“The hotel looks great from outside, bedroom clean and big. Unfortunately, The bathroom smell of Urine. When speaking to the staff who insisted that all rooms cleaned very well and she didn’t smell it and she stated she had a good nose. The front desk staff is professional but I cannot feel her warmth.
Other than that the hotel cafe’ staff is very friendly, look forward to switching to a different room this afternoon”
