My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was outstanding.I was greeted the moment I entered the hotel.The room was very clean and spacious and the atmosphere was peaceful.The hotel is located to many activities in the area, making it easy to come and go.

Fiquei aqui em novembro de 2021, escolhi devido à piscina coberta e à banheira de hidromassagem, a banheira de hidromassagem não funcionou. Tive um problema ao ser cobrado duas vezes, depois de falar com a recepção e não conseguir resolver o problema, acabei sendo contatado pela gerência e fui reembolsado. O quarto era decente, então dou 3 estrelas

Me alojé aquí en noviembre de 2021, lo elegí debido a la piscina cubierta y la bañera de hidromasaje, la bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba. Tuve un problema con el cobro dos veces, después de hablar con la recepción y no solucionar el problema, finalmente la gerencia se puso en contacto conmigo y me reembolsaron. Sin embargo, la habitación era decente, así que le doy 3 estrellas.

I stayed here in November of 2021 chose it due to the indoor pool and hot tub, the hot tub didn't work. Had a issue with being billed twice, after talking to front desk and not getting issue handled I was eventually contacted by management and was refunded. Room was decent though so I give 3 stars

Eu tive uma estadia de uma noite e foi muito agradável. Os quartos eram confortáveis, o ar condicionado era perfeito, cheio e bombeando um belo ar frio. O estacionamento é um pouco difícil, a menos que você chegue cedo. Eu tinha meu trailer de 26 pés comigo e, felizmente, encontrei um local grande o suficiente na frente. Eles infelizmente tiveram seu restaurante fechado, mas tinham muitas opções de vários alimentos nas proximidades.Meu maior ♥ para este hotel é a equipe. Saí no dia seguinte acreditando que tinha tudo comigo. Infelizmente, não foi esse o caso. Andei cerca de 20 minutos ao norte na I-81, quando percebi que deixei um envelope com $ 1500 na minha cama, depois 🤬🤬🤬, levei A$$ de volta ao hotel. Liguei para os serviços de hóspedes e disse-lhes o que aconteceu e eles encontraram. Cheguei gritando no estacionamento e corri para dentro. E lá na recepção estavam a equipe de limpeza e o gerente, eles disseram que sabiam que obviamente foi deixado por acidente e trouxeram para a recepção. Fiquei sem palavras, agradeci muito. O dinheiro era para minha família. Eu gostaria de ter dado mais a eles, mas não consegui. Realmente existem pessoas boas por aí.

Tuve una estancia de una noche y fue muy agradable. Las habitaciones eran cómodas, el aire acondicionado era perfecto, lleno y bombeando un hermoso aire frío. El estacionamiento es un poco desafiante a menos que llegues temprano. Tenía mi remolque de 26 pies conmigo y, afortunadamente, encontré un lugar lo suficientemente grande en el frente. Desafortunadamente, tenían cerrado su restaurante, pero tenían muchas opciones para varios alimentos cerca.Mi mayor ♥ para este hotel es el personal. Me fui al día siguiente creyendo que tenía todo conmigo. Desafortunadamente ese no fue el caso. Llegué unos 20 minutos al norte por la I-81, cuando me di cuenta de que dejé un sobre con $ 1500 en mi cama, después de 🤬🤬🤬, llevé A $$ de regreso al hotel. Llamé a los servicios para huéspedes y les dije lo que pasó y lo encontraron. Llegué gritando al lote y corrí adentro. Y allí en el escritorio estaban el personal de limpieza y el gerente, dijeron que sabían que obviamente se había dejado por accidente y lo llevaron a la recepción. Me quedé sin palabras, les agradecí mucho. El dinero era para mi familia. Ojalá les hubiera dado más, pero no pude. Realmente hay buenas personas por ahí.

I had a one night stay over and it was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, the A/C was perfect, on full and pumping out beautiful cold air. The parking is a bit challenging unless you get there early. I had my 26ft trailer with me, and luckily found a big enough spot out front. They unfortunately had their restaurant closed, but had plenty of options for various foods nearby. My biggest ♥ for this hotel is the staff. I left the following day believing I got everything with me. Unfortunately that was not the case. I got about 20mins North on I-81, when I realized I left an envelope with $1500 on my bed, after🤬🤬🤬, I hauled A$$ back to the hotel. I called guest services and told them what happened and of they found it. I came screaming into the lot and ran inside. And there at the desk were the cleaning staff and the manager, they said they knew it was obviously left by accident and brought it down to the front desk. I was speechless, I thanked them so much. The money was for my family. I wished I had given them more but I couldn't. There really are good people out there.

A equipe realmente colocar este hotel acima e além. Ligamos antes com perguntas sobre o bloco de casamentos, fizemos perguntas durante o café da manhã e travesseiros / cobertores adicionais e após o check-out sobre o faturamento. Todos os funcionários foram super gentis e prestativos, especialmente Jennifer, com quem conversamos na recepção várias vezes para vários tópicos. Os quartos são maiores do que a maioria dos quartos de hotel e eram limpos, mas um pouco datados. Os banheiros eram um pouco pequenos, mas o espaço do quarto mais do que compensava. Nosso pack n play se encaixa sem nenhum problema e ainda tem muito espaço para as crianças se movimentarem. Solicitamos um quarto do qual pudéssemos ver o trem, já que os trilhos correm ao longo da propriedade, mas infelizmente não vimos um. Nosso quarto era 302, imediatamente à direita dos elevadores. Podíamos ouvir as pessoas falando quando alto no corredor, mas geralmente era um hotel muito tranquilo e descontraído. O café da manhã foi fantástico. O hotel fica muito perto de vários restaurantes e atividades. Definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente em futuras visitas à cidade!

El personal realmente puso este hotel por encima y más allá. Llamamos antes con preguntas sobre el bloque de bodas, hicimos preguntas sobre el desayuno y las almohadas / mantas adicionales, y después del pago sobre la facturación. Cada vez que el personal fue muy amable y servicial, especialmente Jennifer, con quien hablamos en la recepción varias veces sobre varios temas. Las habitaciones son más grandes que la mayoría de las habitaciones de hotel y estaban limpias pero un poco anticuadas. Los baños eran un poco pequeños, pero el espacio de la habitación lo compensó con creces. Nuestro pack n play encaja sin ningún problema y todavía hay mucho espacio para que los niños se muevan. Pedimos una habitación desde la que pudiéramos ver el tren ya que las vías pasan justo a lo largo de la propiedad, pero desafortunadamente no vimos ninguna. Nuestra habitación era la 302, inmediatamente a la derecha de los ascensores. Podíamos escuchar a la gente hablando en voz alta en el pasillo, pero en general era un hotel muy tranquilo y relajado. El desayuno fue fantástico. El hotel está muy cerca de varios restaurantes y actividades. ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente en futuras visitas a la ciudad!

Pésimo servicio, tenía una reservación por 41 días y se comprometieron q hacer la limpieza “frecuente” y solo la hicieron al tercer día y después no volvieron a hacerla, me fui después de 10 días ya que tuve que buscar otro hotel con tanta disponibilidad para mi, me cambié a un holiday inn y es un mundo de diferencia

The staff really put this hotel above and beyond. We called before with questions about the wedding block, asked questions during regarding breakfast and additional pillows/blankets, and after checkout about billing. Every single time staff were super kind and helpful, especially Jennifer who we talked to at the front desk multiple times for various topics. The rooms are larger than most hotel rooms and were clean but a little dated. Bathrooms were a little small but the room space more than made up for it. Our pack n play fit without any issue and still plenty of room for the kids to move around. We requested a room we could see the train from since the tracks run right along the property but unfortunately did not see one. Our room was 302, immediately to the right of the elevators. We could hear people talking when loud in the hall but generally it was a very quiet and relaxed hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is very close to several restaurants and activities. Will definitely stay here again on future visits to town!

Um prazer entrar neste hotel depois de estar na estrada e ficar em outros hotéis não tão agradáveis. A indústria hoteleira de viagens precisa intensificar isso. Apesar de todos os problemas que esses hotéis estão enfrentando, este tem um lobby iluminado, funcionários excelentes e calorosos, um restaurante muito decente com muitas opções e preços que não chocam. Tivemos um quarto limpo e espaçoso e a cama era bastante confortável.

Nice hotel, não um único problema durante a minha estadia de 1 semana. A equipe é gentil, respeitosa e atenta às necessidades do cliente. As instalações estão bem equipadas em boas condições e limpas. O restaurante do hotel tem boa comida e bebida. A localização é ótima, pois você tem tudo o que precisa ou deseja a uma curta distância.

Un placer entrar a este hotel después de estar en la carretera y hospedarme en otros hoteles no tan agradables. La industria hotelera de viajes necesita dar un paso adelante. A pesar de todos los problemas que enfrentan estos hoteles, este tiene un vestíbulo luminoso, un personal excelente y cálido, un restaurante muy decente con muchas opciones y precios que no sorprenden. Teníamos una habitación limpia y espaciosa y la cama era bastante cómoda.

Bonito hotel, ni un solo problema durante mi estancia de 1 semana. El personal es amable, respetuoso y atento a las necesidades del cliente. Las instalaciones están bien equipadas en buenas condiciones y limpias. El restaurante del hotel tiene buena comida y bebidas. La ubicación es excelente ya que tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar o desear a poca distancia.

We came into town from PA for a football camp. From the time we stepped foot into the hotel, we just kept having great experiences. The staff was super friendly, our room was super clean, and the food was absolutely amazing!!

A pleasure to walk into this hotel after being on the road and staying in other not so nice hotels. The travel hotel industry needs to step it up. Despite all the issues these hotels are facing, this one has a bright lobby, excellent, warm staff, a very decent restaurant with lots of choices and prices that don't shock. We had a clean, spacious room and the bed was quite comfy.

Nice hotel, not a single issue during my 1 week stay. Staff is kind, respectful, and attentive to customer's needs. Facilities are well equipped in good condition and clean. The restaurant in the hotel has good food and drinks. Location is great as you have everything you might need or want in a short distance from it.
