“This is a beautiful property, great rooms, and balconies overlooking the river. When I arrived the front desk clerks were great. Later in the evening I had purchased a few items from the hotel store. At this time a young man was training at the front desk. The trainer was very disinterested in guest service, or helping him. She was watching a movie on her iPad at the front desk.”
