“I recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall it was a great experience. The room was very spacious, nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The server at the restaurant went above and beyond to find my girlfriend what she wanted and the food was delicious. I very much enjoyed the hot tub.. For the price you can't beat it. Anytime I'm in lakeland the garden inn will be my go to choice. I gave a 4 star rating because while almost everything was perfect my only complaint was the coffee maker wasn't clean, I chose to go to the store for coffee, however I know they stay super busy and have alot to keep up with so im sure this was an isolated incident. If you want luxury quality and excellent customer service at an unbeatable price, then the garden inn is the place to go.”

“Room was ok but I found the staff and general manager to be unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. I travel frequently with my dogs and have decided that although Hilton has signs all over that they just want you to be happy, that was not my experience. Rooms very overpriced.”
