Estou na cidade a negócios e programado para ficar neste local pelas próximas 3 semanas. Eu não recomendaria este hotel para estadias prolongadas. Havia algumas coisas que estavam abaixo da média e faltavam em comparação com outros hotéis que eu já fiquei no passado. 1. Eles não oferecem serviço de lavagem, então, se eu quiser lavar minhas roupas, tenho que fazer isso sozinho, o que é muito difícil para mim, pois estou trabalhando em horário estendido desde que estou aqui. 2. A piscina e a área da piscina são muito frias. Nadar na piscina era muito desconfortável e nada agradável. 3. No sábado, programei a limpeza do meu quarto no domingo e o quarto não foi limpo até terça-feira, devido à falta de pessoal. Além disso, quando perguntei se meu quarto deveria ser limpo na segunda-feira, a recepção masculina disse que ia “verificar”, mas nunca me forneceu uma atualização, forçando-me a ligar novamente para um atualizar. Se houver pessoal de limpeza limitado e meu quarto for limpo naquele dia, isso deveria ser comunicado. 4. A porta do chuveiro não fechou corretamente e não há ventilação no banheiro. No geral, minha estadia foi medíocre na melhor das hipóteses. Ainda tenho mais de uma semana, então espero que as coisas melhorem. Também vou recomendar a minha empresa para que este hotel seja removido de sua lista de opções.

I am in town on business and Scheduled to stay at this location for the next 3 weeks. I would not recommend this hotel for extended stays. There were a few things that was subpar and lacking compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed in the past. 1. They don’t offer laundering services, so if I want to have my clothes cleaned, I have to do it myself, which is very difficult for me being that I’ve been working extended hours since I’ve been here. 2. The pool as well as the pool area is entirely too cold. Swimming in the pool was very uncomfortable and not enjoyable in the least. 3. On Saturday, I scheduled to have my room clean on Sunday and the room wasn’t cleaned until Tuesday, due to lack of staffing. Moreover, when I inquired about whether my room was to be cleaned on Monday, the male front desk reception said he was going to “look into it”, but never provided me with an update, thus, forcing me to call back again for an update. If there are limited housekeeping staff and my room is to be cleaned on that day, it should’ve be communicated. 4. The shower door didn’t close properly and there is no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall, my stay has been mediocre at best. I still have over a week left, so I’m hoping things get better. I will also recommend my company to have this hotel removed from their list of options.

Por favor, verifique se a piscina e os centros de fitness estão abertos antes da reserva. Fizemos o check-in e descobrimos que a piscina estava fechada por alguns dias. Eu estava ficando com crianças tão grande decepção para eles. Além disso, o café da manhã é bom, mas não é gratuito! A velocidade da Internet é muito lenta, a menos que você esteja disposto a pagar mais por uma conexão de alta velocidade. Essas coisas devem ser mencionadas aos hóspedes antes que as reservas sejam feitas. Estou dando 3 estrelas porque a equipe é incrível! A senhora que serve o café da manhã, a limpeza e o barman são muito simpáticos e prestativos e a equipe da recepção também é útil.

Compruebe si la piscina y los centros de fitness están abiertos antes de reservar. Nos registramos y descubrimos que la piscina estuvo cerrada durante unos días. Me estaba quedando con niños, así que fue una gran decepción para ellos. Además, el desayuno es bueno pero no gratis. La velocidad de Internet es muy lenta a menos que esté dispuesto a pagar dinero extra por una conexión de alta velocidad. Estas cosas deben mencionarse a los huéspedes antes de realizar las reservas. ¡Les doy 3 estrellas porque el personal es increíble! La señora que sirve el desayuno, el servicio de limpieza y el barman son muy amables y serviciales, y el personal de recepción también es útil.

Please check if the pool and fitness centers are open before booking. We checked in and found that the pool was shut for a few days. I was staying with kids so big disappointment for them. Also, breakfast is good but not free! Internet speed is very slow unless you’re willing to pay extra bucks for a high speed connection. These things should be mentioned to guests before bookings are made. I’m giving them 3 stars because the staff is amazing! The lady serving the breakfast, housekeeping and bartender are very friendly and helpful and front desk staff is helpful as well.

Equipe incrível! Lucy na recepção é um superstar, academia 24 horas, piscina coberta, café da manhã no local, os quartos são impecáveis, bar no lobby com pizza de pão sírio, sanduíches para viagem, lanches, sorvete 🍟. E ofurô!..fro-yo (pêssegos) nas proximidades. A / C para uma frescura épica ao entrar, as camas são tão confortáveis e há cortinas blackout na janela, geladeira no quarto. ❤️

não recomendamos este hotel. existem vários outros hotéis melhores nesta área. reservamos uma suíte, mas tivemos uma banheira com vazamento e pia do banheiro entupida por mais de três dias. nenhum reparo apesar das reclamações diárias, incluindo relatórios para a linha de atendimento ao cliente Hilton Honors.A/C também funciona mal. este hotel é antigo e mal conservado ou não mantido. eles garantem a satisfação, mas não honram sua garantia.nunca ficarei aqui novamente.

Hospedou-se em 18 de julho de 2022 - Este é um lindo hotel com funcionários simpáticos. Eu gosto especialmente da área do lobby que tinha pontos ecléticos para sentar como um grupo, casal ou indivíduos. O quarto era decente e veio com um frigorífico e microondas. O centro de fitness tem uma esteira, pesos livres e algumas outras máquinas. Pequeno, mas amplo para fazer um bom treino. O estacionamento enche rapidamente à noite e o sinal que aponta para estacionamento adicional foi empurrado para fora do caminho. Voltamos para a recepção e fomos aconselhados a pegar duas à esquerda na parte de trás do hotel, o que revelou uma garagem. Como em muitos hotéis pós-covid, é self-service para limpeza, a menos que você fique um certo período de tempo. Há um bar, restaurante, piscina e banheira de hidromassagem/banheira de hidromassagem (não tenho certeza qual) no estabelecimento, mas eu não usei essas comodidades. Eu recomendaria esta propriedade.

Se hospedó el 18 de julio de 2022. Este es un hermoso hotel con un personal amable. Me gustó especialmente el área del vestíbulo que tenía lugares eclécticos para sentarse en grupo, en pareja o individualmente. La habitación era decente y venía con una nevera y un microondas. El gimnasio tiene una caminadora, pesas libres y un par de otras máquinas. Pequeño pero amplio para hacer un buen entrenamiento. El estacionamiento se llena rápidamente por la noche y el letrero que indica estacionamiento adicional fue empujado hacia afuera. Regresamos al escritorio y nos aconsejaron que tomáramos dos a la izquierda en la parte trasera del hotel, lo que reveló un estacionamiento. Al igual que con muchos hoteles posteriores al covid, es de autoservicio para el servicio de limpieza a menos que se quede un cierto período de tiempo. Hay un bar, restaurante, piscina y bañera de hidromasaje/jacuzzi (no estoy seguro de cuál) en la propiedad, pero no usé esas comodidades. Recomendaría esta propiedad.

Amazing staff! Lucy at the desk is a superstar, 24 hour gym, indoor pool, breakfast on site, rooms are spotless, bar in lobby with flatbread pizza, grab and go sandwiches, snacks, ice cream 🍟.And indoor Hot tub!..fro-yo (peaches) nearby. A/C to epic crisp coolness upon walking in, beds are so comfortable and there are blackout window curtains, refrigerator in room. ❤️

Stayed July 18, 2022 - This is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I especially like the lobby area which had eclectic spots to sit as a group, couple or individuals. The room was decent and came with a refrigerator and microwave. The fitness center has a treadmill, free weights and a couple other machines. Small but ample to get in a good workout. The parking lot fills quickly in the evening and the sign that points to additional parking was pushed out the way. We returned to the desk and was advised to take two lefts at the back of the hotel which revealed a parking garage. As with many hotels post-covid it is self serve for housekeeping unless you stay a certain length of time. There is a bar, restaurant, pool and hot tub/whirlpool (not sure which) on the property but I did not use those amenities. I would recommend this property.

we would not recommend this hotel. there are several other better hotels in this area. we booked a suite but have had a leaking bathtub and clogged bathroom sink for over three days. no repairs despite daily complaints including reporting to Hilton Honors Customer Care line.A/C also works poorly. this hotel is old and poorly maintained or not maintained at all. they guarantee satisfaction but do not honor their guarantee.will never stay here again.

Uma das piores experiências. Eu nunca vou voltar a este local. Todas as informações fornecidas estavam erradas. GM Saad estava falando como se estivesse cumprindo obrigações de prestação de serviço. Nenhum serviço no restaurante. A etiqueta não perturbe estava na porta e ainda a equipe de limpeza bateu duas vezes para o serviço de quarto. Fumaça cheira por toda parte. Não há garrafas de água em estoque. Eles anunciam como buffet de café-da-manhã, mas não há serviço de buffet. Ninguém atendeu a chamada da recepção e na maioria das vezes não há recepcionista da recepção disponível.

One of the worst experience. I will never go back to this location. All provided information was wrong. GM Saad was talking like he is doing obligations to provide service. No service in restaurant. Do not disturb tag was on door and still cleaning crew knocked twice for room service. Smoke smells everywhere. No water bottles in stock. They advertise as buffet breakfast but no buffet service. No one answered front desk call and majority time no front desk receptionist available.

O fator decisivo para ficar neste hotel foi por causa da comodidade da piscina coberta, depois que eu paguei online e chego ao hotel há uma placa que diz que a piscina está fora de serviço. Foi-me dito para falar com o gerente Scott pela manhã sobre esse inconveniente para oferecer algum tipo de reembolso ou crédito ou desconto futuro para corrigir isso. Afinal, a promessa do Hilton garden inn é se você não gostar de algo, diga a um membro da equipe e eles farão o certo. Eles não o fizeram e, portanto, não aderiram à sua “promessa”. Scott não ajudou em nada. Foi propaganda enganosa e péssimo atendimento. E ainda por cima, fiquei para o meu aniversário. Estou muito insatisfeito com este estabelecimento.

Este Hotel não oferece café da manhã. Na verdade, eles cobram US$ 16,95 pelo café da manhã. Seus quartos não são limpos e danificados em algumas áreas. Eles não cuidam bem de seus membros Hilton Honors. Perguntei sobre o depósito deles, que mudou de US $ 50 em 27/03/22 para agora US $ 100 em 15/04/22 e isso deveria ser uma retenção em uma conta, não uma cobrança de US $ 111,26 em 17/04/22. Agora estou passando por loops para obter meu dinheiro de volta. Além disso, conseguir o atendimento ao cliente da Hilton é um pesadelo. Não fique aqui. Existem outros hotéis na área que são muito melhores.

This Hotel does not provide breakfast. In fact they charge $16.95 for breakfast. Their rooms are not clean and damaged in some areas. They do not take good care of their Hilton Honors members. I inquired about their deposit which has changed from $50 3/27/22 to now $100 4/15/22 and this is supposed to be a hold on an account not a charge of $111.26 4/17/22. Now I'm going through loops to get my money back. Also, getting a hold of Hilton customer service is a nightmare. Do not stay here. There are other hotels in the area that are much better.

The deciding factor to stay at this hotel was because of the indoor pool amenity, after I paid online and get to the hotel there is a sign that says the pool is out of service . I was told to speak with the manager Scott in the morning about this inconvenience to offer some type of reimbursement or future credit or discount to make this right. After all, the Hilton garden inn promise is if you don’t like something , tell a staff member and they will make it right . They did not and therefore did not adhere to their “promise”. Scott wasn’t helpful at all. It was false advertising and poor customer service . And to top it off, I stayed for my birthday . I am very dissatisfied with this establishment .
