I've stayed for 2 days only but they were really great. The staff was very receptive and professional. The hotel was very clean despite of peoplo have told the opposite, the room was perfect when we arrived. About the room: there was a coffee maker and a Microwave oven although we didn't use that. The bath was ok and seemed to be clean. The only problem was that when we moved the sheets a clothes-moth was on its bend. And during the night a bed buged flew until the lampshade from somewhere. But it's was not a problem. And the hotel is very close to the metro station and lots of shops in bethesda, and also good restaurants. So I would recomend this hotel for anyone, specially if you want to eat Georgetown Cupcakes every night.Eu fiquei por duas noite neste hotel e a equipe foi muito atenciosa/amigavel e profissional. O hotel era muito limpo a despeito de comentarios contrarios, o quarto estava impecavel quando chegados. No quarto havia uma cafeteira e um microondas para uso cortesia. A banheira estava muito limpa. O unico problema foi que quando movemos os lençois para dormir apareceu uma traça correndo pela cama e durante a noite um percevejo voou de nao sei onde para o abajur, mas isso nao era um problema, nao havia uma infestaçao de insetos no hotel. O hotel é proximo a uma estaçao de metro facilitando o acesso a toda cidade e próximo a lojas e restaurantes em Bethesda muito bons. Hotel altamente recomendavel principalmente se quiser comer cupcakes da Georgetown todas as noites pois fica proximo ao hotel.

Localização central, pessoal cortês e acomodações excelentes.

The location is great the hotel is just okay. My room had a leaking bathroom sink and we had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed as soon as we arrived because they were stained. There were no protective cases on the pillows or mattress; I saw what looked like blood stains on the pillows. It was so gross. I typically stay at Marriott hotels but went with this hotel because the price per night was cheaper. Next time, I will opt for the higher price at Marriott.

Not bad for a one night stay. I will say that the staff was not attentive and rather rude, so for that they’d get a 2/5. Overall rating is due to cleanliness, readiness, and the fact that all appliances worked well. Would recommend if you need to stay a few lights in the area! Parking is $20.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience. I never write reviews. I called weeks ago to confirm a baby crib. When I checked in they said they’d be right up. At baby bedtime - no crib. But the worst was that the staff was so rude and continually lied about the crib being on the way. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years but will never come back.

OK, então este é um HGI, meio padrão, MAS este lugar tinha estacionamento no prédio tão fácil acesso quando estava frio, a recepção estava enterrada e com falta de pessoal, mas o cara manteve a calma e foi amigável. Eu pedi em chinês para o almoço enquanto minha esposa estava com os amigos e foi rápido, a recepção ligou e tudo. Confortável, limpo e apenas um local agradável para uma espécie de HGI.

OK, so this is a HGI, kinda standard, BUT this place had parking in the building so easy access when it was cold, the front desk was buried and understaffed, but the guy kept his cool and was friendly.I ordered in Chinese for lunch while my wife was out with friends and it was quick, the front desk called up and all.Comfortable, clean and just a nice spot for a HGI sort of way.

Ótimo hotel, ótima localização. A temperatura era insuportavelmente quente nos quartos e corredores e os termostatos são claramente apenas decorativos. Seu quarto será qualquer temperatura predeterminada. O café da manhã continental é bom. Hotel está em uma área segura perto de restaurantes.

Aceita animais de estimação! Ao contrário de outras cadeias que afirmam aceitar animais de estimação para surpreendê-lo na reserva, elas acomodam apenas cães. Este hotel Hilton Garden foi super! Não só acomodamos nossos 3 animais de estimação pequenos (gato e coelhos), mas também nos ofereceu um desconto e nos cobrou apenas por dois animais de estimação em vez de 3. (Membros Diamante não têm certeza se isso ajudou). Obrigado.

A equipe foi muito atenciosa e amigável. A construção da estrada foi um incômodo para entrar na propriedade. Estacionamento fácil!. Quarto era bom. O teto do banheiro acima da banheira precisava de atenção. Trabalho de reparo muito ruim!

Bien ubicado, las habitaciones, son normales. No usanprotector de colchón,y estaba muy manchado, nuestras sábanas sobre el colchón ,desagradable,las almohadas también con grandes manchas, y nada tenía olor a limpio. La alfombra , con restos de algo que habían comido, falta delimpieza. No está incluído el desayuno en el precio de la habitación,no me parece correcto. Además tienen un Menú, para el desayuno, nunca nos lo ofrecieron. No volvería o recomendaría

Buen hotel, excelente ubicación. La temperatura era insoportable en habitaciones y pasillos y los termostatos son claramente decorativos. Tu habitación estará a la temperatura predeterminada. El desayuno continental es bueno. El hotel está en una zona segura cerca de restaurantes.

¡Se admiten mascotas de verdad! A diferencia de otras cadenas que dicen admitir mascotas para sorprenderte al reservar, solo admiten perros. ¡Esta posada con jardín de Hilton fue genial! No solo acomodamos a nuestras 3 mascotas pequeñas (gato y conejitos), sino que también nos ofrecieron un descuento y nos cobraron solo por dos mascotas en lugar de 3. (Los miembros Diamond no están seguros de si eso ayudó). Gracias.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Road construction was a hassle getting into the property. Easy parking!. Room was good. The bathroom ceiling above the tub needed attention. Very poor repair job!

Real pet friendly! Unlike other chains that claim to be pet friendly to surprise you at booking they only accommodate dogs. This Hilton garden inn was super! Not only accommodated our 3 small pets ( cat and bunnies) but also offered us a discount and charged us just for two pets instead of 3. ( Diamond members not sure if that helped). Thanks.

Nice hotel, great location. Temperature was unbearably hot in rooms and hallways and thermostats are clearly just decorative. Your room will be whatever temperature is predetermined. Continental breakfast is good. Hotel is in a safe area near restaurants.

Lugar bonito, muito limpo e agradável. Quarto era de um tamanho grande. Só foi negativo o café da manhã ... não tenho certeza se é por causa de covid ou o que ... mas realmente não vale o dinheiro. Mas todo o resto foi maravilhoso.

I booked four rooms for guests visiting from out of state. The rooms were spacious and clean. Hostesses at breakfast were really nice. Breakfast was very good with cook to order option.The hotel is conveniently located steps away from downtown Bethesda and very close to the Bethesda Metro station.Great location, great service - Certainly has earned the 5 star rating.Highly recommend this hotel.
