A equipe foi hospitaleira, especialmente o barman, no entanto, estou chateado porque deixei meu carregador conectado no quarto e o serviço de limpeza negou que fosse deixado, mas tenho certeza de que deixei meu carregador lá, então estou decepcionado com o serviço de limpeza mantendo meu carregador de US $ 30 , e, além disso, a piscina parece descuidada com pegadas sujas e água verde com um anel de mofo ao redor da linha de água, precisa ser lavada com energia e o filtro trocado, tão decepcionado. A localização era central para tudo o que precisávamos fazer. Nós viajamos para o Bronx, Elizabeth NJ e partes de Westchester e sendo fora da Saw Mill Parkway é fácil peasy! A equipe sempre tinha um sorriso e nos acolheu de volta com genuinidade cada vez. Gostaria que eles tivessem café da manhã incluído, mas era seguro e super limpo, então não posso reclamar.

The location was central to everything we needed to do. We traveled to the Bronx, Elizabeth NJ and parts of Westchester and being off the Saw Mill Parkway it easy peasy! Staff always had a smile and welcomed us back with genuineness each time. Wish they had breakfast included but it was safe and super clean so can't complain at all.

The staff was hospitable, especially the bartender, however, I'm upset because I left my charger plugged in the room and housekeeping denied it was left but I know for sure I left my charger there so I'm disappointed housekeeping kept my $30 charger, and furthermore the pool looks unkempt with dirty footprints and green water with a mildew ring around the water line, It needs to be power washed and the filter changed, so disappointed all together. And another thing, breakfast needs to be included, I swore when I booked it said breakfast included, but once you're checked in its no credit for Hilton Honors members...

Eu tive o tempo mais maravilhoso e relaxante aqui. A partir da recepção, restaurante, serviço de quarto, ... etc foram todos muito acolhedores e muito úteis. Eu também gostava de estar na piscina deles todos os dias. Obrigado Shafiq por sua ajuda com a piscina. Obrigado a cada um de vocês no Hilton Garden Inn que fez a minha estadia tão maravilhosa.

Vou começar dizendo que a equipe foi maravilhosa e o hotel era muito limpo com boas comodidades. É uma ótima localização central, com várias opções de alimentação nas proximidades.O único problema que tivemos em relação à nossa estadia foi o café da manhã continental. Nós assumimos que foi incluído em nossa estadia, e ninguém nos disse que tínhamos que pagar por isso quando fizemos o check-in ou quando nos sentamos.Estávamos atrasados antes de um compromisso e apenas paramos para fazer uma refeição rápida. Ninguém nos disse nada, apenas para nos sentarmos. Meu marido e eu tivemos uma tigela rápida de cereais cada e uma xícara de café, e fomos cobrados US$ 25 mais impostos e gorjeta para a anfitriã. Não é o dinheiro, mas sim o fato de que nunca fomos informados de que o café da manhã não estava incluído, nem fomos informados de nenhum preço com antecedência.

Sou fiel ao Hilton há quase 15 anos. Eu vacilei entre o status de ouro e prata. Para um novo hotel, este lugar é mal administrado. Eu estava usando o banheiro e o assento do vaso literalmente se soltou e quase caí no chão. Havia cabelo no chuveiro, cabelo na pia e um cabelo no meu travesseiro. Os lençóis nem cheiravam a fresco. Minha empresa tem uma tarifa negociada que inclui café da manhã e houve confusão sobre o que estava incluído. Finalmente consegui meu caminho para a configuração do café da manhã e havia literalmente um pouco de pão para torrar e algumas coisas de cereais em exibição... Nada mais. Fui ao balcão para devolver minha chave, contei ao agente da recepção sobre a visita e ele disse que pediria ao gerente geral para me ligar. Nenhuma chamada foi feita. Nem perca seu tempo aqui.

He sido leal a Hilton durante casi 15 años. He vacilado entre el estatus de oro y plata. Para un hotel nuevo, este lugar está mal administrado. Estaba usando el inodoro y el asiento del inodoro literalmente se salió y casi me caigo al suelo. Había cabello en la ducha, cabello en el lavabo y un cabello en mi almohada. Las sábanas ni siquiera olían a fresco. Mi empresa tiene una tarifa negociada que incluye el desayuno y hubo confusión sobre lo que estaba incluido. Finalmente llegué a la configuración del desayuno y había literalmente algo de pan para tostar y algunas cosas de cereal en exhibición... Nada más. Fui al mostrador para devolver mi llave, le conté al recepcionista sobre la visita y me dijo que le pediría al gerente general que me llamara. No se recibió ninguna llamada. Ni siquiera pierdas tu tiempo aquí.

I’ll start off by saying that the staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean with good amenities. It is a great, central location, with several food options nearby.The only issue that we had regarding our stay was the continental breakfast. We assumed that it was included in our stay, and no one told us that we had to pay for it when we checked in or when we sat down.We were running late before an appointment and just stopped in to grab a quick bite. No one told us anything, just to take a seat. My husband and I had a quick bowl of cereal each and a cup of coffee, and we were charged $25 plus tax and gratuity for the hostess. It’s not the money, but rather the fact that we were never informed that breakfast was not included, nor were we told any pricing ahead of time.

I had the most wonderful and relaxing time here. From the front desk, restaurant, room service, ...etc were all very welcoming and very helpful. I also enjoyedbeing in their swimming pool every day. Thank you Shafiq for your help with the pool. Thank you to each and every single one of you at Hilton Garden Inn that made my stay so wonderful.

I have been a Hilton loyalist for almost 15 years. I have wavered between gold and silver status. For a new hotel, this place is run poorly. I was using the toilet and the toilet seat literally came off and I nearly fell to the floor. There was hair in the shower, hair in the sink, and a hair on my pillow. The sheets didn't even smell fresh. My company has a negotiated rate which includes breakfast and there was confusion over what was included. Finally got my way over to the breakfast setup and there was literally some bread for toasting and a few things of cereal out on display... Nothing else. I went to the counter to return my key, told the front desk agent about the visit, and he said he would have the general manager call me me. No call was forthcoming. Don't even waste your time here.

It’s a Hilton they are mostly great. Good service even though we asked to not be disturbed during our stay (sleeping days working nights) and Someone knocked and woke us mid day.Had the do not disturb sign up too

Grande pequena fuga da cidade. As lojas próximas fecham cedo, mas há muito o que fazer durante a luz do sol. Abundância de estacionamento disponível e hotel tem um restaurante e bar, bem como uma loja de conveniência. Quarto era bastante e limpo e continha um keurig para café que foi uma vantagem. O café da manhã também estava incluído. Com certeza ficarei novamente.

Gran pequeño escape de la ciudad. Las tiendas cercanas cierran temprano, pero hay mucho que hacer durante la luz del sol. Un montón de aparcamiento disponible y el hotel tiene un restaurante y un bar, así como una tienda de conveniencia. La habitación era tranquila y limpia y contenía un keurig para café, lo cual fue una ventaja. El desayuno también estaba incluido. Definitivamente me quedaré de nuevo.

Great little escape from the city. Shops nearby close early but there is plenty to do during sunlight. Plenty of parking available and hotel has a restaurant and bar as well as a convenience store. Room was quite and clean and contained a keurig for coffee which was a plus. Breakfast was also included. Will definitely stay again.

This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was pleasing to the eye, the room was good, the service was pleasant and the location was ideal. There were a few restaurants and other stores around that were close enough to walk to. I will definitely use this hotel again.

El hotel se ve más amplio de lo que parece por fuera y sus áreas comunes se ven limpias y modernas, las habitaciones están muy bien remodeladas y las camas son cómodas, tienen microondas refrigerador y una cafetera keurig. Pero el hotel tiene varios detalles que debería corregir: el desayuno es una basura sólo te dan una banana con un pastelito y un vaso de agua parece comida de prisionero de cárcel, la piscina no funciona y dan como excusa lo del coronavirus, la habitación que me dieron el refrigerador casi no enfría y el baño tiene una cortina por el vidrio que falta y se ve horrible aparte qué el aire acondicionado hace ruidos horribles. Deben corregir esos detalles porque cobran algo alto.
