“Room not particularly clean, 2 tissues in box in bathroom when I checked in, plus someone's dirty towel hanging in closet.Not likely to stay here again.Guess your cleaning protocols need some work, and your sticker sealing the door doesn't mean a whole lot.Thankfully I chose a different Hilton property in area for tomorrow night.And I'm a Diamond member....I expect better.”
