEIS!!! Mais uma vez, Eu definitivamente escolheria este Hilton para ficar porque eles se preocupam com seus hóspedes e farão o que puderem para garantir que sua estadia seja MARAVILHOSA e AGRADÁVEL!

My stay at this Hilton was AWESOME, and I mean from Management, Front Desk, Cleaning Serviceand the Restaurant/Bar downstairs etc.I was there for 2 weeks due to moving to Texas from North Carolina, I was treated like family!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE....rooms were very clean and friendly staff.I have to give a shout out to, "Thomas (sales manager), Casta & Brenda (BarTender & Restaurant) Jimmy (shuttle etc)Chef (2 I met) and Cheyenne front desk.You all were so AMAZING!!! Again, I would definitely choose this Hilton to stay because they care about their guest and will do what they can to make sure that your stay there is WONDERFUL and PLEASANT!BLESSINGS TO EVERYONE THERE!

Bom hotel. Limpo e bem conservado. A manutenção da casa precisa de uma lista atualizada de quem fez e não saiu no início da manhã, versus bater e abrir a porta do seu quarto (no chuveiro no momento).

De um modo geral, um ótimo hotel, exceto pela experiência. Depois de uma viagem horrível de Brownsville com um colapso e um apartamento, eu estava ansioso para a banheira de hidromassagem. Sendo um guerreiro da estrada, sempre pergunto “você tem uma banheira de hidromassagem”? & Está funcionando? Bem, como você pode ver, não estava funcionando e não funcionava há mais de uma semana. Não tenho certeza se isso foi intencional ou apenas uma comunicação muito ruim com o hotel. De qualquer forma, eu esperava que algum serviço ao cliente superior corrigisse a situação na hora tardia.

Generally speaking a great hotel except for the experience. After a gruesome trip from Brownsville with a breakdown and flat I was looking forward to the hot tub. Being a road warrior I always ask “ do you have a hot tub”? & Is it working? Well, as you can see it wasn’t working and had not in over a week. Not sure if that was intentional or just really bad communication with the hotel. Either way I would have expected some superior customer service to rectify the situation at the late hour.

Good hotel. Clean and well maintained. House keeping needs an updated list on who has and hasn't checked out in the early morning, vs knocking and opening your room door (in the shower at the time).

Certamente reservar novamente!!!.Os quartos são muito espaçosos e a limpeza está no nível superior. Café-da-manhã de cortesia foi mesmo delicioso. Um bom lugar para ficar seja individualmente ou em família.

Várias coisas estavam fora! Minha reserva incluiu 4 pessoas, mas eles só tinham toalhas para 2. Com 30 semanas de gravidez, desci para pegar mais toalhas e a senhora disse para ir ao Walmart porque sua equipe de lavanderia se foi. Eram 11 horas da noite e eu tenho 3 filhos comigo! Quanto ao café da manhã, fui até a mesa e perguntei como funciona. Ela me perguntou em que quarto eu estou e me disse que eu tinha que pagar para todos nós 4 comermos “café da manhã de verdade” nos nossos poucos dias de estadia ou ficaríamos com fome. O valor que paguei por uma criança de 13 anos, 6 anos, uma criança de 1 ano e eu, poderíamos ter tido um café da manhã GOURMET REAL em outro lugar! Definitivamente foi um roubo completo. Eles tinham ovos, links de salsicha e batatas de café da manhã que eu “paguei”! Isso é comida não era tudo isso! Eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente!

Eu tinha três quartos no 2º andar, 223, 225 e 227 para mim e alguns amigos por 7/2 e 7/3 por duas noites. Todos os quartos pareciam úmidos e moles, os assentos do banheiro eram duros e tinham manchas. Reclamou na recepção e eles substituíram o quarto tarde da noite após 1h. O vaso sanitário do outro quarto tinha uma mancha horrível e nenhuma criança de exaustão tenta evitar o banheiro porque espalha o cheiro no quarto, eles preferem ir ao saguão principal para o banheiro. O ar condicionado era horrível, conversei com a recepção e a garota me disse que tem muitas reclamações, mas a gerência não está fazendo muito e este é seu último dia de trabalho. Na manhã seguinte, conversei com a senhora, ela disse que é assistente da manjedoura, explique que o ar condicionado tem algum tipo de sensor de movimento e é uma viagem se não houver movimento no quarto ??? Perguntei a ela se dormimos na cama como no mundo podemos continuar em movimento ??? Ela foi muito arrogante e sem empatia ela passou um cartão de visita e disse que ligou para este número. Limpando o quarto e o banheiro, ela disse que pode ser um mal-entendido com o serviço de quarto e parece que foi nossa culpa. Até pagamos o café da manhã. Esta é apenas uma atualização do motel Roadway inn. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

O prédio tem cheiro de gás. O cheiro é muito forte ao entrar no prédio. Quando entrei no quarto, cheirava a urina. O cheiro vem do ar condicionado. Não há água quente para o chuveiro. A cafeteira Kerig no quarto parece nojenta que não está limpa desde que foi colocada no quarto. Ao entrar em contato com a recepção, ela não sugeriu nada para acomodar essas quedas curtas. Não tenho certeza se o banheiro foi bem limpo. Há pouco ou nenhum tecido no rolo à chegada. Este é o pior Hilton que já fiquei.

Multiple things were off! My reservation included 4 people but they only had towels for 2. At 30 weeks pregnant, I went downstairs to get more towels and the lady said go to Walmart because her staff for laundry is gone. It was 11 o’clock at night and I have 3 kids with me! As far as breakfast, I went to the desk and asked how it works. She asked me what room I’m in and told me I had to pay for all 4 of us to eat “real breakfast “ for our few days of staying or we’d be hungry. The amount I paid for a 13 Yr old, 6 Yr old, a 1 Yrold and I , we could have had a REAL GOURMET breakfast elsewhere! Definitely was a complete rip off. They had eggs, sausage links and breakfast potatoes that I “paid for”! That’s food wasn’t all that AT ALL! I will NEVER stay here again!

Would certainly book again!!!.The rooms a very spacious and cleanliness is at top notch level. Complimentary breakfast was even delicious. A good place to stay whether individually or as a family.

I had three room on 2nd floor, 223, 225 and 227 for myself and some friends for 7/2 and 7/3 for two nights. All rooms felt damp and mushy, bathroom seats were crusty and have stains. Complained to front desk and they replaced the room late night after 1 am. The other room’s toilet bowl had an awful stain and no exhaust kids try to avoid bathroom coz it’s spread the smell at room, they rather go to main lobby for restroom. Air conditioning was awful, I have talked to the front desk and girl told me that she have lot of complaints but management is not doing much and this is her last day at work. Next morning I talked to lady she said she is assistant manger explain that air conditioning have some kind of motion sensor and it’s trip if no motion in room ??? I asked her if we fall a sleep on bed how in world we can keep moving ??? She was very arrogant and no empathy she pass a visiting card and said said call this number. Cleaning the room and bathroom she said it may be misunderstanding with room service and sounds like it was our fault. We even pay for breakfast. This is just an upgrade of Roadway inn motel. Not recommend at all.

The building has a gas smell. The smell is very strong when entering the building. When I entered the room it smells like urine. The smell is coming from air conditioner. There is no hot water for the shower. The Kerig coffee maker in room just disgusting looks like it’s hasn’t been clean since it was placed in the room. When contacted front desk she did not suggest anything to accommodate these short falls. I’m not sure the bathroom was cleaned well. There is little to no tissue on the roll upon arrival.This is the worst Hilton I ever stayed at.

Quarto era visualmente bom, mas são necessárias melhorias na arrumação. Roupas do ocupante anterior deixadas no armário. A mesa lateral estava empoeirada. Era necessária manutenção no banheiro do quarto 517. A porta do banheiro não travava. A porta do chuveiro parecia se mover um pouco durante o banho ou não estava bem vedada. Isso resultou em muita água no chão. As paredes eram finas. Podíamos ouvir alguém falando ou gritando. Eles eram como 3 quartos com a porta fechada.

Room was visually nice, but improvements needed on housekeeping. Clothing from previous occupant left in the closet. Side table was dusty. Maintenance was needed in the bathroom in room 517. Door to bathroom did not latch. Shower door appeared to either move a little during a shower or was not sealed well. This resulted in a lot of water on the floor. Walls were thin. We could hear someone talking or yelling. They were like 3 rooms down with their door closed.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta si quieres hospedarse en Sudar Land. Las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas, perfectas para un viaje de negocios. El servicio fue regular, le daría 3 estrellas. Pienso que el bar del hotel es muy pequeño y la alberca es regular.
